COMODO Y CENTRICO, LE FALTA LIMPIEZA Y BUENA ATENCION

el hotel esta lindo, pero si hay mucho ruido por el tren y la discoteca que esta en el roof la cercania con el brickel center esta super bien asi excelentes las camas y los baños

la atencion del check in la señorita con muy mal humor no atendia nada bien, no estaba muy presente la limpieza no la hicieron diaria y llegaron en la noche a ver si queria que la hiciera pues ya era tarde

La propreté de l’hôtel La literie était confortable. Personnel de chambre très sympa. La piscine. La parking avec un voiturier, très pratique.

Le DJ ayant mis la musique beaucoup trop fort à la piscine, moyen pour se relaxer.

Me gustó la ubicación y que el edificio era nuevo y con buena vista

No me gustó la limpieza, el valet parking fue pésimo y como había un rooftop en el edificio todo el tiempo gente alcolizada, hasta estaba sucio el ascensor porque alguien se descompuso y vomitó .

Nous avons apprécié notre séjour dans cet hôtel mais il faudrait améliorer la propreté de la chambre.

La localisation dans Birkell était facile et idéale. Proche du centre commercial et de Brickell Key Island. La chambre en elle-même était très spacieuse et le lit confortable.

La chambre n’était pas très propre, et l’évier à moitié boucher. Pendant notre séjour notre chambre n’a pas été nettoyée. Nous n’avons pas apprécié la musique très très forte avec un DJ à la piscine, pas moyen de se relaxer.

Price & but very surprised to find 2 sets of era plugs in room as hotel right next to high level tram / subway why would hotel not install correct noise dampening windows over suppling earplugs very diposisnetd & not good sleep

We stayed there less then 24 hours and we had to talk a lot for not being charged for random things!

Although breakfast was included in the original booking, they charged us on the day again and I am still trying to sort this out! Still now they are taking money from my account although I have paid in full for the original amount! and it is almost impossible to speak to any of them or to have the Hemorrhaging of money!

Really Nice at a Good Price

Nice location, very close to Brickell City Center and many restaurants in the zone. Nice staff that helped me with my Amazon packages.

The Air conditioner was noisy and despite I turn it off it came back every time

Our stay was good. Would stay again.

Hotel smelled very nice and bedding was clean.

That pool was only allowed to be used for 15 minutes. And I did not like $25 daily fee. I did not know what to use my $25 credit for and ended up losing it. Also did not like that heat would turn off at night and we woke up every morning in a cold room.

2 night stay for a wedding at key biscayne a short drive away. Plenty to do in walking distance.

Location nice pool we did not take advantage of modern design

Valley parking kind of complicated additional charge and only parking option. Believe was 75 dollars a night.

Excelente ubicación. Queda a unos minutos del Brickell Shopping Center y a 4 estaciones del metro mover de Bayside Marketplace. La habitación fue muy cómoda y espaciosa.

Great location. Very clean and comfortable.

One of our rooms wasn’t ready by check in time. Called front desk and staff was not apologetic, almost annoyed that I kept asking about our room being ready. My husband finally went to the desk and was told our room has been ready. No one let us know. This was almost an hour after check in time. Poor customer service, as they acted like they did nothing wrong. Other than that incident, our overall stay was great. We were unaware also that there is a nightclub on the rooftop, so we’re surprised with a line outside the hotel when we returned from a baseball game at night. It did not effect us though.

Disappointing

Rooms are not noise isolated, you can hear people next door. Valet parking is slow, not responsive and expensive. Rooms are welcome okay, nothing exceptional. Over priced.

Employee Alejandra.Castillo does not value Marriott customers like myself

Horrible customer service. Be aware Alejandra Castillo canceled my reservation by sending me a bullying email she canceled my reservation without giving me a heads up. I call the 1-800 Marriott phone number & file a complaint just to find out Alejandra Castillo lied about canceling my room. Do not stay at this location find another hotel that values their customers. Alejandra Castillo, seek coaching on how to address Marriott valuable customers.

I definitely expected more from Marriot.

The location

I booked with Booking.com and check in and check out times did not match the hotel. Our room wasn’t even ready at the “check-in” time. The staff was pleasant. The beds were comfy ….room was initially hot, but the staff did fix it quickly.

Disappointed, roof top pool under construction

The property was clean and comfortable but they failed to tell us prior to the booking or anywhere on their site that the roof top pool was closed due to construction. It is important to note that somewhere on the website, why else would someone travel to Miami….. to enjoy the Sun…..disappointing. Would not stay again

Awesome location, all new, nice breakfast

Walking distance from Brickell Downtown and Miami Downtown. Everything you can imagine is within a 15 min walk: shops, bars, galleries, offices, parks, etc. The hotel is new, staff is nice, breakfast is massive. Mattresses are not super-soft like in many US hotels, so it's good for sleeping.

There's a rooftop bar which can produce slight grooves during late weekend evenings and a train rails nearby, but my sleep was good.
