Цена сильно завышена, локация не очень удачная,вновь бы тут не остановился

Понравилось, что прям рядом с жильем на берегу было кафе, где довольно вкусно готовят и отличный вид, вечером очень хорошо. Больше ничего не понравилось.

Квартира сама внутри очень неплохая, все что нужно есть, единственно только один кондиционер в спальне, вентилятор в гостиной не спасает. Все что за пределами квартиры не очень красиво, напоминает какие-то трущобы, не выкидывают мусор вовремя или вообще не выкидывают огромные черные мешки стоят на жаре воняют. Пляж на который акцентирует внимание владелец он непригодный для купания, грязный и никто не купается, можно гулять вдоль берега только. На пляж идти далековато минут 15 по жаре, ближайший магазин относительно близко минут пять ходьбы.

Whole apartment fully equipped super close to the beach like 30’seconds. Really nice beach restaurant and bar. We spent there great week.

Ondanks aandachtspunten, is het een heerlijke hide away en fijne locatie/baai om te verblijven.

Locatie is top! Geweldig mooie rustige baai en een gezellig en goed restaurant naast de deur. Appartementje is leuk. Je ziet dat de eigenaren er zorg voor hebben. Shampootje, koffie/thee en zelfs iets van een koekje was aanwezig.

We hadden drie personen aangegeven, was voor twee klaar gemaakt. Slaapbank was heel zacht en twee persoonsbed weer wat hard. Voortuintje is rommelig. Prijs/kwaliteit niet in verhouding, ook als je vergelijkt met hotels (incl zwembad) een stukje verderop.

Idéal pour se reposer

L’appartement est grand, propre avec vue sur la mer Plein d’équipements sont mis à disposition et c’est appréciable L’accès à la plage est un plus

Il manque de l’insonorisation car la route est très passante mais avec les voiles quies ça passe 😅

Спокойное место для пляжного отдыха

Месторасположение вдали от шумных улиц вроде Bangla road, при этом на пляже, рядом два массажных салона, кафе и ресторан- именно эта инфраструктура и находится между апартаментами и океаном. Есть парковка, и при этом бесплатная. На машине легко доехать до любой достопримечательности или тусовочного места, если захочется разнообразия.

Жена не любит когда душевая не отделена перегородкой и вода растекается по всей ванной комнате, а мне без разницы. Но возможно это только в наших конкретных апартаментах.

Veldig fint og komfortabelt rom med masse plass, rett ved stranda.

Litt dårlig utsikt på rommet vi hadde, men man kan booke rom med utsikt direkte mot havet.

Read the description carefully before you choose your room

The room is very nicely decorated and well equipped, we had everything we needed even some cooking oil, toiletries and coffee. The village is quite authentic, not a typical tourist trap. There are lots of pleasant Thai restaurants, some with western options. We frequented the one on the beach particularly often. The owners are always present and very helpful

I wish I had read the description more carefully and spoke to the owner before getting my hopes up based on the pictures and the reviews. Our room did have a sea view, partially obstructed by the roofs, but the worst this is that it is literally on the roadside. It is not a busy road but 1 or 2 motorbikes every 5 minutes at 6am is not my idea of an idyllic beachfront rest. Also, the beach is not for swimming, which is impossible during low tide and not too pleasant during high tide. We used the nearby beach a couple of times but there is absolutely no shade, so we ended up driving for half an hour to nicer beaches. The air-conditioning isn't adequate for the room size, we would have liked it a bit cooler. Our room had electricity problems and the previous guests broke the sink. The owners did their best to fix everything as soon as possible, so we are grateful to them for that.

a great place for a relaxed family vacation

* a very quiet place, good with kids * a long almost unoccupied beach at a few meters distance * a good inexpensive restaurant at a few meters distance open from 11am * a very long balcony * yet another beach available at a walking distance * the host was exceptionally helpful and always available via whatsapp

* the beach is very much affected by the tide, which is also not easily predictable, sometimes it is so low that corals are exposed making beach not suitable for swimming; although another beach is at a short walking distance, so no big deal * the beach is somewhat dirty, plenty of plastic and other inorganic debris * the bed was partially broken on the legs side, although it was not affecting sleeping * the freezer door inside the fridge was absent * couldn't get past "android" loading logo in tv-box, without which tv was not operational

Пригород Приличный тихий район Живописный Пляж 1 минута от апартаментов ,на котором нет толпы людей Кафе с вкусной едой Магазин в пяти минутах от дома Фрукты Массажные салоны все в шаговой доступности и при небольшом количестве людей

Enjoyed our time there

Was a good break from the more formal resort style/ hotel accommodation types. Loved the little veranda where we watched the sunset. The mosquito netting was good too I thought we would be closer to the beach or there would be some outside area that was beachside

The main room felt a bit ‘closed off’. It was very basic accommodation.

I loved this appartment on the beach, there are tourist centers for tours and restaurants, markets etc nearby, but Is far from the city caos, very quiet and relaxing. Very beautiful beaches at walking distance. The appartment was clean, big and nicely designed, the view from the kitchen and balcony Is wonderful.

Very far from the airport of course, not appartment fault but when you choose keep in mind more than one hour and 1000 baht to reach from the airport.

did have a plant in the shower that I had to move has it like to poke things that it probably shouldn’t 😂

great location, restaurant down the bottom was excellent, room was good and spacious, Nadiya was very helpful and responsive at all times. Cha Cha car hire was excellent, very reputable and helpful.

Excellent location, three steps away there is a beach and a good restaurant, a 5-minute walk there are two shops with the most necessary and another beach where there is no low tide. The apartment has an equipped kitchen. And the owner is attentive and pleasant.

The apartment has not very comfortable pillows, and there is no air conditioning in the living room and no bed linen for the sofa. The restaurant, which is very close, opens after 11 am

it’s located by the beach and that’s a good place for chilling out without crazy bars. There is one great beach on the right not far from that apartment (Bandara beach resort) and there is a cool and modern place for going out ( Flamingo. If you want to make breakfast, better to go to downtown and get food there because no many shops are around (only 7/11 and family mart)

we booked that apartment for a family trip but some moments that I wanted to mention: the 3rd person didn’t have enough towels and there was only one beach towel meanwhile others got 2 towels. and we didn’t find a proper blanket for the 3rd person in the living room. The one that covered the sofa wasn’t used cuz everyone was sitting on it. Only one AC in the living room 🙂 lots of ants on the counter.

highly recommended but it is in a quite area which we loved and it was end of season

location was fantastic with amazing sea views. it had a great balcony overlooking the bay with hammock deck chairs and patio table and chairs. Nadya was away but kept in touch via what’s app, sent links for things to do and whenever I asked a question replied immediately even although she too was on holiday. had mini kitchen so prepared salads etc for lunch which was nice. There were lots of small touches which were lovely like really nice soap, toothpaste and toiletries and bits in kitchen like salt that was really useful. The beach was literally below us with a great restaurant called at the beach where we had drinks and left our stuff all day when in and out of the sea. had evening meal there which was fantastic and really good value.

be aware it says had tv but did not having said that the location and views more than made up for that for me although my partner likes a tv

A perfect quiet location for an escape from Kuala Lumpur

This is more than an appartment, its a home you could stay in and make it feel like home for an extended period of time. The location is very close to the beach, The Blue House we stayed in does had a small seating area but take 60 seconds and enjoy the beach and the sea. The owner has gone above and beyond to make the place easy to stay, with every type of kitchen appliance and gadget, toiletries, several coffees etc. interior decor has some great touches, good quality IKEA furniture, strong wifi, etc…. air con in bedroom. Owner was waiting to greet us on arrival, she was very helpful with taxi booking both ways and always had good local knowledge of things to do and see or people to help rent bike etc

Not a lot to put here…..although the Blue House is lovely, there are 2-3 houses available and the photos on Booking show all places so its not always clear which one you will get? the one closest to the beach is preferanle for being right on the beach but all are close

Superb

Spent a birthday retreat and this place is just perfect. Huge and clean. Away from hustle and bustle.Quiet, friendly hood,very near to the mart, 7/11, restaurants and bar and beach is just few steps away. Nadiya is helpful and gave me tips on where to go. Highly recommended if you are looking for peaceful getaway!

Absolutely great apartments! Best value for money.

Unique sea view from One-Bedroom Apartment (this room located on first floor, so you just live on the beach - like in Beach bungalow - from your balcony just 5 steps till the beach). VERY professional and helpful manager! We enjoyed our stay!

very clean, spacious, balcony in the shadow for hot days, equipped kitchen, location near beach and good restaurant , no cars passing in front of the place

if happened 2x during our stay that there were works on the water pipes in the building so we didn’t have water for couple of hours . it would be better to have a notice before

hard to find, no sign on the property and you get dropped outside in a taxi not knowing where you are. actually you are right outside but you wouldn’t know that

Lovely relaxing stay on a very quiet beach in Phuket, we are happy we found this place and would definitely stay there a

Location mainly! Lovely quiet beach just steps from our unit entrance, groceries and restaurants 5-10 minutes away. Bed was comfortable, good shower, a/c worked well. Very clean. Owner was helpful and accessible.

The only laundry facilities were a coin washer at the next building.
