Just about everything, the place itself, the location, the view, the quiet, friendly and helpful staff.
The architecture of the villas makes you feel as if you were alone on the hill, amazing. The pool is a fine addition and it is really well kept.
Nothing.

Very peaceful. No other tourists in sight.
Beatiful view. Private beach.
10/10 getaway to relax and enjoy the view.
Small shop with the essentials just 5 min drive away.
Nothing to complain.

The view is absolutely amazing and connection to nature gives you possibility to relax and disconnect from day to day life. This place is authentic and worth visiting. Mrs. Nina who is taking care of the site is kind and hard working. Her personality give a special touch to the place. Penelopi the owner is very kind and nice person. We were lucky to have a chance to meet her and have a good talk together.

Spectacular views of the Libyan sea and rugged south Cretan landscapes, tranquil and peaceful, perfect for a couples break, staff were so friendly and helpful. Really comfortable furnishings. Quiet and remote location away from the crowds.
Other reviews mention the access, whilst it is gravel road rather than tarmac, we didnt find this to be a problem.

The view from the villa was spectacular, it was very cozy and the bed was very comfortable.
There was also a private beach and a very nice pool.
Just the road to the place seemed a bit dangerous with the car.

Just perfect! Easy going 👌

Fabulous sea viewing villas if you can ignore the dirt and boulders from ongoing constructions. Excellent quality of every corner of this beautiful investment. Priceless life moments to eat on the terrace or simply lying on the outdoor bed after refreshing on your private pool. Close beaches (3-10km). NOTICE: Do not ever imagine to come here without a car! It deffinitely worth a visit. Despite the many negative points below, we want to come back once the most part of them will be solved.
Very difficult access from the main road (approx 300m of dirt road through a construction site belonging to the same owner). Even if I emailed to the owner prior to the arrival asking if the road is ok because is not visible from the pictures and our car has low clearance, the answer was misleading, hiding the truth! The keys given by a cleaning lady without any English knowledge. Owner came to say hello on 3’rd day. In 6 days garbage took twice and cleaning on day 4. Pool dusty mainly because of the wind and of course due to the surounding construction site. Pictures suggesting nearby sea are misleading. Sea is approx 50 m below and in this moment is very difficult to go down and especially to return because there is no trail or road. Almost zero wi-fi and not mobile phone signal or mobile network. Owner explained that is a common issue for the entire South of Crete due to excess humidity. Come here already documented because due to missing mobile network and/or wi-fi and zero advices from owner you will miss the zone hidden gems. Last, but not least, VERY SERIOUS CLAIM: Mrs Penelope/ Owner, in the first morning around 6am we saw a hunting dog trying to enter our open door. He smells around and left an immediately we were extremely scared by two rounds of extremely loud shots 3 shots + 2 shots). We run out of the house very scared and we saw one rabbit hunter only 10 meters from the villa. This is absolutely NOT OK! There are clear European rules forbidding hunting close to occupied buildings. Kitcken needs a cutting board, one salad bowl, sieve, salt, pepper, vinegar, toothpicks, paper towel and/or paper napkins. Too many negative points, I know… but mrs Penelope, please take them as advices and if possible remediate them step by step. Your location is absolutely fabulous and we rarely seen and stayed in such beautiful villa.
