Good property but need more attention to detail

We booked a 2-bedroom suite and visiting during April, the strong air-conditioning in the room was definitely well appreciated. The room space was good as well. Check-in process was fairly quick. Building was new and next to a mall so location was convenient. The beds were comfortable and has a dining table with a kitchenette.

We only stayed here for a night so it was passable but we were not informed that there was some construction going on during our stay and the drilling was quite loud which is not pleasant. We also did not get to use the pool area as there seemed to be a private event full of kids. I was horrified to find 3 small cockroaches in the bathroom and kitchen area even though we were on the 26th floor! The bar closes early and if you need anything in the evening, nobody will be there to attend to your needs.

Overall the property is good. 2 things which were most uncomfortable: 1. No complimentary water for a day 2. The apartment interior and aesthetics are beautifully design , but when someone goes to a different country either on Vacation or on business trip , they are more concerned about the way they look. and there was not a single full sized mirror. only for these 2 points I would like to give poor rating 3. also the complimentary breakfast is only Philipino breakfast , so like you are forcing the foreigners just to take this breakfast 4. also they serve Ice tea in the name of juice when you choose Juice as an option. juice is Juice it cannot be ice tea

Fantastic hotel

Modern building, aesthetically pleasant. Very clean rooms, great little kitchen, comfortable bed, good shower with hot water, smart TV with Netflix, Disney+ and a couple of other Apps ready to go! Pool very clean and water temperature perfect. Staff were wonderful 👏 Very genuine people who were very helpful and friendly all the time. This hotel is also situated right next door to a shopping mall with a fantastic supermarket and many shops to explore, fashion, electrical etc My partner and I had a fantastic time at this hotel and returned 2 weeks later to stay another 11 days 😀

Can't say a negative thing about this hotel or the people running it. Only negative would be the size of the pool but saying that they are already near completion of an infinity pool on the 32nd floor. We were even offered an escorted viewing of the pool.

Strange hotel

Cool room layout

No hot water in shower or sink and staff would not do anything about it Also the bar only sells full bottles of alcohol so you can't just have 1 drink that is totally ridiculous

Went out to dinner and arrived back at the hotel at 9 pm with friends for planned bonding time. But greatly disappointed as we entered the room in total darkness. I Called reception and was told they were trying to reach out to inform us of power interruption expected for 30 mins. We initially thought of staying in the room while waiting for the “30 mins” but quickly decided against as the lady on the phone suggested to stay in their lounge area in the 6th floor. Glad we stayed in the lounge as We didn’t mind the 30 mins but the 30 mins dragged on to an hour ☹️ then 2 hrs and more☹️… Not good when Two of my friends travelled long distance from morning and we were all pretty much looking forward to bed and lounge rest while continuing our chit-chat “supposedly” in a relaxed environment. It was good gesture though to offer us their spare room when we stressed above situation while waiting for the power outage to be sorted. But still, staying out till midnight is not something we would have expected. Also, plated Breakfast was not as we ordered…though we corrected twice the lady at the reception as she’s taking our orders night before.

Over all my stay is good ... some are missing like hangers, hairdryer and floor towel

Please add variations or incorporate fresh veggies in each plate or please serve fresh veggies too. Location is very good and accesible. Please allow a 24 hour service in your front desk at 6th floor because when i called at nine pm nobody is answering the phone.. several times until i got tired of dialing.

Food.. please include in the menu fresh veggies Please have a floor towel And a hair dryer, hangers in the cabinet Make your staff available 24 hours a day And have more variation in your menus Bed lamp is busted in one side good that i brought a portable reading lamp

I love the room it's nice and cute comfy. 💗✨ We enjoyed the night too. Tysm! We expected meron wine glass cause we brought wine pero wala, pero okay lang my baso naman. The breakfast was good, mine was beefsilog I think. 😅

I think wala masyado magamit for the kitchen like cooking utensils. Pero okay na rin..Overall stay is good.
