Pleasant stay at D7

The stay at D7 was pleasant. The property was properly maintained and clean. All the facilities mentioned in the description were provided. The rooms were quite big and spacious. The wifi and the netflix connection was a plus. Overall it was a good stay with great value for money.

There was construction and road work ongoing continuously during the day in the property. It was very inconvenient while parking the vehicles as the road was full of stones and cement with no space to park. Another con was that the villas were interconnected by a door which i did not like as there was no privacy. We could clearly hear alot of noise from the adjacent room in our room that caused some disturbance to us in the morning and at night.

Прекрасное расположение в пешей доступности от шикарного пляжа и от небольшого городка, но при этом спокойствие и тишина. Уютный небольшой отель с отличным бассейном. Прекрасная зеленая территория. Очень вежливый и квалифицированный персонал.

Смена полотенец, постельного белья и уборка должна быть минимум раз в неделю. Мы жили две недели, ни разу у нас не убрались. Кондиционер работал не очень хорошо. Желательно чтобы были кухонные и пляжные полотенца.

Det pågick byggarbete från morgon till kväll. Ljudet av vinkelslip hade jag gärna sluppit. Det kändes som att det användes någon stark kemikalie i poolen vilket gjorde att det sved i ögonen.

Excellent ,comfortable stay.

Excellent service ,very friendly host and staff. Any shortcomings were very quickly and efficiently dealt with. There is going to be bar and restaurant on site which will be valuable.

A lovely place to stay

D7 is a perfect place to stay. You must take account of its remoteness and factor in additional local transport to get about. We hired a scooter and this solved everything. The completion of the new restaurant in March will add extra dimension to any stay going forward. The pool was ideal and overall ambiance is fantastic.

Great relaxing place to stay

Very peaceful, great owners who helped us hire a scooter and sorted taxis . Loved the swimming pool, especially to cool off . I’m just sorry I won’t be here to see the restaurant open , that will be great .

The manager (Vijay I believe) and all staff were extremely friendly and very helpful with organising bike rental etc. The apartment itself was very clean and powerful shower. the pool was also very clean. The Wi-Fi was strong enough for work purposes. There are restaurants and beach within walking distance.

Bed could have been comfier but overall stay was excellent.

Construction work was going on at the time we were there. And the walls are very thin. So we could hear the neighbours in the next room having a shower etc. wasn’t the best feeling.

Good place for a good price

Scenery was beautiful, they were doing some renovations ready for the season so I’d love to go back and see it when it’s finished. The staff went above and beyond to help me with getting around by sorting out both transport in town and back to the train station that they booked for me.

Small things but the plumbing in the bathroom was a bit leaky and the fan was loud but other than that it was a nice place to stay.

I like it's concept, greenery and maintained infra & garden. Staff is very polite and helpful. Rooms are spacious and clean.

No in house restaurant and accessibility to nearby restaurants. No parking shade.

The amazing stay ...the villa structure and the idea behind it ....each room has prime,Netflix membership..this is very thoughtful..staff Vijay was very helpful and kind ...everything seemed perfect...beyond words ...thank you guys for making our trip more special 🙌

There was a power cut at night multiple times and the AC was not working as expected ...otherwise everything was perfect

Location is awesome. Very near to Benaulim and Colva beach. Staff i.e. Mr. Vijay is very supportive and friendly. Rooms are good for couple.

Nothing to tell. But as I came to know, restaurant and play area construction work is in progress, once it is ready, this hotel for stay will be awesome.

Clean rooms with all necessary amenities. Friendly and accommodating staff. Good location near to South Goa restaurants and beaches.

The hotel compound is currently a construction zone where they are building a swimming pool and another set of villas. When it is done I am sure it will be great but for the moment it spoils the ambiance.

Nice Quaint Place

The rooms are clean and well maintained.The beds are super comfortable and welcoming after a day of touristy stuff. Having Netflix and Hotstar is indeed a bonus. The staff which comprises of Vijay is more than helpful and friendly. If you like dogs , Panther is around as well.

The kitchen is very tiny and basic but you can get an induction cooker on demand. You need your own conveyance. No kind of room service is available. But these are mostly clearly mentioned so I'm nitpicking. There is construction going on so it's a bit noisy at times. But again if you're in your room during their work hours, you shouldn't be in Goa
