Clean and warm. Friendly Ahost. Pre-arrival info pack was great. Free parking. Good location. Quiet and close to Areitbahn Express 1. Nearby eating places. Ski storage room onsite. Fully equipped kitchen. Nice view to the pistes ...

Close to train rails. A bit off the city center but close to ski area. No major complains ...

Great place to spend a couple of relaxing days in Zell am See!

Comfy beds, excellent communication when I queried that we had no iron, one arrived the next day. Room enough for 3. Spa supermarket up the road and a few restaurants too.

Too far out of Zell am See, was a 35 minute walk but we should have checked prior to booking. I thought it was only 20 minutes.

Very good location, many facilities in the neighborhood. Smart tv.

The living room has only one small window which can be opened (the big one is fixed). No oven. Few utensils.

Great place for skiing stay. Everything is nearby - shops, slopes, cafes, except city center (which is 7mins by car or 1

Convenient location for skiers - ski lifts are just around the corner some 5 minutes away. Apartment was convenient and has everything you need for your stay with a family. The host was extremely supportive and responsive to every need.

Cleanliness is something that was not of highest standards. Poor sound isolation, but that’s relevant only if you’re unlucky with neighbours.

Good value for money and located near to all necessary shops and supermarkets. The property is modern and the apartment was furnished appropriately. Everything we needed was available and worked properly.

Maybe a bit too close to the train tracks😉

Good

No personal contact was required, we could arrive later than originally planned. It ist super close to a supermarket and walkable distance from the ski slopes. Parking was easy to reach.

As this was a ski-tripp we all had boots to dry at the end of the day. There was a boot-dryer/warmer provided, but only for 12 pairs, wheres there were 20 Guests at the compex (5 Apartman on total). Since the heating was only in the floors, we could dry our boots properly. There was also a timer on it, but no description, on how to use it. One of the nightstands was broken. there were only 3 wine glasses for 4 people. There was no Indication sheet describeing the - wifi password - how the selctive waste in Austria should be handelled This was not mentioned in the description, but it would have been nice to have dishwashing liquid and sponge. More than 3 Toiletpaper rolls then 3 for 4 people for a whole week.
