Opening out onto a private cobbled mews at the back of the house, this central London property really has to be seen in person to be appreciated for all it's worth. If you're into cooking, you'll be blown away by the kitchen as it's the ultimate foodie's dream come true with an extensive supply of kitchenware. And it doesn't end there, as the luminous living room presents sliding glass doors that open out onto a courtyard with its own outdoor dining area and deluxe barbecue. The eclectic styling of the home makes you feel like you're travelling on a voyage around the world as you enter the different rooms - each owning a unique vibe and ambience to enjoy. Morrocan rugs, Aztec prints, antique furniture and vintage decorative pieces bring life and soul to the home with huge with endless personality. Music lovers are also in luck as there's a piano, multiple guitars and a set of decks where you can play DJ to your favourite records. Set in the conservation area of Georgian London, the street itself is surprisingly very quiet, considering the busy and vibrant neighbourhoods of Islington and Clerkenwell are just five minutes away. Discover the local theatres, cinemas as well as an array of shops, bars and restaurants all within walking distance. And with Kings Cross tube also just a fifteen-minute walk away, you'll be in an ideal location to get to almost anywhere else in London and beyond.
Home truths:
*Since the photoshoot your host has updated the bedrooms – there is now one king-size bed and two double beds
*This home is typically occupied by a family, who rent it out occasionally – therefore it has a lot of personal touches and a "lived-in" feel
*The owner has a dog, so although the home is thoroughly cleaned before guests arrive – those with allergies should be aware
*Since you'll be based in central London, we don't recommend bringing a car here, as parking may be difficult and the best way to get around is via public transport anyway
