Friendly staff, clean room and good breakfast

Location and noise. A motorway is in front of the hotel and railways at the back. We could hear cars and trains in the night. Also we could hear what was going on in neighbour rooms.

Smell of smoke - non-functional air-condition - cargo train noise - dirty towels

The breakfast was good and the personnel was friendly.

1. I had booked a non-smoking room - but this was not the case; it smelled like smoke everywhere. The receptionist, just offered to spray some fragrance but he could not offer another room. It was terrible to sleep in this stinking room and all of our clothes were smelling after the stay. 2. It was very hot in the room and even after the receptionist had programmed the air condition we could not feel any cooling. So, tried to sleep with open windows 3. The room was 100m from the Simplon-Milano railway connection. Cargo trains are running all night making it impossible to sleep: Stinking room, air condition not working, open windows with impossible traffic noise. 4. The shower towel was dirty - looked like someone wiped his butt - very disgusting!!! (see picture)

It was a pleasure to spend time here, next time we will definitely go to the hotel restaurant)

First of all the hotel is very beautiful, wonderful view from the window. The staff are friendly.

Great value for money :)

it’s a small family hotel where the staff is simply outstanding. we came at 22h and were a bit hungry so the checkin lady did everything to find us some things to eat. overall we slept well. thank you

Excellent reception and great view of mountains!

The receptionist was wonderful. She promised to offer me a good cup of coffee in the morning and it was great ! Thank you, Stefania.

Comfortable and relaxing

This was the first time we had stopped at this hotel and it was very nice. The staff were very friendly, helpful and pleasant. The room was very clean and the beds were very comfortable The bathroom was very clean and the shower was very good The breakfast was continental and very good

Far away but comfortable.

Room was comfortable. Breakfast was tasty. Supermarket nearby.

Very far away, when you're not by car. Ants in the bathroom.

Good

The staff was nice and when I told her that my son had fever , she gave me the medicine and really helpful she was !! Very nice human being Just one thing keep in mind that if you don't have car then it's better to take taxi as walking path is terrible and we had quite long walk because some path pedestrian aren't allowed.

Great place to stay, and we will be back

We like the location. 7 minues Taxi ride to the hotel. Cost 10 Euro. There grocery store is just 5 minutes walk from the hotel. defnitly a plus because we were able to buy all of our necessities,

Public transportation (bus) stops could be posted better.

Pleasant

The location was perfect for our needs as we needed to be close to the train station (less than 5 mins by car). The staff was friendly and helpful.

Non-smoking hotel but smoke odor in our room, probably due to the previous hotel operators and impregnated in the carpeting and walls. We were promptly offered another room but we needed a twin-bed room so we stayed there. Free Wi-fi connection very poor.
