The room was spacious
Last minute booking during full moon party was not a good idea. We paid a lot for this property.

The location is brilliant, the beach is more for looks than activity, but you are nestled between the pier and the lovely beaches of the north.
There is a 7-11 five minutes walk and lots of brilliant restaurants very close by.
Our first impressions were not great, but after five nights and many adventures, we loved our time at Koh Phangang and Jayden.
We enjoyed live music and the sunset from the restaurant, which was a beautiful evening.
The rooms are very large.
With a good pool the villas would be amazing, but I'm sure the price would also be higher. We also would have missed out on visiting the pool clubs which we loved. Infinity & Amsterdam.

The old style home feel. The beautiful location. And the special sunset restaurant in front.

I loved the little villa I was in, so cute and cozy! Had a beautiful view of the ocean from my window and hammock. The best part of my stay was the staff. Absolute rock stars, helped me with everything I needed and kept my villa tidy when I needed it. I am so grateful I got to share 3 weeks at this beautiful spot with wonderful people! Also the location was perfect, lots of restaurants close by, a 7-11 close by, and a wonderful fruit stand with the best fruit smoothies I've ever had
The bed wasn't super comfortable but didnt impact my sleep in any way.

Stunning villa with great kitchen facilities. Right on the beach and can watch the sunset. Loved the outdoor space too. Organised renting a bike for us and taxi from the pier.
They take 5000 baht deposit when you check it. It is far from Haad Rin beach so wouldn’t recommend staying here for the full moon party as you’ll pay a lot for a taxi there and back.

Beautiful set of Villas. The host, San, and her team were extremely attentive and helpful with any issues that arose, and took care of anything and everything we needed. There's plenty of different food options in the immediate area we personally recommend the authentic Italian restaurant, not 5 steps from the place. There's also a multitude of other exceptional restaurants nearby. You can rent a motor bike and go wherever you need, down the road if necessary, and the water off the beach is an amazing view to wake up to each day. we Stayed for two weeks, and wished we could have stayed longer.

the villa was beautiful, the bed was super comfortable.
I liked the outside area and the little kitchen.
Lovely stay across from a lovely little restaurant called moma kop
Everything was fine, during the rainy season the walk to the bungalow was a little wet and muddy but to be expected

authentic houses, kitchenette, close to the beach (although it’s not for swimming, but the view is good) and some good restaurants;
- some things were broken in the villa (toilet door broken, towel hook broken);
- no cleaning service AT ALL; they didn’t even care to empty the trash cans and bring toiletries (including toilet paper!); we stayed for 3 nights and the villa was not cleaned or checked even once;
- no umbrella for guests (seriously?);

general location, atmosphere, value for money
the shower drainage
5.0 / 10.0
the apartment itself was nice, good size and sweet balcony
the shower was ridiculous, very low water pressure and the water were flooding…
The 5k deposit was also something we weren’t ready for and if you use cash - thats a big thing

The staff was very nice and responsive, it's very close to the beach.
There is no paved way to the room and we have to walk to our room through a mady way. They clean the room once a week so we had to throw away the garbage. The pictures of the beach area doeant exist, we felt fooled. There was a dusty smell in the room.

There was a dragon fruit, and bananas…no coffee or tea…or drinking water…and we love fruit…wasn't aware of a breakfast tho…bummer if we missed out on that. Seems a building on highway was being built, so perhaps that is the future breakfast spot?
Our bungalow was not recently cleaned which was a big bummer. There was critter poop on back of black loveseat, on top of headboard, on glass shelves above sink, (the drawer below sink was filthy inside and would not remain closed, so was always in the way for using the sink) on countertops, window seals, and on the dish drainer. I had some large wet wipes and cleaned all the counters, before we unpacked our groceries. The lightbulb in sitting room was missing from hanging light. The mirror was dirty. There was a small roll of tp which ran out, no back up roll, fortunately by end of day we had signed up for Ananda detox and they gave us one roll of tp. It would be really nice to arrive after a long sweaty journey to clean drinking water in the frig. Also a bit of tea/coffee would be a plus. Loved the fruit. Linens, towels were all fabulous, very comfortable bed, nice layout, loved the windows, deck, hammock, great ac, also a quiet tranquil spot. Thank You for the extra nite too. Enjoyed.

beautiful bungalow, nice kitchen, comfortable and clean.
hot shower is okay, not so hot.
sometimes the water in the shower didn’t go down fast so it caused some flooding.

nice free standing villas right across the road from the beach and walking distance to good bars, indigo cafe (great coffee & croissants!), restaurants & 7/11. Excellent value for money. Hammocks on the balcony were great and the sunsets spectacular.
Bathrooms not AC & pretty basic. We had one of the few white concrete villas, next time I’d stay in one of the wooden ones which looked a bit nicer and more traditional.

Location, view, kitchen, host, so good. Will come back for sure
Sofa in the house was not comfy, but good to have one in the house :)

Great villas, same as photos, nice part of the island. Suits even those who can’t drive motorbike as there are plenty of places to eat within a walking distance. Spacious and comfortable.
It’s not a big issue, but you need to know that sea in front of the villas is not suited for swimming.
