Bad owner and crook

The owner of the apartment is a bad person and a blackmailer.I booked the apartment for October 17. Check-in was from 4:00 to 8:00 p.m..We were coming from Hamburg and so I requested a slightly later check-in time from 8:00 to 9:00 p.m..The owner wrote that if I came after 8:00 p.m., I would have to pay 25 euros extra, which were not recorded in the description for the apartment in Booking. This was a third of the price of the apartment, and that's why I refused. We arrived 10 minutes after 8 p.m.. After a long time of calling and SMS, it became clear that he would not come to open the apartment for us. So, We had to stay out all night even though we had paid the price of the apartment. Booking.com promised me that they would ask him if he agreed to return the money to me. To this day, my money has not been returned even though I slept on the street in my car.

Určite odporúčame

Majiteľ apartmánu bol veľmi nápomocný a ochotný. Poloha apartmánu je výborná. Určite sa ešte vrátime.

Prichádzali sme neskoro v noci a asi preto sme mali problém nájsť parkovacie miesto.

Thoughtfully equipped

The apartment is very well and thoughtfully equipped, many kitchen appliances, including dishwasher. Large refrigerator. Very convenient for a family. Air-conditioning in the living room and one bedroom, fan in another.

There are no windows. The entry door is glass, semi-transparent, which is a bit weird in our opinion and not appropriate.

Premium basement - but still OK

Everything you need, appartmant is fully equipped. Everything is new and really nice.

NO WINDOWS - I have claustrophobia (not strong but I can feel discomfort in closed areas) - that was a problem to me. AC smells - we have disabled is after few minutes. I would say that it is premium basement. For me - I can spend there one night, no more.

Specious appartment with all ammenities needed for the stay. Parking was easy infront of building. Great and easy communication with the host.

Overall feeling is that was disapointed about the real state in comparison to pictures in the offer.

The "flat" was equiped very well. All the devices: microvawe, washinpg machine, dishwasher, dryer - whatever you need it was there.

Lack of windows in the flat (just via doors) - no sun in the flat, poor air conditioning. No place to park in the evening (impossible!), parking only for residents, no way to buy parking, got 2 tickets for parking... but had no choice... or go walk 15 minutes or so..., as the shared places around (20-30) were all occupied. I do not go by car to use Bolt ;) Not recommended for travellers by car. Flat is poorly refreshed (messily repainted) and pictures are not up to date (walls are dirty, stains on the walls), the same for furniture - not the same as in pictures.

If you arrive at the accommodation in the evening, you won't find a parking space. Most of the parking lots are residential and there are very few for visitors. The apartment is heated with electric radiators and if you are traveling with children, it is desirable to have the apartment heated. When we arrived, I think it was 18-19 degrees

Passable

Spacious, easy to find and check in, responsive host, 10-15 minutes to the city center.

This apartment is suitable maximum to sleep one night, as it has a lot of issues: - It has no windows at all. Also, there was not enough lighting, nothing similar to what you at photos. You feel like you live in a bunker. - You can feel wetness smell in the rooms (high humidity). Different temperature in different rooms. - Beds were not comfortable, sofa and double bed should be replaced. - Not enough hot water for more than 3 people. - We were not sure, if bed linen was clean, as baby bed linen was not clean for sure (we asked to changed it). - Towels were very small, enough to clean only your hands. - Difficult to park, almost no free parking places. - No curtains in the bathroom. - Noisy, you could hear all neighbors. - Sofa and carpets need chemical cleaning. We would never come back again to this apartment.

Everything was the best. Owner get place in the garage. Was good. The apartment on the first flour can relax in the evening at the small table in open air. Wonderful.

host was friendly, apartment was clean

there was no windows- apartment is in the middle of building. They also have another one, so if it is free go for that one. Parking may be a problem since we saw police waiting tickets at 1am. So be careful about that.

A well equipment property with a nice host!

It is so well equipped! There is everything you would wish to have and more. There were even new toothbrushes, slippers, beers, bathrobes, toys and more.

There are no windows so it gets very hot and claustrophobic.

Very nice owner. The apartment was very well equipped, even with things we didn't need, but was organized so that even the children had something to occupy themselves with if any were with us. Despite a parking problem where with an extra car we received a parking ticket at night, the owner felt responsible and gave us a refund for the incident for the amount of the ticket. You won't find anything better at this price.

Not a lot of space to park an extra car when you travel for 2 cars. You have to be sure to find out exactly where you are parking, in what zone. Nevertheless, the police issued the lowest possible parking ticket. Actually there are no windows, but it wasn't a very big problem for one night, but the comfort where you can fall asleep with the window open or ajar is definitely better.

Very good

The host was very nice, there were all kinds of perks - toothbrushes, flip-flops, kids' toys, even some candy.

The apartment didn't have windows, we had to open the front door to get some fresh air.

Overall the apartment is very comfortable for living and the host is very friendly!

The apartment has everything needed to live comfortably. It has different kitchenware, so you can cook there comfortably. Also you can stay here with pets and near the house there are little park zones, where you can walk them. Also near the apartment there are private parking lots, which are free. The host is very friendly and kind, he left a couple of snacks for children during our stay) Overall the apartment is very clean and neat. Really recommend staying there!

Great experience, i recomed 100%

Best property in that price range i experienced till now, recomend it 1000% It has ALL the equimpent/items you can ever think of (for kids, animals, cooking)...you name it they have it. Also a plus the property is completely new, so nothing is worn out.

Dog and kids friendly Non barrier access Welcome stuff (wine, sweets, fruits) Absolutely clean and nicely furnished Express Tesco in walking distance Great price/performance ratio

No windows (but from my point it was not an issue and we recognized it just second day that something is missing :-) )
