First time using a private residence rental; one night, could have been better, but suited purpose.

Only stayed for one night, so it met the need. The decor, bathroom, the kitchen was area was really cute. Walked into the space and it was really cool. Glad the AC was working. The bed was very comfortable.

The was uncertain of the neighborhood, but because my husband and I were together, I was a little more comfortable. Upon arrival, there was loud music playing . I could not tell if if was another space on the other side of home or neighbor. This went on for an hour, until we left for dinner. After returning later in the evening, we were startled by someone knocking/banging on our window (asking about a key). After telling them we were not responsible for the keys they left. I assume they found their keys to get in on the other side, as the loud music/party began again (after 11pm, until 5am). Then as some point, between 12am -1am the A/C stop working. Good thing it was there was a fan and it was not too hot and we only had a few hours before check-out.

My stay in Tampa

The location was good for ME in a nice, quiet street close to my car rental office. The room was nice, clean and had all the amenities. There were also pint btls of water in fridge. Comfortable bed, big closet.

If u don't subscribe to multiple streaming channels you may not want to stay here. The local(antenna) channels r garbage; 60's-90's tv shows only and reception is spotty. Honestly i doubt I would have stayed here if i knew in advance. Did see 1 roach on my last day, killed it. You can't reach the toilet paper from the toilet, u have to take it off the spool.

Beyond amazing! We loved it!!!

I’m actually excited to write this review. i can’t express enough how pleasant it was staying in this villa. the comfort, how clean everything was! we had everything we needed. absolutely Loved it!!

We look forward to staying here evertime we visit Tampa.

no cable t.v., a more receptive and understanding host, toaster and coffee machine whose cords were too short to reach the outlets, no instruction for garbage pick-up day
