Posizione bella vista, mare servizi poco soddisfacenti

Colazione inesistente

I servizi interni ,non abbiamo avuto neanche il sapone per lavarsi,oltre che abbiamo pagato le lenzuola 8,0€x due persone ma il lenzuolo era uno ,lo trovo assurdo,non abbiamo avuto neanche la collaborazione, prezzo esagerato per una notte

Bad, don’t go there

Dirty - old bed - bad climatisation Really back from Japan, that is the worst experience ever. No place to park. No support from the agency for getting the key while with kids. Information on booking not clear how to access it. Bad - bad - bad we left one day earlier. My back couldn’t sustain the matelas.

Aside from the View, there's nothing positive I can truly comment about this property!

The View! That's about it!!

I didn't like the fact that the night before arrival, the property agency asked me if I was bringing my own linen? What? Which Hotel or AirBnb does that? They charge EUR 13 per person for linens and towels - This is absolutely absurd! In order to pick up the keys, you have to go to the agency, in the next town, to pick up the keys yourself. They will not meet you at the property to give you the keys - you have to travel with your luggage. Absolutely ridiculous! Once you get to the apartment, you can have to carry your luggage at least 4 floors, on very steep stairs and a very narrow stairway. Aside from the view, there is nothing positive that I can write about this property. The beds were horrible! The sofa bed is like sleeping on springs, from a box spring. Very dissatisfied customer and unhappy about how the agency treated us, after checking out!

The view and the location are amazing!!! Perfect!!!

We had to pay for the sheets and towels and I had to do the bad! I never seen this before…. The toilet, the coffee mashine and the washing mashine were dirty! There was no rubbish bin, toilet paper and shower gel/soap. The bed was very uncomfortable!

The location is perfect, the view is gorgeous, and close to the train station.

We have to collect the keys in the next town which it's long walk or have to take a taxi, the train schedule doesn't match the check in time, and there is no linen no towel, you have to bring your own or rent from the agency which is a bit expensive 13Euro, and the staff isnt good at English, miscommunicate, didnt tell exactly where the room is

Oh no, not what we expected for 2022.

Location. Destination.

If location is the ONLY thing you need, then this is a great choice, however the apartment is not clean, very cluttered, stuck in the 80s and be warn, the stairs are not for the faint hearted. It is steap, on the 4th floor and no lift. Travel light! Also the wifi did not work and despite messaging the host it could not be resolved. Fortunately the charm of Santa Margherita makes up for the apartments short comings. And lastly, be aware the additional cost to rent bedding and towels add to your booking fee as well as extra time and travel to collect the keys in the neighboring town. My conclusion, afoid this apartment unless you REALLY only worry about the location.

Doesn’t deserve the money

location and view

very old apartment with no lift which is fine if you don’t have big luggages. In our case it was complicated. Overall it definitely doesn’t deserve 190€/ night at all. The bed is uncomfortable, there were no toiletries, towels or bedsheets, which for this money doesn’t make sense.

The location is very good. Nice view

Air conditioning did not work. Fan in the living room was broken. For 200 Euros and we had to pay for linen and towels. We were 4 people and only got linen for one bed! We paid for 4 people. They said that 4 people could stay but in reality they have one bed and a very bad sofa bed! Too expensive for what it is

Location to beach and train station and view from kitchen window of the sea

Make sure to read all info before booking: Additional charge of €8 per person for 1 set of sheets plus additional €5 per person for towel sets, ended up being total €26 extra on top of booking payment for 1 night. Booked due to location to train station however keys are meant to be collected in Rapallo agency office, luckily was able to negotiate meeting at property. 4 stories up on a tiny staircase, difficult with large suitcase. Luckily had data on phone to be able to communicate for check in. Didn't recieve confirmation details in English (requested 1 month prior to staying), when I tried to apologise to agent in person for not understanding she responded that I should have used Google translate
