The hotel was one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at lately

The price for the room was very good and when I arrived there I was greeted with a smile and felt welcomed

The coffee is something to be desired not really good but that is okay

It was nice and was able to relax

Didn't eat breakfast and the price the hotel charges is the same as booking.com I feel why have discount websites if there is no discount.

Be aware that they could run a deposit on your card without telling you - so ask first!

Our initial reaction was that the lady at the front desk was accomodating on the downstair room we requested which was clean and looked newly remodeled. Read on though....be very aware of their charges...

The bed was really uncomfortable. But the biggest issue was that they ran a $50 deposit on our card without asking or telling me. This is not mentioned on Booking.com either. It is illegal to run money on someone's card without their permission. Plus, reading some Google reviews, I see they have done this to others. Calling them I was told it could take up to 7 days to get refunded. Not cool at all, but thanks to our credit card company we did get it back. Not happy with Booking.com on this either!

Very good

easy to get to from the hi-way, plenty of parking, fridge, microwave, coffee maker. Bed was comfortable, room was comfortable with the A/C & fan control. Room was very quiet (soundproof) due to the walls being brick.

Pleasant and safe low-budget stay.

The motel was literally across the street from my business meeting which made the 'commute' easy! The city bus (weekdays only) drives right there (17th @ Trig). There are two supermarkets nearby and a bowling alley. It's a LOW-BUDGET stay but very decent and respectable and I never got the rude impression "well...ya get whatcha pay for"... customer service was great and everything was clean, clean-looking and operable. Plus, good WiFi service.

The treadmill doesn't work (but there's a school track course across the road) and the pillows were somewhat flat.

Very exhausting and stressful from checking on my vehicle constantly.

Cleaning staff were helpful.

Cleaning staff would come and try to clean around 8am so you can not sleep in. If i have an 11am check out please dont start trying to clean the room before then. Vagrants outside very loud every day either in their cars playing music or talking loud. People working on vehicles everyday in parking lot. Room floors were sticky, room smelled like mold. Loud people above me, lady 2 doors down crying very loud. Couple 3 doors down sounded like they were having an r&b concert in their room. Bed was hard as a brick along with pillows. I had to call to the front desk to ask receptionist to have group of people stop leaning on my vehicle and was hung up on. This hotel needs to not allow most of these people to stay as it seemed to me they were living at the hotel.

Our room was supposed to be non-smoking and it smelled like smoke. They moved us to a new room and it smelled like smoke. There was mascara on the pillows. The bed was super uncomfortable. The place was super sketch and we left early to go to a different hotel. I was told I would get my money back, I haven’t and my calls aren’t returned.

Very clean rooms. Pleasant staff. My only complaint is. I was there working a night shift in the area. And there is no coffee in the afternoon. So having to go out for a cup of coffee as soon as you get up is very inconvenient

It was a nice room.

We didn't have breakfast. It was close to restaurants and stores.

It was very noisy. Could he the people in the next rooms. Walking and talking in the hallway at all hours.

it’s sucked the people that stay there from day-to-day think they all in the hotel and they think they can make as much

The proximity to Rib Mountain was great.

The property needs many changes. There were too many guys hanging outside smoking cigarettes by entrances all the time. The room has no carpet, just cheap linoleum. There was a slash in the arm of the sofa bed, which was also dingy. The beadspread had what appeared to be glitter finger polish spilled on it.

the brick accent wall was visually appealing

the walls are very thin. I had to listen to the lady next door coughing all night. The bedsheets and the towels had stains in them. odd bathroom layout. lots of trashy folk.
