Cómoda

Las instalaciones están de lujo, solo el restaurante argentino como que no va, por lo general vamos a probar cosas típicas del lugar a donde vamos a conocer… quizá si agregaran en el menú cositas más mexicanas .. ósea estaba rico solo que no.

Que si está cerca la playa, pero se le atraviesa un río así que es imposible meterse! Así que como referencia este hotel es más si vas a negocios o relativamente no salir del mismo, la playa no está funcional ni atractiva la más cerca es la de conejos que si merece la pena.. te recomiendo mejor cualquier hotel del centro.

Ein schönes Hotel

Sehr freundliches Personal, wobei sich die meisten viel Mühe geben und somit ein sehr guter Service geboten wird. Das Restaurant, welches zum Hotel gehört würden wir als gut - sehr gut einstufen. Der Strand ca. 2 Minuten zu Fuss entfernt, ist sehr schön und durch die Kombination aus Süsswasser des Flusses und dem Salzwasser des Meeres etwas ganz spezielles.

Leider sind die Zimmer nicht gut isoliert und somit ist der Lärmpegel viel zu hoch. Uns ist klar, dass das Hotel nicht wirklich etwas gegen bellende Strassenhunde und krähende Hähne tun kann. Das Problem dabei ist, dass die Tiere wohl ihr Revier abstecken wollen und das tun sie quasi immer dann, wenn der Nachbar sich meldet, sprich fängt einer an, steigen die Anderen schnell mit ein. Es kann also gut sein, dass zwischen 24h00 - 06h00 mehr lärm als während des Tages herrscht. Ohne Auto ist das Hotel ziemlich abgelegen, sprich zu Fuss dauert es bis zum nächsten Ort (Tangolunda) über 1 Stunde. Wer bis Crucecita laufen will sollte mind. 2 Stunden pro Weg einplanen.

Hotel bonito con lindas instalaciones

Las instalaciones del hotel son muy bonitas, habitaciones muy amplias con todas las comodidades, áreas comunes muy bonitas, personal muy amable

Solo puedes comer en el restaurante , si no comes ahí tienes que pedir la comida para llevar y bueno no venden snaks por si te hambre más tarde sobre todo por la noche, teniendo en cuenta que la tienda más cercana del hotel debe estar a 15-20 min en auto

There was construction happening in the front lobby/entrance. The powere went off twice during our stay. When it comes back on there is an alarming noise that comes and goes for 5 minutes.

Relaxing and beautiful

Very nice rooms. The beds we comfortable and the decor created a relaxing ambiance. The pool had salt instead of Clorox which made it wonderful to soak it in longer without having to damage hair or skin. The staff was super friendly and very attentive to one’s needs.

The rooms don’t have tvs. There is a communal tv room. It’s at the end of the hotel lane. Other than that the place was beautiful.

The room was beautiful, very spacious and relaxing, very comfortable beds with the softest sheets. Lovely landscaping around the hotel. Food and service was excellent. Great restaurant. Friendly staff.

Great new(er) hotel with fantastic pool and rooms and super friendly staff

Super friendly staff who made sure you enjoyed your stay. Great facilities, solid restaurant with great breakfasts especially. Rooms are spacious and modern, fridge in room also for storing water etc.

Mini bar would have been nice as restaurant/bar is closed each Monday. Also the rooftop lounge area is so nice and offers a great spot to watch the sunset and relax, however no bar service. We stayed during the end of high season so not sure if this is offered during the peak of high season.

It was very new, and the detail of the decor was amazing, very cute, and very clean, we also love the restaurant

there is not much to do in the hotel or the area, so spending the money did not give any added value to my traveling

We enjoyed every minute of our stay

The restaurant is amazing, the bartender is excellent, the rooms are comfortable and the staff are lovely. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend it :)

The beach (playa la bocana) was quiet, large and nice and only a 2 minute easy walk, but there is no shade. The hotel is not close to many things so you may want to take a taxi into town, but that is only 100 pesos.

wonderfully contemporary setting with local artisan decor. amazing staff. superb food and drink.

there was no Cons whatsoever. lol. I guess the local rooster crowing at 6 am or the local dogs conversing at 10pm might be a thing but tbh it added to the atmosphere of a quaint local oasis

Would recommend for those looking for a boutique hotel experience and don't mind a remote location

The staff were friendly, attentive, genuine, and helpful, and the food in the restaurant was excellent - many kudos to the chef. The hotel itself is beautiful and well-maintained, and the rooms are spacious, new, and modern. We would recommend this hotel if you want a more local Mexican feel instead of a resort type feel.

Overall we had a great experience but would like to provide some constructive feedback. The wifi in the rooms could be improved and note that the hotel will quickly run out of beach towels. Prior to arriving at the hotel, we had sent a message with a few questions. While we did eventually receive a response, it could have been done in a much timelier manner. We also tried calling the hotel many times and no one ever answered the phone. Similar to what other guests have stated, the location of this hotel is very remote. It's a minimum 20-minute drive away from the downtown area and Huatulco has windy roads. It's also located in a community so be prepared to hear constant rooster noises and dogs barking. Finally, a warning about booking massages directly through the hotel. It's obvious that the hotel will recommend someone close by in the community but will expect a kickback so the price they quote you will be much higher than if you go out onto the street and approach the 2 massages places that are literally within a minute walking distance, yourself.

Calm, relaxing beautiful vacation

The customer service was amazing. All staff were very very friendly and helpful. Eric was exceptional. The hotel itself was so beautiful. The rooms are like some kind of tropical island luxury huts. The food was also amazing. Them shrimp tacos are the bomb!!! But you'll have to take out of the shell if you don't want to eat shrimp heads! :) The hotel is small, but when your inside the hotel grounds, it's like a little paradise! The hotel is close to la Playa. It's a little pricey, but it's worth it.

The wifi was not the best. Probably should get more range extenders. Some of the hotels surroundings was "not as nice" as the hotel. Two different worlds, but it is getting fixed up. There is no all inclusive options. Would be nice to have that option available. No swimming at the beach, too dangerous.
