A very pleasant hotel with friendly staff a very quiet at night

Location. Breakfast. Clean rooms. Swimming pool.

No shade by the pool. The occasional smell from the drains.

I had a great experience at this hotel. Pravin & Sanatna took great care of me!

I loved the buffet breakfast, some of the most authentic food during my entire stay in Goa.

When I put do not disturb light on, I still received calls and knocks (once or twice) not a big deal at all though. They were just making sure I had everything I needde.

If looking only for a good location near Candolim beach, then its fine. Else no luxury per se at this price.

Location is good. Near to the beach.

We were provided room at the back side of the hotel (in spite of paying the regular tariff). There was no lift, plenty of cockroaches, balcony looked into a house where men were peeping in, no room slippers, bath gown, beach bag, no dental kit, towels were awful. Bath tubs too narrow even for an average person to fit. Quality of mattress and bedsheets were below average. Breakfast had 5-6 items only, mainly breads. We booked the hotel after reading all the positive reviews but were disappointed.

Location is great , room size and design is good ...but they really need to work on cleanliness

Location was great . Size of the rooms are good.

The bathroom wasn't clean and it smelt bad as it didn't have an exhaust. The toilet paper provided looked soggy and not fresh . The towels were not fresh and had few stains.

Nice location, near to beach experience, excellent view from 2nd floor

1. The location is perfect if you are looking for a near beach property 2. Food quality was very good and tastes yummy 3. Even if the check in was allowed at 2 pm the property allowed us to check in early as we reached early 4. All the staff members are very much polite and client friendly

1. Please consider the mattress quality for the beds 2. The room should be more ventilated especially bathrooms

A happy stay

We loved the super friendly staff, delicious continental food, very clean and spacious room, nice and large balcony, the bathtubs in every room and the brilliant location of the hotel.

We think the prices might be reduced a bit more for the sea facing rooms.

A good and comfortable stay. Is worth staying again if only fly problem is solved.

It was a good and comfortable stay. Room was spacious. Many facilities provided in room that made it a hassle free experience like hair dryer and clothes drying stand. It is near the beach and many resturants nearby. Many options in breakfast and it was different everyday. Karthik was very good and he made sure we did not miss breakfast and served very well.

FLIES in the kitchen and dining area and the washroom area which is right next to kitchen. They were everywhere, all over the buffet, and table sitting on fruits, and our food plates. I couldn't eat breakfast in peace. The dining area stays open and is facing the backlane of some building with garbage and trash area which explains that which is the first thing i saw when entered the property and it immediately turned me off and it also faces the corridor to the room. So while entering the hotel and going upto the rooms having such a sight is a downside of the place. Suggestions- The fences could be elevated to block the trash view and dining area should not be open, instead be within glass walls.

Small hotel but very thoughtfully made..Rooms were clean and big.lovely balcony with a cloth rack.wonderful place ,highly recommend it.simple buffet breakfast but filling.. karaoke night on Saturday is just too good.walkable distance from Candolim beach

Great place

We paid extra for a balcony room . For us it was worth it. The roof top pool was great. Food was better than most other places. Some nights there was music but finished at a reasonable time. We would return if ever in this area.

I enjoyed my stay despite. Staff extremely pleasant and helpful.

Breakfast was fine. It was in pleasant open plan area, roomy and staff are attentive. The cooked breakfast was good.

Only white bread, instant coffee, and only a fuit jam jelly spread and a warm cooked breakfast on a cold plate making the cooked breakfast cold very quickly.

Excellent spacious hotel rooms, proximity to the beach

The hotel room is really big and spacious. It was equipped with all the essential amenities which were replenished everyday by the housekeeping staff. The location is excellent and Candolim beach is only 2-3 mins by foot. It’s also close to the main road and many restaurants and stores are within walking distance. We also enjoyed using the infinity pool and the view of the sea it provided. Would recommend this hidden gem of a hotel to everybody and I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

The location was good and about a 5 min walk to the beach. This is a main approach road to the Candolim beach so could get crowded with regular beach goers. The hotel rooms are spacious, clean and well-maintained. The infinity pool view is amazing and the water is clean with a good filtration system. The staff here is excellent and makes sure you have a comfortable stay. The check-in process was a breeze even thou we reached the hotel only at 12 Am. The restaurant has some good musicians performing and will make a good evening dine out.

The breakfast could be better, most importantly the coffee. The pillows Should have a couple of pool umbrellas for shade during the day.
