Three queen beds ok! We didn’t know what’s an orange twist straps used for, no description benefits how or where to use!

The host or administration didn’t have a good directions or explanation clear for new guest how parking and how to walk back to building and what’s an unlocked door devices used to access back resort building. The host didn’t not provided extra toilet rolls paper for 3 nights stayed. The refrigerator didn’t have iced basket inside frigid.

The stay was great. I stayed there with my 2 kids. It was easy access in and out of the property.

Es un edificio viejo que únicamente tiene remodelado lo que son las áreas comunes. El interior del departamento es anticuado con muebles viejos el vestidor tenía almohadas llena de polvo y humedad. Y lo que realmente no me gustó es que el día que llegué me cobraron $40 para hacer el check-in Y eso no estaba en la información al principio

The property was in a great location and all of the amenities we wanted.

The property was NOTHING like the pictures in the booking. there were gaps in the floor, a bed in the living room, it was pretty run down.

Comfortable sleeping, balcony provided beautiful views, on site amenities were convenient.

TV in living room did not work. Internet was very poor. Parking was confusing and we were given the wrong parking # twice.

the property was very clean, there is a mini store downstairs that was very convenient! really liked that you had to use a key fob to get in and out of the resort. The view was amazing even though it wasn’t right on the beach! the host was very helpful and professional! if I’m the area again will definitely stay!

The building was very good, security, pool and surroundings. Through poll was closed for 2 days. But it's close to the Beach and beach is wonderful. Apartment is spacious and nice decorated. Clean.

It's far from shopping (grocery) but you can use the free shuttle. And so restorans. In apartment shower needs restoration.

Nice place in a great location

Great Location and good building. Pool and gym were good. It has a nice public park un fornt of the building and easy access to the beach

KItchen utensils were on the short side Cuttlery and dishes were very basic

Amazing!

Place was gorgeous-even better in person. Immaculate, trendy, great location, close to beach (across the street), walking distance to stores and restaurants. I would recommend to everyone! Definitely looking forward to staying here again.

Best Stay In Maimi

amazing stay ,views are incredible!!! Public beach ,and kids aria ,very convenient for us since we travel with kids.A lot of fun ,place is huge ,and most importantly we had 2 big beds so our kids slept very comfortable. Julieta was an amazing host ,always replied back for our request.Highly recommend. Definitely will be back next January.

The facility was convenient, pool, grounds, garage, balcony, view, .....

The beds were uncomfortable, the sofa bed was completely deteriorated including a rotten mattress, the kitchen had camping gear rather than proper kitchen utensils, the beach chairs were rusted & the beach umbrella broken. The bath towels were Shredded and all furniture & flooring plastic. Notably the apartment unit manager, Julia, was extremely rude, outspoken and not collaborative with an outrageous behavior and attitude. The rest of the facility staff were very nice.

Beware of extra resort fee.

We previously been to the apartment complex, so knew what to expect. Building is close to the beach, easy access to shopping and malls.

We were charged 40$ resort fee twice. Once In the bookings.com website, where it is stated in the breakdown of the charges, and another time at reception (where they even have a credit card transaction fee, so ended up paying 41.5$). Look, it is not about extra 40$ when already paid almost 1,600$, it is the bad way of getting extra money.

Not worth all this money

Spacious rooms

Pool wasn’t heated so we couldn’t swim in December. TV wasn’t working so we had no entertainment on New Years. The host Promised to fix it but didn’t show up nor sent anyone. Location was promised with a semi view of the ocean but in reality is very far from the ocean and is behind buildings. Getting to the beach wasn’t a direct across the street pass and the location of the apartment itself isn’t ideal if you are walking to places. There are several Road you need to cross to stay on Collins. For the price we paid this wasn’t worth it at all. We have stayed at much better places before and this so far was one of the weakest.
