GERANT TRES MALHONNÊTE, PUNAISES DE LIT (CHINCHAS, BEDBUGS), EXPERIENCE HORRIBLE, A FUIR.

Très bon emplacement Chambres spacieuses avec clim

/!\ PUNAISES DE LIT - CHICHAS - BEGBUDS L’experience dans cet hôtel aurait pu être parfaite si je n’avais pas constaté à mon réveil la présence de punaises de lit dans mes draps et des boutons partout. La gestion de cet événement a été déplorable. Initialement très bonne réaction de sa part : il s’est excusé, m’a assuré que c’était la première fois, et a voulu laver toutes mes affaires et me changer de chambre. Finalement il y en avait aussi dans l’autre chambre, il a dit qu’il allait fermer l’hotel le temps de traiter et m’a conseillé de changer d’hotel. Quand je suis revenue dans la journée il m’a assuré que ce n’était pas des punaises de lit mais des bêtes tropicales dont il ne connaissait pas le nom (alors que je suis certaines que s’en était), il n’a pas lavé mes affaires, et m’a suggéré de m’en aller. Je lui ai demandé si je devais payer quelque chose, il m’a dit que non. Par la suite j’ai reçu une plainte de booking de sa part comme quoi j’étais partie sans payer. Au total : GERANT TRES MALHONNÊTE, PUNAISES DE LIT, EXPERIENCE HORRIBLE, A FUIR.

Muy bien ubicado, la habitación limpia, amplia, con TV, aire y nevera. La persona de la recepción muy amable y te brinda consejos para tu estadía en la ciudad.

Excelente ubicación en la zona colonial

La atención fue muy buena y amena de parte del encargado del hotel , desde que aterrizamos en Santo Domingo se preocupó por nosotros y nos aconsejó mucho. El hotel está aún costado de la calle del Conde y muy cerca de atracciones en el centro colonial, la zona me pareció muy segura para caminar a cualquier hora.

No tiene desayuno incluido y el wifi es muy malo.

Excelente!

La atención es lo mejor de este lugar, el anfitrión es muy amable y atento con los huespedes, la ubicación es excelente porque queda en toda la parte central de zona colonial, el hostal es muy bonito y aseado. Tuvimos que estar en zonas comunes a la espera de nuestro vuelo y todo salió muy bien. Sin duda volvería a hospedarme allí cuando regrese a Santo Domingo.

Buen servicio

La cercanía a todo, zona colonial, restaurantes y discotecas, la cocina es compartida, pero es muy limpia por si vas hacer tus comidas, el wifi súper, tv con Netflix y la amplitud de mi cuarto, aire acondicionado full.

No hay dispensador de agua fría, me tocó una habitación que iba hacia la calle y la están terminando de construir, demasiado ruido desde las 7:00 am, del resto estuvo muy bien.

Regrese y regresare nuevamente

Me encanto que el dueño me preguntara un numero de contacto de algun familiar, en caso tuviera que contactar por alguna emergencia, este gesto indica la preocupacion por sus clientes. El cuarto que me asignaron muy amplio y el colchon excelente. La ubicacion perfecta, a solo 1 cuadra de la calle mas turistica de Santo Domingo. en pleno centro de la ciudad

Nice place to stay for a few days. Literally 1 minute from El Conde, perfect location! Room is basic, but fine for a few nights. John is a super nice host and really helpful with any questions.

Would be nice to have a trash can and a safe box in the room. We had some issues with electricity and water, but nothing major, and they were quick to try and fix it! Our room faced the streets and the windows are not soundproof, so could be difficult to sleep due to noise from outside.

There were no bedside lights to rest in the evenings, no plugs by the bed to charge my phone, there is NO hot water in the showers, there is no rubbish bin in the bedroom, and the bathroom is shared.

Huge room and very comfortable beds. Nicely decorated lounge area on the second floor that's a great place to chill with a book. Simple accommodation in a colonial building, outstanding value for the location if you're on a budget. Clean room and responsive, friendly staff.

The size of the rooms is great, which makes the place comfortable. The owner is always there, willing to help and accomodate. It seems to be some historical site where Salomé Ureña lived, I know she was a popular Dominican writer.

Such a good find!

We only stayed for one night to change the bus and we're glad we found this hostel! The Staff was so nice and helped us with everything, we felt really safe and stayed only a few feet away from the main shopping/food street.🌞 The room had big beautiful windows and the hostel is nicely designed. We totally recommend this place!!

Value for money, excellent choice

We always come back .pretty simple check in with no hassle , excellent location . The rooms are very spacious. Right in the heart of the city. The owner is super polite . Comfortable beds
