הבריכה והחדר טובים

הזמנו חדר ל2 מבוגרים ו2 ילדים הביאו לנו חדר לזוג (כאילו שידרגו לסוויטה עם מטבח ) בפועל לילדים לא היה איפה לישון הביאו מיטה נפתח שלא ניתן לישון עליה . פנינו לקבלה לא נתנו מענה יום לפני סוף הטיול הגיע מנהל בשם קוין שנתן שירות מעולה אך לצערנו זה כבר היה לילה אחרון

Central placering og venligt hotel personale.

Valet parking var arrogant grænsende til det ubehagelige. Det er KUN muligt, at benytte valgt parking. Ellers find et sted i byen. Parkering er $40,50/døgn. Uanset hvad booking.com siger, er morgenmaden KUN for 2 personer. Rejser en familie, skal der betales extra.

Horrible

The service was horrible and I was racially profiled in my opinion! Upon arrival, I was told they did not have any rooms available even though I had already paid for and booked a Delux King room. The front desk assistant had my reservation and the confirmation but still insisted there were no rooms available! After calling Booking and complaining to the hotel staff, the hotel magically found a room. I did not get the room I paid for but received a lesser room for the same amount, absolutely unacceptable! The hotel took advantage of customers who were forced to stay the night because the Miami airport canceled a lot of flights! The hotel raised their prices to over $800 a room when their normal price for the same room is usually $323.00 a night!!!

they charge $50 if you want to check in a couple of hours early even though the room was clean and just sitting there they have a sign that the included breakfast was 830 to 1100 and when we went at 1030 they told us that they closed early on Saturdays -not on sign They were fairly rude about this at the restaurant and front desk There were small children everywhere which was not as relaxing as we were hoping it was going to be

At the very beginning, they charge you a deposit of about $ 300 when entering the hotel. And he is told that he will be returned on his way out. My deposit was refunded 25 days after I returned to my home country. It's a joke, isn't it! And my bank said they could normally withdraw from the provision, but they didn't. So everything is arbitrary! Secondly, the hotel has its own parking lot, but don't be happy because the hotel also charges the customer a parking fee of $ 37 per day. It's not over yet! They registered my credit card in the system and withdrew money from there without my knowledge, and then I spent a few hours dealing with it for a refund. If you want to be scammed, you can choose this hotel. A hotel that puts a person in a difficult situation will never be on my list of preferences again.

The rooms were… fine, some parts of the room the wallpaper was peeling, there was a huge patch in our room that they covered up with a huge mirror, and it wasn’t even done well. other then that everything was perfect

The Shabbat and kosher facilities were very useful for us.

Dreadful communications by email and telephone before our arrival - I nearly cancelled because of the difficulties that I had. Also, people trying to contact us in our room could not get through to the hotel.

Great Jewish hotel

Location and facilities were good, Harry was on valet and was superb, he remembered my family and said hello each time he saw us, he was the only team member to make us feel welcome

I've never felt descrimated before until staying at this hotel, the guests of which were majority Jewish just looked down at my family and stared at us when we made our way back and forth to the hotel over our 2 night stay, the reception staff were unhelpful at even some of the basic requests, having then witnessed the same requests from another guest who was Jewish to see their request was met was very disappointing and clear to see what was going on - the room was small and there was nowhere to hang your wet clothes after going in the pool

felt like i have to beg front desk for cups/coffee pods. we were four sharing a room and we never had enough… we were even told that they dont have enough to give out… strange

It was close to the beautiful shopping mall and beach. And room was very clean.

I didn’t know that this hotel was for Jew people. I could hear what people talking from the room next to us.

a nightmare I would of have better outcome at a motel 6

no stop noise noises people all day for 2 days I couldn’t get any rest and also had roaches I had to check out 2 days before my scheduled check out and had went through booking to book somewhere else for my remainder stay and I was supposed to get refunded for the two days and I still haven’t heard back from booking.Com yet

It was just ok

The positive was Harry who was very helpful with our bags and tips to visit Miami! 15 min walk to the beach if you dont take the hotel shuttle

Negatives: The checkin at 4pm is way too late compare to other hotels especially if you have to check out at 11am. You end up spending less than 24hours at the hotel. The staff behind the desk sounded like they were reading a script while answering questions, instead of listening to our questions they answered something else, it was a bit strange to be honest. They also sounded very stressed and over busy, never smiling or anything. It was a weird experience. The Shuttle to the beach is a complete disaster! Its better to walk to the beach there (13min walk). With the hotel Shuttle you get stuck in traffic for 45min!! They only have one that goes every hour to drop people and pick them up. Honestly dont waste your time.
