Nice house and comfortable beds. Good size for a family of 8
They have continuous bathroom problems, so much so that we had TWO blockages in less than a week, and there are signs up saying you will be charged if the bathroom waste blocks! This suggests a continuous problem. We managed to unblock one of them, and got charged to unblock the other one.
The pool is COLD and you are charged $45 PER DAY to heat it. You cannot go in this pool without it being heated. We had days of 35 degrees and it was still too cold to go in.
You have to leave a deposit before going in, which is likely anticipation of the blockages that are coming, so they can only refund some of the deposit.
There is also a really lengthy queue to get the car signed in to the gated area, not what you need after a long day.
If I was coming back, I’d probably pay for a place closer to the parks, that has a heated pool, and would pay more upfront than get hit with added costs all the time. Really irritated us and they were quite slow in getting back to us.

very roomy, private pool
We didn’t receive our entrance code had to call booking. com to get our code after driving 10 hours. One of the beds was infested with ants. we had to wash the sheets and blankets then get ant traps.

The property was near everything we needed, Disney, Walmart, Publix , and Breakfast spots. Large enough to fit 9 people and quiet at night.
It is 2 stories, and it was quite hot upstairs at night due to the restriction on the thermostat and no ceiling fans.
The community pool was not open yet , so we had to drive to the main pool further down the road. I think this information could be helpful for guest on their check-in email. It would have saved confusion.

Apartment was fine, exactly as photos show. Bit rough around the edges (i.e. some of the plugs / lights were loose, bar stool ripped, rust on outside seat, which is odd since it’s supposedly quite a new place) and there are ‘threatening’/intimidating stickers all over the place stating you will be fined if x/y/z… but it’s comfortable nonetheless.
HOWEVER…
I would NOT recommend staying here - or indeed any accommodation managed by Wonder Vacation Homes, unless you wish to suffer extreme anxiety to start your holiday (and afterwards!)
Firstly, their communication is utterly appalling (apart from when they want your money, of course.) Despite signing all the forms, sending all the photo/ID requests, providing cc details on time, NO door code was provided until we were standing outside the apartment at 10pm after flying from the UK(!), and this only came about because I called booking.com customer services to chase them. This was following several messages to them via booking.com, their own portal and via calls and email on the days running up to our flight out. When we arrived in Orlando we still had no door code. I called them again, it went to voicemail (they were evidently ‘closed’) which cost me £15 in call charges just to go to voicemail - so I had to call booking.com who said they’d chase them (booking.com did say they would re-house us if we couldn’t get in, however this was 10pm local time and my 2 children and disabled father had been awake for nearly 24hrs and we were all distressed.) We hopefully carried on to the apartment, I received no call back from booking.com in the 30mins they said they would, so I called them back. They then said they (finally!) had the code. Wonder Vacation Villas simply said they had sent the code to me via email - this categorically did not happen, I have been through my emails, junk, messages with a fine tooth comb and nothing.
Even after I messaged them to say we still didn’t have the code the day before we left I just received a message just saying (unhelpfully) ‘we emailed it to you’. The paperwork originally said it would arrive 2 days before we arrived - this is when I first called them and they said they couldn’t find my ID/photo/signed docs etc I had sent them weeks previous, then miraculously they found them and said they’d email the code over. Yet still no code, hence the subsequent panicky communications with booking.com when we arrived.
Secondly, when we returned home, no damage deposit was returned within the stated 7 days after check-out (presumably so they can gain interest on the deposit for as long as possible.) When I chased them, they said that ‘damage had been found’ (absolutely no damage occurred during our stay, I am a booking.com Genius Level 3 and have never had any issue with any other booking) and that someone would be in touch. 10 days later they eventually got in touch saying there was one stained hand towel ($5 + tax) - these were all washed and looked as they did when we arrived - and one stained bed sheet ($35 + tax) - photo BEFORE washing (we were not asked to wash these) shows a minor mark, which you would expect after 2 weeks of use. They didn’t even send photos of the sheets after washing them! Just another way to make money out of guests, expect they do it to everyone (another review here said the same re hand towel)…
I have never started a holiday so anxious and angry, & been so disappointed by a service. This company is a joke & customer service is non-existent, all they want is your money, and some. I was convinced for days it was a scam and that they had my ID/cc etc for identity theft purposes (not helped by the fact that the amount we ‘owed’ continually changed and was different on all the different paperwork we received - i.e. different total, different deposit amount, service charge etc) - thankfully this was not the case.
