Horrible place to stay

Nothing

There a lot of ants around the place even in the bed. I couldn’t sleep because of that and I texted the manager of the place and never get a solution or responded, nor even a refund. The experience was HORRIBLE. DO NOT STAY THERE.

I cancelled the registration and was charged anyway. this is a fraudulent place.

upon my arrival I received a email saying they closed, I did not stay there, they closed one minute before 11:00. They portrait it to be a Hotel, when in fact it was a rundown looking house. I searched for a hotel and thought I had the wrong address.

Nice clean and comfortable rooms. It was very quiet as well.

Nice quiet home with kitchen access

Lack of anyone present to handle check-in. Took a long time via cell phone back and forth to settle security deposit concerns and get access via a pin code. Deposit should be collected via Booking.Com at payment time and access pin sent immediately with a text message. Hide and seek with room keys is kind of weird too...all in the interest of not paying personnel to care for guests. Best solution would be to find a long term renter willing to handle check ins in exchange for a lower rent.

I could not rent this accommodation because there are hidden payments through paypel that I do not use, and I think it's not only me that this is a scam to deceive people, I really do not recommend this hotel !!!

Both our room and common spaces were clean.

The communication with the host was weird. Some of her messages sounded like military commands and created a tense and unfriendly atmosphere. The house also possesses a video camera which was pointed directly at our room’s door. It turned out that the host was watching us through the camera and even texted us to go back in the room when she saw us in the dining room late. It’s understandable that the house has a policy to be quiet after 10pm, but being watched through a camera feels really uncomfortable and creepy.

A place to sleep near the airport

Once you're inside the house it's nice. Everything is new and clean. It's very close to the airport, which is what we needed. It's in a house that doesn't look like much from the outside but inside it's surprisingly nice. There are 6 rooms I think, with 2 shared bathrooms, and you get use of the kitchen. Parking is free, which isn't always the case in Miami. Overall, this place was reasonable value given how crazy expensive accommodation is in Miami.

Once I booked I got a message from the person who manages it that was very off-putting- a list of 10 rules, and a demand for a $100 deposit by PayPal. Nowhere in the listing is this mentioned, and I don't have an account. However, the person turned out to be quite reasonable to deal with. All in all, this place was fine, despite the aggressive initial message and the weird neighbourhood and appearance of the house.

Poor communication from the host - I attempted to contact the host with questions/concerns but was unable to speak with anyone or get a timely response. I had to contact Booking.com directly, or find a way to send a message through the Booking app, both of which were a hassle. If you are running a business, I should be able to call you and speak with a human being. Communication needs to be improved drastically. I requested an early check-in, which was denied. Check-in time was 4pm, which I thought was too late anyway, so an “early” check-in would not have been significantly early in the day, and could have been accommodated easily. No towels were provided in the bathroom, which was not specified during booking. Only one outlet in the bedroom, which was occupied by the lamp and the tv, so not ideal for charging multiple devices. I had to unplug the lamp just to charge my phone. Overall, I think the price is a bit steep considering the facilities and the location.

Promoted as “Inn” but just equal to a mediocre Air BNB.

Reasonably good location, clean facilities.

Check in lockbox was difficult to open. (A digital one would be better). Lack of adequate heat at night. Shower takes few minutes to warm up, stays lukewarm.

I tried several times unsuccesfully to call the hotel number. They will connect you to somebody on whatsapp, who will text you to transfer a deposit via paypal, etc. You can't contact anybody and the person on whatsapp will not answer your phone. I was considered as no show and lost around 65 euros for the room. You will ONLY SEE THE HIDDEN CONDITIONS ONLY AFTER YOU HAVE BOOKED THE ROOM. It is not worth the stress. learn from me.

Never stayed. Didn’t want to risk my life

This was the most terrifying place I’ve ever seen on booking.com. It’s not an Inn at all it’s a run down house in a sketchy neighborhood. There is no one there at all. Very unsafe. DO NOT STAY. Booking should remove this property.

Good for a place close to the airport.

Super comfortable room with access to a common living room area for relaxing. Great for a one-night stay when I had a layover. Close to airport.
