We made a last-minute appointment to take a break from the road. I was pleasantly surprised by our room. The room was spacious, CLEAN, and had a welcoming / homey decor. I loved the baskets with dog beds or blankets for pets even though we didn't have ours with us. From the comfy beds to the relaxing environment, I truly have no complaints or suggestions. Also, this was the first time I used contactless check in. It was extremely simple and easy to check in. Booking and the hotel sent me the door code to enter my room.
Everything was perfect.

Loved the space we had for two couples in the 3 bedroom apartment with kitchen. The price point was good for the busy weekend we were there.
It was starting to get cold at night and mice had found their way into the apartment. They were busy running around after we got back from our concert. I had noticed some mouse turds in random places the night before the mice made an appearance.
Also there is a nice backyard, fenced in, with a deck and grill but it was overrun with tall dead weeds. Would’ve been nicer if the weeds at least could have been mowed down.

Clean and comfortable. No odors. Check in went flawlessly. Some highway noise but it was not a problem for me. Would stay here again

The processes for reserving and occupying the room were efficient, the room was decently updated/upgraded, and the room felt pretty clean. It was also nice to have some private outdoor space in the back.
The clock on our microwave kept reverting back to "00:00" when the A/C switched on, so there was nowhere one could see the time in the room, which I prefer to be able to do at night. In my mother's room, I tried helping her with the TV remote (as she is an avid viewer), but the remote did not seem to perform in a logical, user-friendly way. Given this, there should either be a change in remotes or instructions provided as to the functionality of the remote.

The location was great. Food and rafting nearby.
The owners seem to be attempting to operate this motel by phone and internet. There was no one present at the office during our stay. We did have to call or text a couple of times, but management was responsive in a short period of time.

Cute update remodel
Right next to Hwy, noisy.
Funky smell from air conditioner.

Far above average for the price. Clean and excellent all the way around.

I never met an employee. I got my hotel access from text message. It was decorated very nicely.
The beds were very uncomfortable. It's right off the highway.

Offered information on great local amenities
The tv was difficult to work. Needed subscriptions for too many channels. Took forever for water to get warm. No ice on grounds I didn’t need a cooler full just a cup or two.

Accommodations were clean.
The walls are thin but the neighbors did go to bed at a reasonable hour.

Loved the room decor and attached patio, warm cozy with a nice TV and coffee maker. Great that they had extra blankets for chilly winter nights and dark towels for washing off makeup and cleaning spills. It's close (walking distance) to Domino's which is the only food available in the area if you are hungry after 8:30pm, as well as a liquor and convenience store but farther from BV proper.
Even though most of the rooms were empty (only 2 other cars when we arrived) we were placed directly between the only other two guests, with the whole other side vacant. Would have preferred a little more privacy, even just one empty room between or on one side. The bedside sconces were barely hanging onto the wall and we were worried about using them for fear of them falling completely off. Water heater and shower pressure was pretty weak as well.

Really clean. Very nice towels and blankets. Warm. Great value.
Proximity to the highway

Great value. Location is easy. Cozy room.

I was pleasantly surprised at how clean the room was. You can tell it had recently been remodeled. It had every convenience I could need in the value was excellent!
It is right off the highway so the road traffic is loud during the day, but fortunately at night there wasn’t much traffic.

Easy contactless check in, great communication. Simple, clean, modern room. We had a comfortable and warm stay. Short drive from Buena Vista.
Staff were excellent! We left some items behind after checking out and they were very responsive in helping us locate them and organizing postage.

Had a keypad lock that was easy to use. Bed was comfortable. Full size pillows. When you travel a lot those full size pillows mean a lot. Wifi was pretty decent. Had a good selection of channels on the TV as well as being a smart TV so I could log into my accounts. And watch whatever I wanted. Shower was nice and large. Had a mini fridge and microwave as well as a Kierig style coffee maker in the room. Had a nice little outside sitting area. It was 22° so I only went out for a second. Hidden gem.
No hot water at the sink. It was bearly a trickle. The ac/heater had no continuous run cycle so it was loud everytime it kicked on. Being that it was so cold the heater was necessary. The neighbors in the next room were pretty loud a few times. It sounded like they were moving stuff around. Lighting in the room could have been better especially in the desk area.

clean. I was able to charge my Tesla.
the HVAC is antiquated.
