Modern hotel zonder ziel !

Mooie locatie rustig in de natuur ,oplaadpunt voor de auto ,vriendelijk onthaal

In deze periode heel veel vliegen , onderbemanning van personeel ,1persoon voor alles ,onthaal,bar,restaurant,ontbijt …… hij verontschuldigde ervoor !

Un lugar de ensueño con detalles a mejorar

El hotel es una belleza y está en un lugar maravilloso. La piscina es una preciosidad, aunque hacía frío y no pudimos usarla. Es bonita de verdad. La habitación es grande y muy bonita, con un precioso ventanal y buen colchón. El baño también está muy bien, aunque el hecho de que la ventana de a las zonas comunes y la puerta del aseo sea de cristal, tiene el problema de que deja pasar la luz toda la noche. El personal es muy amable, sobre todo el hombre que nos atendió por la noche.

Varias cosillas fácilmente mejorables... Había un ruido muy molesto que tardamos en descubrir que venía del perchero, que crujía al ponerle las perchas con ropa,.. .tardamos una hora en poder dormirnos. La música de la zona común está muy alta y no nos gustó nada, No pegaba nada esa música como de ascensor en un lugar paradisíaco. La luz de la zona común se mantiene encendida hasta altas horas de la noche, yo creo que no se apagó, y se podía ver el resplandor a través de la ventana del baño y la puerta del baño que es traslúcida (en la habitación 5, otras no tienen este problema por su orientación). Tuvimos que montar un andamio para poder tapar la ventana porque no podíamos dormir. Lo más decepcionante fue el desayuno. Es bastante escaso, pero, además, se les olvidó traer el jamón ibérico (buenísimo por cierto). Sólo lo trajeron cuando, extrañada por haberme tenido que comer el pan con el tomate sin nada más, le pregunté a la persona que nos sirvió que si no faltaba algo de jamón... Entonces lo trajo, cuando ya habíamos terminado. Pedí un segundo café y me lo cobraron aparte (cuando protesté me lo reintegraron). En general el desayuno muy flojo para el sitio y para el precio. Puestos a elegir, mejor el desayuno express que el continental. Sinceramente creo que el desayuno desmerece el lugar o al revés, un lugar como este, tan bonito y perfecto, no se merece un desayuno tan pobre.

Superbe halte de repos

L'accueil, la gentillesse et la serviabilité du personnel. L'emplacement de l'hôtel et sa vue. La suite de grande surface et la vue sur les collines verdoyantes.

L'emplacement du lit dans l'ancienne partie salon qui est trop proche des groupes climatiseur du toit. Cela a généré des nuisances sonores durant les nuits. Il aurait été plus judicieux de laisser le lit à son emplacement initiale.

El alojamiento es una pasada, hemos ido en pleno enero y en el jacuzzi al aire libre con el agua calentita se estaba genial . Muy cómodo y el personal muy amable

Por poner alguna pega, el aire acondicionado no sé si es que se disparaba o que, pero lo teníamos a 3 grados y no calentaba apenas.

Deseando volver!

Tranquilidad máxima, instalaciones maravillosas, comida riquísima y el entorno espectacular. Viajamos en verano, asi que hemos podido disfrutar de la maravillosa piscina. Además, algo que nos encantó es que nos dejasen utilizar la zona del spa solo para nosotras. Atención del personal inmejorable!

Kleine verbeter puntjes zouden zijn andere terras stoelen. Deze zien er leuk uit maar als je wat ouder bent kom je er niet in en zeker niet meer uit … En het zou fijn zijn als er buiten overdag hier of daar een schaduwplek zou zijn

Nice with a bit of room to improve

Very nice hotel with a bit of room for improvement. The location is phenomenal and the hotel itself is very unique. There’s a restaurant on site that is tasty but a bit pricey. The hotel has two free electric car chargers and a small gym which were nice.

There are no room service options. The rooms were comfortable but the air conditioner is very weak; we had trouble sleeping with the warm temperature. No fridge in the room which would have been nice to have.

Fabulous pool and rooms. Accommodating staff. Clean and very modern and stylish

We stayed a week so the breakfast and menus became so repetitive to the point we didn’t want breakfast ! You must have a car as it’s very isolated the hot tub wasn’t heated

Why charge for the jacuzzi??? my room was not cleaned properly and the sliding door to the toilet/shower did not close. I pointed this out to the receptionist on leaving and she asked me to write to the hotel e-mail address for compensation.

Excellent hotel at the border of Andalusia and Extremadura

Excellent hotel at a wonderful location. Very friendly and welcoming staff. Room is very spacious and modern. We had a great time!

Definitely nothing problematic. When asked: road leading to the hotel could be a bit better suited for small cars. In the room there is no minibar/fridge and no tissue box. Water consumption is limited, but fully understandable due to the severe draught in the region.

Check in for the view, food and room.

The location with an outstanding view, especially at sunset. The room was large with a splendid shower, it had an outside area for our use. Sleeping masks were provided as light did flood the room somewhat. The bathroom window was into the open roof auditorium, so with safety lights was illuminated. There was only a glass sliding door on the bathroom so the light penetrated the bedroom area. The staff although not English speaking did use translation services for the menu. There were many facilities to use we chose not to such as the spa and outside pool. We did use the coffee machine provided with pods. The food served was of a very high standard and we just loved the breakfast of local produce. Cartons of water were given at checkout. Would definitely stay again, just for the terrace view.

Nit picking an unwashed ashtray had been left on the outside area and the check in system itself seemed slow. Be aware the drive is an unmade road, not a problem as the surface was in fair condition.

Fantastic getaway very near to Seville. We will repeat.

This is a modern build hotel with floor to ceiling windows yet preserves at it's entrance the rural Spanish style. Beautiful infinity pool overlooking near empty hill and a reservoir with the small white city of Calera in the distance. Gorgeous.

Perfect place to disconnect !

We had a great stay in hotel Desconacta2. The hotel is located on the top of a hill, a very quiet spot. Top food, good wines, good service, great value for money.

some small points for improvement : 1) At arrival, we had to wait quite some time at the reception before we were attended. 2) we were not aware / were not informed there are two breakfast formulas. The first morning we got the "light" breakfast, which was not what we expected.

Excellent new hotel, superb setting and architecture. The views and ambiance could not be better. Rooms very large with high quality equipment. Staff are very friendly and accommodating.

We would have liked a fridge in the room and more choice of things for breakfast.

A fantastic location and the food was amazing.

The spa didn't work properly and there was no mention of it costing extra to use. There was a complete cock up by the hotel staff on the last day to settle the bill which they said was all good. It wasn't, the payment didn't go through so I spent the next 12 days being messaged and called about it after offering alternative ways to pay. I was also accused by booking .com for leaving my accommodation without paying which was not the case. Putting 5 stars on a hotel doesn't mean its 5 star. 4 star at best with lots of work to do yet. I wish the team there all the best.
