Nice caravan small bedrooms need freshening up reasonably priced

The caravan was nice clean on surfaces and floors and had everything you needed and was on a lovely site The lady I spoke to was lovely and very polite and helpful And was reasonably priced

The two small bedrooms smelled like either they hadn’t been changed for quite a while or the duvet’s and pillows hadn’t been changed My daughter slept on the settee The mop bucket and sweeping brush ( still had dust and dirt on ) was kept in the toilet / shower room next to the toilet. Maybe a storage box outside might be a good idea The table leg was coming away from table so needed fixing

Wonderful holiday

The area was great, lots to do, people on site good and owners really lovely

Was a little worried about the table and chairs whrn kids sat up, think a new one is needed.

Clean, tidy and a friendly host.A good location for exploring North Wales.

The caravan was clean and tidy. The host was lovely, even though we actually arrived later than intended. The park was clean and tidy with the beach a couple of mins walk. There is a cafe, park and tennis courts and a bouncy castle is up on most days. There is no shop. Coop is a five min drive. If you do not drive there is a Tesco superstore close by. We did a grocery shop with them. The shower has a good pressure which isn't always the case with caravans.

Not really a negative, rather an opinion, the space would benefit from a space saver table and stools instead.

Booking.com stated there were towels provided and this was not the case There was no internal bin for rubbish. All duvet covers lwere very crumpled and looked a little tired

Really lovely stay and would definitely like to go back!

Really great location, such a short walk to the beach. Plenty of space for the family. Very clean. Park the accommodation is on is very well maintained and kept and very quiet.

Only thing we missed was that the phone signal was quite poor on site which isnt the host's problem but there wasnt alternative wifi etc to connect to.

Why we didn't stay.

No hot water as boiler wasn't working. Was told last people had complained but owner's partner showed me how to work. It still didn't work & phoned him back. When he came back showed him the dirty, greasy brillo pad in kitchen where it wasn't clean, eg cooker. Bed sheets were crumpled & hair on them. So questionable if changed? Also smelt of curry/animals. Explained we weren't staying the night because of these reasons. He said it was the cleaner's fault as girlfriend was away. Also misleading was the pool facility as it was a local authority swimming pool over the road. We decided to leave for thes reasons. Booking.com phoned owner but the agreed refund hasn't arrived.

Won’t come again

Very comfortable

No hot water for a shower, no plug to wash dishes, extract a fan on oven not working and no light from it . Tv couldn’t watch it as kept lagging out . Beds uncomfortable. Nothing to do in the area as all closed yes was told there was a lovely chippy down the road? .
