Comfortable and elegant. Very well equipped.

The flat was superb. Full of character Beautifully restored and kept spotlessly clean. Great to enjoy the sea view.

Just could do with a hand rail to go down the few steps to the double bedroom.

Very good

Lovely sea view, very clean and comfortable. Comfy beds and two bathrooms was a real bonus. Everything we needed for a short break by the sea.

Only issue we had was the oven! Someone must have child locked it by accident. We managed to fix it but would be handy to have the instructions.

Seaside trip

An excellent location and a beautifully presented apartment with a wonderful sea view. A clean and comfortable space to relax in after a full day outdoors enjoying the seaside! Tim was incredibly helpful in sending all check-in details ahead of time. Thank you Tim, we enjoyed our stay very much!

Really good location, good price, communication with host was very good. We did a fair bit of cooking and everything you really needed was there.

Modern, well-located apartment with lovely sea views.

The apartment is lovely. Feels very modern and nicely decorated, well located and lovely sea views. I saw a couple of reviews commenting about the ‘rules’, but to be honest they’re just things people should be doing anyway, there’s nothing excessive about them.

Nothing really, only small thing is I didn’t find the pillows very comfortable. Instructions for where to find the key box would also have been helpful, and which key box it is (as there are four).

amazing location great facilities could easily stay for a lot longer.

the rules for staying there are a bit far. but I can see how it helps keeping it clean. and to a good standard.

We had a fabulous week. Thank you.

We were running late so a family member picked the keys up for us and said that the host was lovely (there is a key lock if you are late but we were meeting family) Having spoken to him on the phone to discuss our lateness, I agree, he was lovely. The apartment was spotless and had the best view we have ever had.

I did worry about the neighbours.... there are lots of notices saying respect their peace but the floors on the top floor are very light and my husband and kids are very heavy footed, they don't do it on purpose it's just how they walk. I had to tell them to tip toe at night time and I stressed out about this because I didn't want to upset anyone. I would love to know if we had any complaints because this is the only negative fir me. The apartment is amazing and in a perfect place.

Lovely stay, will definitely return. But next time we’d love to stay for longer.

The apartment was much nicer than we expected and from looking at photos. Beautiful view from sitting room, comfy beds, nice decor throughout. Fresh and clean, with nice touches of extra throws and pillows etc. We liked that there was 2 desperate bathrooms which was helpful for us as a family with a little one.

Exceptional

We loved pretty much everything, starting with the responsiveness of the very friendly and helpful owner. We were really impressed by all of it, from the handy parking space and immaculate entrance hall and stairway, to the great layout and pleasant decor of this very well-supplied apartment. The location is terrific - with a good sea view, an always interesting promenade of people, and a variety of places to eat within an easy walk away. We felt very comfortable and welcomed and will definitely be going back. We highly recommend this holiday let - it is a wonderful place to stay!

There is nothing that we found wanting. It is not a large apartment but we never felt cramped. It is located on the second floor but the stairs are easy to use and the solid banisters and light decor are very helpful. The views and sense of privacy are well worth it.

Exceptional

Beautiful property. Fantastic location - absolutely loved my morning beach walks. Had absolutely everything you could ask for. Cleaned to a very high standard. The perfect place when visiting Felixstowe. HIGHLY recommend. A short 30 minute drive will also take you to Rendlesham Forest - famous for its supposed UFO sightings (it’s actually just a really nice forest to stroll around)

Excellent stay in a well presented apartment with a sea view and easy walking distance into town.

Perfect location, easy access with off road parking. Good value for money for a short break. Communications with Tim were easy and straight forward. Felixstowe is my home town, not been back for a good few years, a lot has changed for the better. Its all ways been a well kept sea front.....

Couple of points ... There was no info as to where to put the bin waste on day of departure so assumed the bins in the car park was the best place ? Not sure it was the cleaners job to clear out the bin! Allocated parking place a little tight and had to pick nails up off the ground as didn't want them in my tyres...... But would not hesitate to book again....!!

Great Location for a Break

Well appointed. Great sea view. Perfect location.

Sloping low ceilings in places. Inevitable on top floor but an issue for a 6 ft tall guest.
