So, well worth it, but things need to be addressed for it to be considered “luxury”.

Overall, I was mostly satisfied, although some things do need to be considered. On the upside: • Reasonably priced. • Well-secured. • Staff very helpful and friendly • Place was clean and mostly well-maintained (toilet lid was broken – a minor issue, but still). • Reasonably-priced and stocked mini-bar. • Dressing gowns. • Kitchen has all standard appliances. • Peace and quite is strictly enforced, with a strong emphasis on no noise. • WiFi was good.

On the downside: 1. If you are a relatively light sleeper, request a room that is not on the road. The road is really busy, so you will have to sleep with your windows closed and maybe a pillow over your head. 2. “Luxury” is not just a meaningless word used for advertising. Although there is no law about it, places use the word “luxury” or “basic” to indicate some amenities in the room. This place uses the word “luxury”. In these flats, however, • No tea or coffee. • No soap or shampoo. • Only two hangers in the cupboard (and those are used for the dressing gowns). • They don’t have a generator to accommodate “load shedding” (power-cuts). One would expect this, given the size of the complex.

Room to small no mirror no blanket I was freezing the whole night I don't think I'm gonna come back again. When we. Arrived we phoned the lady who help me she said I must give the money to my roommate no receipt nothing 😔😔😔👎👎👎

It wasn't a great experience

I was not happy with my room, it's not what they sell.

Everything about, I didn't know that we will share the house, the setup is completely different from what they show on bookings.

Good but could be better.

The place is nice and clean. The wifi didn't give any issues and the area is very quiet.

There were cockroaches, there were no bins in the apartment, kitchen nor bathroom which I found to be unhygienic. The R1000 deposit doesn't make sense, they should do away with the drinks in the fridge.

Dissatisfied and disappointed

Unfortunately didn't get to stay here. They told us we need to have R1000 deposit eventhough we paid for the place long before the actual day. What I font understand is why did we have to pay a R1000 deposit if we were going to be the for 1 night? They didn't even offer to give us our money back, beacuse they said they won't allow us in, we needed to pay a R1000 deposit cash. My point here is, why pay a R1000 deposit for a place we booked for +/-R400 for one night. I felt like I was scammed for some reason.

If all the small broken items were fixed, it would be a great place

The price was affordable

Some of the fixtures were broken and did not work. The hob was also not cleaned properly.
