The bed and breakfast is located in a beautiful neighborhood- great for taking walks and is easy access to so many places and events in Fayetteville. I walked to the Farmers Market held on Saturday morning at the town square and the locally run health food store is just blocks away. It's a beautiful home on gorgeous grounds. I would definitely stay there again.
There was nothing that I didn't like.

I didn’t have any of the breakfast I left right after I go up because I didn’t sleep and I was very uncomfortable about being there!
I certainly didn’t feel comfortable because when we checked in my son and his whom live in Fayetteville came with my to the room before we went out and I got a text immediately telling me 3 people can’t stay. That was not the case, the whole reason for my visit was to spend time with my son!! The room was hot with no way to cook it off also . I simple felt very uncomfortable and I felt like I was being watched at all times!

Lovely house and easy to find with parking at the property. The decoration was like a family home. Comfortable sitting room, lovely conservatory and picturesque gardens. The bedroom was exquisite. Large very, very comfortable bed. Wonderful bathroom with high quality toiletries. Bath and shower were most welcome after a long trip. Breakfast was okay. Really good coffee machine. Limited choice of cereals and orange juice ran out. That said, we loved the room, the house, the comfort and the location, which was near bars and restaurant
We had to make the bed every day and the bins were not emptied.

Beautiful main house as well as the Anderson Suite where we stayed. Loved having COX Contour for the TV system - same as home. Everything worked well. Next morning continental breakfast was well prepared and presented. Great place to talk. Wish we had longer to stay.
Couldn't turn on outside light onto our deck - would have been nice for early morning coffee. Usually see the inn keeper more than just a quick check-in.

Location, charm, breakfast, comfort.
Parking a bit tight.

Location off of the bike trail was awesome!
We both have a gluten allergy and there was not a gluten free option for food other than fruit, so we skipped the breakfast.

Beautiful facility in a beautiful location. Furnishings and decor were perfect for the setting. Eva was very gracious and welcoming even though we arrived late at night.

The facility is an older home that has been repurposed for use as a BnB. The grounds around the home are very nice. We enjoyed sitting on the front porch working after we arrived.
Breakfast was ok, not great. I would have liked more gluten free options.

Great location close to Walton Arts Center and downtown. lots ofchoices for breakfast- all good. Staff left us on our own. Other guests were friendly. Beautiful rooms, wonderful ambiance and that backyard!!!
Bed was too hard. No amenities in bathroom considering the price of the room. I expected a bar of soap.

Quiet, secure, beautiful, great location, friendly staff, great breakfast—I liked everything about it! Would return and would highly recommend

The room was very comfortable. House is very nice and warm.
This is advertised as a bed and breakfast. The breakfast was disappointing. The limited items were not enough. For example cereal boxes were almost empty. Milk not enough to pour a bowl of cereal. OJ first morning almost empty. It seem like it would so easy to have enough of the limited items. No water as promised.

lovely home great location
the accommodations and hostess were exceptional. I would encourage seniors to request a 2nd floor room.

Quick check in was quick and we had a comfortable room. The bathroom came with little complimentary items and lots of towels and robes. The breakfast had bagels, English muffins, coffee, fresh fruit and cereal. The location is great and the property beautiful. Lots of community space to have guests of the B&B join you and very clean.
There is no refrigerator for guests to use, so don't bring leftovers or soda/beer/wine if you need it kept cold. Glasses in the room would be nice, for water. Also, FYI, they request that after 10:30am, you don't partake in any of the food in the fridge that is for guests' breakfast the next day.

it was in a great location and absolutely beautiful!!!
I was hoping for hot breakfast since it is a bed and breakfast. Breakfast was disappointing for me. This was my first time at a B&B and just though that was how it worked.

Great location close to UArk but not so close that you hear all the noise! Gorgeous setting, super-nice host, breakfast was good. Felt so comfortable there, like we were in our own home. Could relax and enjoy time with our UArk student in a comfortable and quiet location, with hot chocolate and a fireplace going in the background. Highly recommend.
