Rapporty qualité prix déplorable.

L'emplacement central

Chambre qui ne correspondait en rien aux photos. Pas d'accueil, ce sont les serveurs du restaurants à coté qui donnent les codes d'accès pour le bâtiment et les chambres. Chambre petite, aucune armoire ni porte manteau. Lit de mauvaise qualité mais surtout impossible de dormir à cause des lumières générées par un panneau lumineux de sortie de secours positionné dans la chambre ! Le rapport qualité pris est très mauvais (133 euros la nuit).

Fantastic location. Nice building. No way to talk to management.

I got one email from booking.com with a quote saying ROH confirmed my reservation and our arrival time. I never received any correspondence with instructions on how to access the building. When we showed up at 11PM no one was there, no one answered the door or my email, there are no phone numbers anywhere. We were standing in an alley with luggage not sure if we would have a place to sleep after flying for 20 hours. There was no hot water in our room. Fortunately the waiters at the restaurant next door knew how to get into our room. We after all that we were never contacted by management.

Lack of communication from host. Very firm mattress. No hot water.

Posto stupendo e centralissimo, staff eccezionale, si potrebbe aggiustare qualcosa, ma la struttura è molto pulita

Il riscaldamento non era con termosifoni ma con condizionatore un po’ vecchio, nella stanza mancava una cassettiera. La colazione non era a buffet ma si poteva scegliere solo un piatto dal menu

Hôtel confortable et très bien situé pour tout faire à pied !

Très bonne prestation. Accueil très sympathique. Très bonne literie et chambre spacieuse.

Will stay again. Location and the friendliness of staffs outweigh the noise.

Breakfast and location are both good. Allowed me to check in at 11pm and the staffs are friendly. Water heater works fine and the rooms are nicely decorated. There is complimentary wine too, not sure of the quality as I didn't drink.

The rooms are above restaurants. So it is very convenient to get food, but it will only quiet down after midnight. The floor is quite dusty, need to wear bedroom slippers.

Estadia agradável no centro de Atenas.

O hotel fica situado numa zona muito central de Atenas. O quarto tinha 2 janelas e frigobar. O quarto de banho era amplo, com produtos de higiene muito bons e tinha também 1 janela. O pequeno almoço era "a la carte" e super-variado e era tomado no edifício do restaurante ou na esplanada que ficava do outro lado da rua.

Ficamos no 1º andar e tivemos de levar as malas pelas escadas. Decoração do quarto excessivamente "kitsch".

Toller Athen Aufenthalt

Freundlicher Empfang. Schönes Zimmer in perfekter Umgebung um Athen zu erkunden. Zimmer hatte eine gute Größe und ein sauberes, schönes Bad. Frühstück war a la Carte und sehr lecker. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Don’t leave your guests stranded

Location was perfect. Decor was nice.

We arrived at 1:00am to find no one there. The entrance locked. We were not informed of how to get in. We felt stranded and tired. Very upset. Thankfully our driver helped us.

Lovely location and nice staff

Excellent location - interesting but limited breakfast.

Too much hair from previous occupants on the floors. Aircon broke down 3 times which meant staying in room all afternoon until it was eventually fixed.

Great location. Limited but interesting breakfast - Decaff not included nor fruit.

I stayed in 3 rooms and in 2 of them there was too much hair left from previous occupants. The ‘hairiest’ rooms I’ve ever stayed in!

Localização fantástica! Perto de diversos restaurantes e bares. Da para fazer todas as atrações a pé. Chuveiro ótimo. Quarto bonito. Deixam uma garrafa de vinho de cortesia. Tem chaleira com café solúvel no quarto.

Por ficar perto de bares tem um pouco de barulho, mas isto não me incomoda. Sono primeiro andar, portanto tem algumas escadas. Mas achei tudo excelente, nada atrapalhou a minha estadia.

Great location. Nice breakfasts. Staff very friendly.

The TV didn't work. The door handle to the bathroom fell off. We reported these faults but they were not fixed. Disappointing. Mattress was very hard. Air conditioner struggled at times during the night. Too expensive.

Beautiful suite in a great location

I would like to thank all staff at ROH Suites for taking amazing care of my parents. The suit was amazing and the service exceptional. Very tasty breakfast in the restaurant next door

Great location

The air conditioning did not work and it was 100 degrees out. The room was so hot we could not sleep. Asked the staff to look at it and they turned it off and turned it back on, which did not help at all.

nothing. we booked an executive room and we were offered a very small, poorly furnished one. there was no wardrobe, we kept our clothes packed in the suitcases placed on the floor!!!

Great location

Location was great but the rooms were very small!!! Breakfast was ok nothing to fancy!!! We we’re vegetarian and had not option!!! I don’t eat eggs so they didn’t have anything just bread butter….

It was very comfortable, neat and clean rooms, friendly and helpful staff in a great location in the centre of Athens.

Location was great, staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good.

We booked a 3 person room but the sofa bed was not provided, (although specified in the room info), instead it was a two seater which was not appropriate as a bed and too small for a 12 year old (feet and head over the ends).

Perfect stay in Athens

Perfect location in the Plaka area just 2 mins walk away from Hadrian's Gate and 5 mins away from Monastriki. Beautifully decorated room in Rococo baroque style fit for royalty. Very friendly staff. Good breakfast. Worth re booking it.

The Air con was a bit of low power it was tremendously hot and the AC was not cool enough. Just that otherwise it was a super nice stay.

We just hated coming back to our room each evening.

Pros - Location was perfect, in Plaka, resaurants and shops nearby - Room was clean, and cleaned every day - staff were friendly - AC was great, and it was hot while we were there - Breakfast was outstanding.

The room was small, too small, No room for a chair, had to bend over and walk sideways to get around the bed - two times people with keys opened our door while we were sleeping, once at 11:30pm saying they were there to fix something - the lift was for luggage only, my wife with mobility problems had to walk up two flights of stairs - scalding hot water could not be controlled with knob settings - wifi spotty at best - no lobby or onsite contact person - no shower mat or extra towel - shelves on wall were slanted so couldn't set heavier items on them - renovations not complete or done well.
