Required to sign a list agreeing to no TV , no wifi, loud music until a minimum of 11 pm located down stairs and on the hotel property. Also, we had one large towel and two hand towels. One of the hand towels had a stain on it.

No rest at all

Location

Lobby music to loud to the point that my rest started at 11:30 pm. To wake up a 3:00 am. Ac was leaking water. I had a water drop on my faca from the cealing.

Never returning or recommending this hotel to anyone.

The A/C in the room worked fine. The coffee bistro at the lobby was great.

1. No parking. 2. Musty odor from the entrance of the hotel all the way to the sheets of the bed. My throat was scratchy in the morning and my son had allergies. 3. Stained couch pillows with what looked like blood, the base of the bed (which are white) had dried brown dripping stains, the bathroom walls where the light fixture is and sink cabinet (also white) were stained brown with dirty fingers. The shower floor was supposed to be white but was actually gray from stains. 4. The TV didn’t work and front desk said they had cable problems. 5. The bed covers were ripped. 6. The floor has black carpet (so you cant see the dirt, but the “pink” rug is actually grayish pink from the amount of dirt collected. 6. I had selected a room with a view and there were zero windows, no light, perfect moldy humidity. We would’ve discover new species if I had a petri dish. This hotel basically looks like someone got an old flooded building and invested less than 50K buying the cheapest furniture and only one 5gal paint for each color because you can see that only 1 roll of paint was spread without touch ups. Maybe they got the cheapest paint or maybe they paid the workers less than minimum wage. This hotel is picture perfect in just pictures. In reality it is awful and very unsanitary.

A good place to stay near town

The staff was great and very good receptionist service, also the hotel is very close to good restaurants in town

The bed mattress is hard , in our room the shower didn’t have a place to put the soap or shampoo, the floor on the bath wasn’t moped, the towels that were throw on the floor to be changed, they weren’t changed , we used the same small towel on the floor for all the days, but the rest of the room was cleaned

The TV didn't work and the room I was given was right in front of main stairs and elevator. At night I heard screams from the bar and all conversations of people in an out the elevator. Was a little disappointed

it’s location on the town plaza was good. Entryway and reception area was well laid out.

Elevator was not functioning. No hot water in any room. No a/c in first room and had to change rooms. Flooring was not well maintained. Rooms had no acoustic barriers, could heard loud music from first level which ran until midnight; we were told it would stop at 10pm.

Great place to stay; I love the decoration and food service in the hotel. It is located right next to the Parque de Bombas and is within walking distance of numerous restaurants, bars, and museums.

There was no water when we stayed for three days! So we took a shower in cold water.

Ponce main square

Interesting hotel on Ponce main square. The room was nicely decorated as it was the rest of the hotel. There are also a few food places on the hotel premises. You can park for free in front of the hotel.

The reception was half empty and need some refurbishing. My room did not have any natural light. We also found an used towel when checking in the room.

The position and the design is great. Staff also very helpful and welcoming.

I had to change room twice cause the shower didn't have hot water. They immediately helped me but I don't give a 10/10 only because In Such a nice hotel (and not a hostel) I expect to have hot shower everywhere.

Bad condition of the bathrooms

No water and/or hot water in the shower. Let me know to fix the problem and they didn’t do it. I left the hotel, I claimed a credit and they haven’t done it yet.

Place with a young vibe

Overall vibe of the place was young and upbeat. good location, very friendly staff. Would definitely book for a longer stay if I get a good deal.

Terrible and disappointing

I didn’t like anything about this property and was completely disappointed…the pictures that are shown online are deceiving and no one should stay in this hotel until properly remodeled.

My experience and stay was terrible. I came with my mom and first disappointment was that the elevator did not work…my mom who is a senior, has bad knees and I had to make her go up 30 or more steps of stairs which is unacceptable. there is no parking available and when called to ask, I was told to park at Melia Hotel…I parked there and when I got back, I was told that I had to go back to Melia’s reception to pay for the parking…then after that I go to the room and the room is not clean, the lamp is broken, the TV not working, the bathroom was dirty and the shower floor was dirty as well to the point that I put a small towel to stand on because I was grossed out…then there was no hot water…I had to shower with cold water….the carpet in room 211 was dirty, the decorative pillows where disgusting and dirty and the air didn’t cool a lot. I will not recommended this hotel to anyone and will be in contact with management to let them know my experience. no one should have to go thru this.
