Told at reception we can use all the facilities at Suites and Casas Del Lago but you can actually only use Casas

Absolutely brilliant. Villa much better than Photos. Staff cleaning every day. Hotel staff really helpful. We booked a private boat trip with them, and had a great time with Carlos the captain at a very good price. Would i return , yes in a heartbeat. Good for couples and young families. Teenagers might find the resort a little to quite.

we had a lovely stay!

very comfortable and large beds, crispy and good quality bed linen. Nespresso machine and pods highly appreciated. super clean garden!

it’s in a resort only area, but Ciutadella is close enough driving

wonderful place, lottery winning views, will defo be returning.

4 bed villa location was fabulous, right on the marina. unfortunately out of season very little was open, but in summer months there is plenty of bars, restaurants and shops. wow factor on arriving, view is just spectacular Villa was large and spacious, very clean and well equipped. Private pool was lovely to cool off in the hot weather, hot tub wasn’t clean, and need treating with chemicals.

lack of mirrors, especially for 7 women sharing. no oven, just hob and microwave in kitchen. only one set of keys, and entrance fob, made it difficult if you wanted to return at separate times.

The bungalo was cosy. It had two bedrooms, a full size fridge, hot plate, coffee maker, tea pot. You could eat in if you chose to. There is a nice pool and parking inside the gated area. It's close to many waterfront restaurants. There's also a small grocery nearby.

Beautiful bungalow, in a lovely place

The bungalow was clean and it was just a few steps to the pool. It was conveniently positioned for bars and restaurants but also had facilities for cooking if you required.

Only criticism was there wasn't an iron and could do with a lamp in second bedroom.

Far too expensive for the villa

The location, views, outside space The staff were very helpful and friendly

The pool was dangerous all the family cut themselves in the huge amount of missing tiles in the pool It wasn’t very clean cupboards needed a good wipe down, It was very expensive considering the points above I told the manager about the dangers in the pool on check out but he wasn’t interested

Made our first time in Menorca really memorable and won’t be our last

Ok resort that requires some maintenance

We stayed in a Villa. It was lovely to have our own pool and nice outside space, sun beds etc. Also great to have cleaners everyday.

I’d say the overall place is a little tired and the ongoing maintenance is pretty poor. Examples- our sun umbrella was broken. This was replaced but by quite a tatty and slightly ripped one that didn’t fit properly into its stand. The grate on the pool filter was broken and my son ended up cutting his foot in several places on it. This was reported but nothing was fixed. Fridge/ freezer was also defective.

Pool and position of the bungalow to the pool, excellent location for the restaurants and bars, close to the beach, very clean, not crowded and very relaxed. Daily cleaning was excellent. Great outside spaces.

Could have used a coffee maker/french press. Recycling bins behind the bungalow were used early in the morning.

Great place for a short getaway with friends.

The villas had close promixity to restaurants and the beach. We also enjoyed the access to the beach club pool and being able to use the hotel spa (for an additional fee). The villa bungalows were a good size for four adults which made it feel comfortable. It was also a nice touch with the toiletries being restocked each day.

We only had one set of coffee pods for the whole stay - it would have been nice if these were replenished. The outside seating around the shared pool wasn't particularly clean or looked after.

The Villa was amazing - we had access to a private pool and a jacuzzi with an amazing view over the harbour. The staff was always available to answer our questions. Highly recommended!!

Bathrooms, showers not great. The main bedroom had the toilet squeezed in between a pillar and shower screen! Over priced for very out of season stay

The bungalow was very clean, spacious and comfortable. The complex was quiet and we had the option to use the hotel facilities. Location - 5 minutes walk to the beach and right on the port. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

Really lovely accommodation in a great location

Lovely villa, with suberb view of the harbour. Well maintained with loads of outdoor space and handy little extras such as a clothes dryer for your wet beach gear.

Not being able to get a drink from a bar to take back to the room on our last night as we had a child and couldn't actually go in to use any of the facilities.

Location amazing, size if villa and grounds it stood in. Villa 1. Cleaners everyday.

On arrival the villa had maintenence jobs that needed doing and was dusty in the bedrooms, I even found.contact lenses on the bedside table, very disappointing as have stayed at Casas del lago 6 times and love it. I wanted to take my grandchildren hense why we took a villa as lago adult only. However, maintenence turned up next morning without us ringing them.

Exceptional

Perfect setting, no need for a car. Completely relaxing. Excellent facilities. Food at the marina delicious, very Spanish and reasonable. Waiters friendly and welcoming. Javier at the hotel is a star. Every hotel needs him!

Building work next door but after the initial shock we found it fairly unobtrusive. Hotel very understanding and dealt with our concerns about it very well. Offered a free sunset boat trip and pool party with champagne.
