I believe it is the best option for the price you pay.

Staff was very courteous. They were as helpful with all my queries as they could have been.

Internet didn't work properly all the time. TV didn't have cable. The TV had internet connection for one night only. Elevators were very slow.

Hotel with guesthouse like feeling

It's not a hotel but a banquet hall with standby rooms on 2nd floor.

It's location. Its parking area was not clean and was messy.

· I stayed for one nights with family; and all in all, it was a pleasant stay; all staff members were very cooperative, which was one of the best qualities of this hotel. The location is very convenient and close to restaurants, banks, and other facilities. Breakfast options and service were very good. Generally, a highly recommended hotel for family stays, and this hotel will be our obvious choice when we visit Sialkot again.

I stayed for one night with Family.and all in all. It was a pleasant stay. All staff members were very cooperative. Which was one of the best Qualities of this hotel. The location is very convenient and close to restaurants, bank's, and other Facilities. Breakfast options and service were very good. Good location, good sized room, staff try to be accommodating but breakfast was very disappointing.

Location was good as was the size of the room.

When rooms were booked it clearly stated breakfast buffet yet was advised in the evening that the breakfast buffet was not available. Was given a breakfast menu to select for the following morning but when breakfast was served half of the items were not available. We requested porridge the night before but in the morning was advised that the porridge had finished so a cake slice was provided as an alternative! Breakfast was a big disappointment.

fine, with a few setbacks

The staff was very helpful but the language was often a problem. The room was nice and clean. Lot of water in the shower.

The site mentions a breakfast buffet. Unfortunately there wasn't. You had to specify what you wanted to eat the night before breakfast. Due to the lack of knowledge of the English language of the staff, this went wrong several times. The location was OK. we where there for work. The re was nop retaurant as mention on the site. The was hardley a balkony with vew on my room.

I've stayed at a lot of hotels in Sialkot but this beats them all. The facilities are excellent the staff are so welcoming and helpful especially Mr. Farhan and Mr Sohaib Mr. Wahab I will definitely be returning back to the Royaute luxury Hotel and would definitely recommend to all my family and friends as this place is suitable for everyone. If your looking for 5 star quality then this is the place to come

Really bad experience not coming back again.

Room size. Hot water.

Poor service , paint was off from the wall, charged more then what I suppose to pay and blame on booking.com. most of the stuff on menu was not available and they will let you know 45 mins after the order. No manager or supervisor. I have a big list but all in all that if you are thinking of a business or corporate booking and on time schdule then this is not the place .PS the hotel is on only on third floor above the banqueting hall, one corridor of 15 to 20 rooms.
