We enjoyed our stay at No 15 Ermou Hotel. Excellent experience!

Breakfast and the service were excellent! Variety of food and all home made. The staff were very helpful.

The beds could be more comfortable.

Just some small details to look

Everything

In the Hamam there should be a separate dress room in order to get dressed without sliding and sticking due to the steam. Also it would be convenient to place a door at the hamam shower so water is not spullen around. There was a bad smell when we opened the window and the same smell was also at the hamam floor. I informed the amazing personnel and they told they will look at it!

Πολύ καλή διαμονη. Θα ξαναμείνω σίγουρα. Πολύ καλή τοποθεσία.

Κατέβηκα για πρωινό λίγο αργά και δεν είχε μείνει τίποτα. Περίμενα 10 λεπτά να φέρουν φαγητό. Και όταν ήρθε τελείωσαν γρήγορα γιατί είχε κόσμο. Τελικά έφυγα.

Do yourself a favor!

This hotel was a exceptional. Comfortable bed, I started my day with the steam and a sauna. Great location, short walk to a great Greek restaurant. Lots of tech surprise smart TV with casting ability. Speakers with volume control in the toilet! I never knew I wanted that, but it was so great to have. And great slipper, with wonderful toiletries provided.

I should have stayed longer!!!

O vacanţă reuşită, într-o locaţie centrală, care ne-a oferit o şedere cofortabilă.

Mic dejun excelent. Complet, cafea bună, diverse preparate, panificaţiile de cea mai bună calitate, se completau cu tot ceea ce ar putea constitui o masă de dimineaţă echilibrată.

Dificil de ajuns cu bagajele de la parcarea recomandată, dar partea bună era că nu a fost prea scumpă. Personalul de la recepţie comunica bine în limba engleză, răspundea la timp la solicitări, dar nu dădea pe afară cu amabilitatea, deşi erau prompţi şi corecţi.

There was a property alarm outside on Ermou Street which went off at 3am. Not much that the hotel could do about that.

Number one of the Ermou street that you prefer to stay whenever you visit Tessaloniki.

Location is heart of the city.All rooms very tidy and clear.Employees was very kind. Hospitaly was great.That was our second visit.

There is no carpark.

Πολύ καλή τοποθεσία στο κέντρο της Θεσσαλονίκης. Το προσωπικό ήταν ευγενέστατο. Τα δωμάτια πολύ καλά εξοπλισμένα και διακοσμημένα, με πολύ καλή ηχομόνωση. Άνετο στρώμα. Εξαιρετικό πρωινό. Ποικιλία. Φρέσκα φρούτα και χυμοί κάθε μέρα.

An average place to stay with good location

Friendly staff-helpful to book a taxi and carry our luggages from the 7th floor because lift was disabled for safety measures because of possible electricity cut off

No generator to support the possible electricity cut off, had to wake up before 8 that they announced us that will be no electricity to shower and prepare our stuff. Not offer at least a late check out. Cleaning was really bad, they offered us some sweets the day we arrived and the plate was in our room with leftovers from Friday until Sunday. Hair on the floor from friday until sunday and they replaced our coffee capsules but not the espresso cups and left the used there . Very small room and shower

A 5 star experience in the centre of Thessaloniki

- A very stylish hotel and room design. - The rooms are very modern and equipped with all neccessities. They look just like in the photos provided by the property. - The shower has massage nozzles for the back - that's a nice choice. - Excellent cleaning services. - Very polite and helpful staff. - Good location. - The price was not that expensive considering the location of the hotel and the 5 stars it has.

- The room was smaller than I expected. - There was a bad smell from the sewerage from time to time. - The gym is rather small with a low variety of equipment and other services like the sauna are not free of charge. - The variety of the breakfast was less than expected, but it was still very good. Overall, these are really minor issues compared to the overall luxurious feel of the hotel.

Great stuff, location, but not value for money

I liked the people working there and how super clean the hotel is. It is a good location for one day speed trip, but the size of the room do not give the confort for something more.

The size of the rooms. They are super small for the prices. This reduces the value for money. Staff was informed I was coming by car, but I was not infromed before hand that the prices in the centre for a car park are another 18-20 km I believe the management has done a great work training and finding their employees. They have to realize, though that their facilities do not correspond with their pricing. Here is why 1) Very small rooms that for many people could create depression in longer stays. I have to say their furniture is great though. 2) The breakfast hall is super small. I didn't feel paying 15 euros to eat in there. 3) Great location, but of course if you get the car in the center, you can't find a car park for less than 18 euros 4) Similarly priced with hotels which are 1.2 km away (15 min walk), but they have a great size in the rooms, spa and swimming pools, and amazing restaurants inside the hotel. They don't meet these expectations.

The staff was amazing - so kind and helful. Location was great as well. Modern design. They took care of my water consumption (it was 41 degrees outside) and all my needs - Great hotel, a very pleasant feeling to be there.

We will come again, only at a different time of year as it was too hot.

Very nice and clean place with friendly and helpful staff. For us the breakfast had a lot of variety. We had some issues with the air condition. Because it could not be fixed, we were given another room without much discussion, including upgrade. We forgot some personal belongings at the hotel. The hotel arranged the shipping to us the very next day. Excellent service, thank you!!!

The hotel was very clean, breakfast very nice and fresh, very good wi-fi, friendly and kind staff. It's also located in a very central part of the city, definitely recommended.
