Meh

Location was great, ease of access was great ,spacious.

Cigarette smell was very strong , neighbours were noisy, talking and listening to music loudly. Sound isolation is poor.

Hluk a zima z ulice, protože netěsnila okna do ložnic! Na povlečení bylo minimálně 10 cizích dlouhých černých vlasů! Velmi hluční sousedi v bytě nad ubytováním, dělali bordel do půlnoci! Zápach z popelnic na společné chodbě Nejel výtah Schod do sprchy byl nepříjemně vysoký

Die Lage war Top, Größe des Raumes war aus supi!

Die Ausstattung hätte besser sein können bzgl. der Küche. Da hat ein Schneebesen, Pfannenwender und eine Pfanne gefehlt!

Preisgünstige Unterkunft für den Weihnachtsmarktbesuch.

Nah zu Innenstadt und Bahnhof. Preisgünstig, Wohnung sauber, zweckmäßig, Betten sehr bequem.

Treppenhaus sehr ungepflegt, Kein Licht in unserer Etage, Türcodeeingabe nur mit Taschenlampe möglich. In der zweiten Nacht sehr laut, hämmern, laute Stimmen und Gerumpel, als ob einer einzieht, Nachts um 1.00 Uhr und nochmals um 3.00 Uhr. Müslischalen in der Küchenausstattung wären schön.

Convenient location at a good price that suited our needs.

Nice large rooms with comfortable lounge. Kitchen was great. Location was convenient but area was a bit down market. Suited us as it was a simple overnight stay. Easy to access.

Couldn't access TV or anything as every instruction was in German with no English translations.

The flat was close to the train station. Good beds. Lift. Very cheap.

The nabourhood was not very nice The entrance door was broken. Terrible smell in the entrance. The flat was not very cozy. Could need an upgrade.

Apartment was really good and clean, brilliant location in city centre

Parking is not provided, you can park on the street or need permit, use parking machine to pay from 9am to 6pm cose is city centre. Alternatively there is secured car park cost 15 euro per day, one minute from apartment, thanks

Door to apartment building was damaged. Hope it will be repaired soon. It was tricky to open from the inside.

horrible

it was not clean - food and cloth from previous owners was not taken away. Floor was not wiped , bathroom not cleaned (hair all over the place). we reservated for 4 persons (2 young kids) and only 3 beds had blankets. they offered compensation for a hotel, but no rooms were available. (so no compensation). in our case - unreliable and no value for any money. We had to drive home and go back next day. Property is not willing to compensate for any additional costs we had to make. it is now under dispute at booking.

Perfect place for short term stay

I liked the central location. Perfect when you travel by train. Easy check in 24/7 and reachable service in case of emergency.

Very centeally located, in walking distance of the train station, bus stop, shops, retaurants etc. Spacious apartment with a balcony. Contactless checkin and checkout.

The apartment was not particularly clean (cobwebs on the walls and ceilings, water marks on the water tap, dusty air vent and radiator in the bathroom-see pictures) and is outdated. The light in the building entrance did not work. The towels and part of the bed linens smelled of tobacco smoke (but not the apartment, so I assume the person doing the laundry is a smoker). The glass front of the balcony door could not be darkened. The apartment was sparsely decorated. From reading other reviews it seems that other apartments in the building have been renovated to a more modern standard. There were signs of construction in the building during my stay (open electrical cabinet, dusty floors etc). On the checkout day the entrance door to the building was locked so I had to run upstairs to grab the keys left in the apartment, unlock the door, go back up to leave the keys and go back down to exit.

be aware the location is not exactly good for a family with a gambling room downstairs and a sex cinema in opposite.
