Ok value for the price, beware

The location was very convenient. The Staff was very friendly. The Beds were comfortable and the shower was nice. Waterfall shower head with very good water pressure and hot water.

We booked on booking.com and was given our price . When they ran our card, I was charged $5 more. When I questioned the desk of the extra $5 charge, they informed me that they charge $5 fee for rooms booked online. I called booking.com and discussed this with them, they contacted the hotel and I received a email from the hotel stating they would refund me. Just beware of your charges on your card. Also the room and bedding felt very damp, like moisture in the room. Floor was hard concrete(no carpet or flooring) no coffee maker .

Overcharged above reservation price & motel refused to honor promised reservation price.

At check in the motel increased the price by $5.00 over the price promised on Booking.com. I discussed this with the motel, but it refused to correct the overcharge, maintained the $5.00 was for some unexplained service charge and admitted it had a mistake of failing to include the service charge on the Booking.com website since about December 2023. Thus, if one makes a reservation here one has to wonder what the actual price will be at checkin, but at least one can be confident the motel will Not correct the overcharge.

Party time!!! And bring cleaning supplies...

It was in Chattanooga.

FILTHY FLOORS; these rooms are not being properly cleaned. Don't worry, I'll clean my own floor!! Party time!!! Arrived to several people drinking beer in the parking lot right by the stairs up to my room, and blasting loud music. This went on until after 11pm and they were just like "yeeeah we said somethin to em." Did ya now?? Is that why they were still partying 3 hours later? This is a run-down area in general, that puts its best face forward in photos of course. This stay marks the END of sub-$100 hotel rooms for me. You get what you pay for alright!

Review

The room had been updated and it was nice.

I started messing with the window shade and it fell down. I turned the heater/air conditioner onto heat and a few minutes later it stopped working. I talked to a staff person about it. I went back to the room and got the unit to produce heat. Eventually a repair man came and told him that I got to work by play with the cord plug. I told him that the plug in needed to be replaced.

Nice stay

Nice comforter, pillows were bigger than usual,

Floor seemed like it was bare concrete at first, but was actually like marble tiles, a little cold in morning.

if you like cockroaches this is the place to stay !

We liked the room and area

This hotel has cockroaches! I woke up at 3 am to them crawling around the floor we had to put all our stuff out in the truck to keep from getting them. Won't be booking here anymore.

Loud, and not clean.

Location

Fire alarm that connects all the rooms was sounding and woke me after little rest. There was no fire nor risk. Roaches infested the room.

Great value stay for a night

The rooms were REALLY nice for being basically a motel.

The area is really sketchy and a lot of the people staying there were very suspicious-looking. The bedding in the first room smelled strongly of urine. The front desk was amazing and gave us a new room that smelled fresh and amazing!

This was one of the nastiest motels we have ever stayed at.

The lobby was probably the only part of the property that was halfway respectable. The rest was a dump.

Our room had a serious bug infestation. There were cockroaches everywhere, even crawling on us in our sleep. It was absolutely disgusting.

Very disappointing

From the outside I didn’t like anything about the hotel, I didn’t even go into the room, when I first pulled up for check in people were hanging out in the front of the hotel, drinking beer that in itself was a big turn off for me. When I went inside to check into the hotel, the staff made a copy of the front and back of my credit card and ID which is very illegal to make a copy of someone’s credit card, so with that plus the environment itself I decided to cancel my stay.

Too many people hanging out in front of the hotel lobby, people hanging out outside of their room in the parking lot.

Great location. Within walking distance of many different food options.

Only negative (nothing to do with hotel itself) is when the sun goes down the rift raft seem to come out.

Wow not even exaggerating when I say the WORST hotel experience of my life. Smelled like urine and cigarettes!!!! Stains and bugs every where!!!

The customer service of the front desk Clerk and the traffic on the main hwy. I would've preferred a room in the back.

Overall an great place to stay close to everything in Chattanooga

I did not participate in the breakfast. Your employees are friendly and the room was clean and nice. I would stay again. The only negative thing was there wasnt much grass around for people with pets. Not a big deal. Very happy with your hotel.

Beautifully remodeled, clean, modern rooms. New showers, nice flat screen TV, awesome bed, parked in front of room. First place we've ever stayed with no carpeting, just bare sealed concrete. No dirt, no carpet smell, clean. Slept great without the hotel clogged nose. Every hotel should do this.

Fridge, microwave. But no freezer. Went to lobby in morning for coffee, they had none. Guy said it was brewing.
