Priceless experience and I’m confidently coming back next year

From exterior to aesthetics, it’s definitely worth every penny.

The fact that I couldn’t get the actual space booked on the app but I would definitely come back for my third year anniversary….

Accra Ghana March 24 trip

On arrival the music is very relaxing. Staff were very helpful and accommodating. Gym was always available.

The massage on arrival does not exist. I had to arrange my own transport to and from the airport despite asking for transport, however the hotel paid for the one trip. You have to remember to press the button in the room for cleaning of the room.

Hotel waar ik graag nog eens wil verblijven.

Ontbijt was goed, kamers zijn luxe, schoon en koel met comfortabel bed. Tv met Netflix aanwezig in de kamer.

Alles was perfect, geen tegenvallers.

Awful. Worst hotel experience in 30 years.

The staff is highly unprofessional, they lie to your face, management do not hesitate to overbook rooms and when the guest arrives and finds he has no room, they don’t offer solutions nor any kind of compensation. The hotel should be delisted from booking.com.

Hôtel de bon standing tenu par des escrocs!

Très calme avec une bonne literie

Des le check in, l’hôtel a tenté à plusieurs reprises de débiter ma carte bancaire, toutes les tentatives de paiement ont été déclinées. Au check out, deux tentatives de paiement ont été effectuées dont la première a été déclinée. Quelle ne fut pas ma surprise en découvrant deux jours plus tard que quatre transactions de paiement (dont trois transactions déclinées) ont été prélevées de mon compte bancaire. J’ai réussi après plusieurs tentatives à contacter l’hôtel qui a reconnu les erreurs de paiement. Plus de trois semaines après ma réclamation aucune réponse n’a été apportée par l’hôtel et aucun remboursement n’a été effectué. Ceci démontre la mauvaise foi et la malhonnêteté de l’hôtelier et de son comptable qui ont réussi à se faire payer des transactions déclinées et à encaisser quatre fois le montant de la facture de mon séjour. AVIS AUX VOYAGEURS: tenez vous à l’écart de cet hôtel dont les gérants et le comptable sont des escrocs !

I was really impress with the cleanliness of the hotel and professionalism of the staff

The cleanliness of the room and the bathroom, these two are the most important for me as a guest and they did not disappoint. Bathroom as very clean and this made me happy. When I expressed my OCD with bathrooms, the staff during check-in desk took me to see the bathroom to make sure I was going to be ok before he checked me in. Great customer service. I was really impress

I look forward to this being my go to lodging accommodation when visiting Accra.

The entire staff was accommodating and polite. Mary & Peniel were extremely helpful and ensured I was taken care of. The bed, pillows, and shower pressure felt so heavenly. Friday nights are perfect for relaxing at the property too.

The internet had some latency issues outside of the outage caused by the storm. Additionally, the location is a bit inconvenient if you’re looking for attractions nearby. You will require a ride to leave the immediate area.

a thoroughly excellent hotel. comfortable. great gym, breakfast, spa etc… unfortunately the laundry company inaccurately laundered my suit causing it to shrink. The staff were excellent at trying to resolve this issue which wasn’t their fault. Location is a little out of the way - but convenient for the airport.

I will definitely stay here again!

It was a small, yet beautiful property. Felt very personal. EVERYONE was so nice and accommodating. the outside was clean, as well as the inside. The room was better than the pictures (the pictures were great) but seeing it in person was amazing. The best part of the stay was the pillows. My pillows at home will not do lol. I’ll be purchasing these.

There’s nothing I didn’t like.

superb boutique hotel. the room is very big. very clean. wide screen TV. very comfortable bed. very high quality bed leinen. quiet. the restaurant is very good. the personnel is very friendly esp Peniel and Sammy were the jewels of excellent hospitality. the owner, a nice lady, is very friendly.

internet problems. they had some construction in the neighborhood and their cables were cut off apparently.

My stay in De- avenue was a great experience and superb.

My experience with De-avenue boutique hotel is an experience I would wish to happen everyday in my life and other hotels should learn from them. The owner of the hotel is such a humble man, always ready to hear people. De- avenue should keep it up sky is just the beginning.

The only thing I didn't like about there is that you may over spend above your budget because many things is available to explore. So I will make sure I am loaded when next I am going. Or go with my check list.

Excellent stay . I’d stay again .

In my years of travel ,I’d say this is the hotel that gets it for me . The bed and sheets felt heavenly , the food is insanely good . The staff very courteous and disciplined. The scent of the hotel, the ambience , the toiletries , the design , aesthetics , the location was very central to all major sites and sounds of Accra . Honestly I’d recommend and I will definitely stay again and again .

I loved everything. No complaints whatsoever even though I wish I could find faults.
