Thoughtfully equipped, central and comfortable.
Very helpful parking information to use Boal Quay long stay. Easy and the cheapest around.

Fabulous place, everything you could possibly need in a compact yet spacious apartment.
Situated in the center of Kings lynn, close to shops and bars but still fairly quiet. 24h car park a couple of minutes walk away at a charge of £2.90.
Think the mattress may need upgrading seriously uncomfortable for us. And bathroom towels although match the colour scheme beautifully they are too small, need Bath sheets.

Perfect location just a short walk from everything in King's Lynn. Reasonably priced parking at £2.90 per day just a couple of minutes walk away at Boal Quay. Unusual and quirky apartment which was very clean, comfortable and everything we were expecting. We visit Norfolk a lot and will definitely book at The Vault again next time we want to stay in King's Lynn. Oh, and really good communication too! Thank you.
As we are getting on a bit - in our mid-60s! - perhaps a more comfortable table to eat at would be great!? This did not however detract in any way from a really enjoyable few days in a really interesting and historic town.

Very well furnished with everything you might need for a short break. Immaculately clean in a convenient location. We would highly recommend it.
Nothing - it was perfect for what we wanted.
4.8
Location excellent. Bed extremely comfortable. All you might need in the kitchen was there.
There were 2 lock boxes, we are easily confused! Also the instructions for getting the door lock unlocked could be clearer.

Handy location with nearby paid parking available. Clean and spacious.
I'm sensitive to cold and felt this was a very cold space. Not surprising with the high ceilings and large windows. There was heating on but I still felt cold. Finding the information on how to get in was lost in the long repetitive emails I received after booking.

An immaculate.apartment in a central location. Extremely well maintained. Modern facilities with an old world charm. Highly recommended.
No onsite parking.

took us a few attempts to work out cooker etc and dishwasher but we succeeded 🙂

The hosts were friendly and helpful. The apartment itself is smart and clean, recently refurbished and looking great.

beautiful historic building in the middle of town.

The apartment was easy to find and parking was a stone throw away. It was clean and smelt lovely as soon as you walked in, which lasted our whole stay. It was close to everything. It was easy to get into the building and the instructors were on point. The building was beautiful and the decor fitted well. When emailing the owners they were quick to respond. We went for my partners 40th and he said the trip and apartment made it memorable and special
Nothing was an amazing stay

Querky. Exceptionally clean. Very well located.
The location of the bathroom (downstairs).
A bit claustrophobic due to the need to keep the blinds closed
(street level). Do the windows open? The fan helped.
The TV was prone to pixilation but we weren’t there long enough
to bother asking for it to be fixed.

Everything! First class. Comfortable, spotlessly clean, excellent facilities. Close to museums, Lynn Minster and the waterfront.

This apartment is beautiful. Everything you need for self catering, or in centre if town with access to eateries and pubs. It exceeded our expectations for both centre of historic town & comfort. It is very clean. The street was quiet. If you go to King's Lynn, stay here.

Spotless and great communication

Apartment was very clean and well equipped and is very central
The bed / pillows were a bit hard.
Instructions for things like the oven and heating needed (didn’t appear to be in the welcome information)

The property was well located and spotlessly clean. Beautifully furnished and very quirky.
Access was easy. A man from the shop across the road even came across to make sure we used the fob correctly! Very friendly.
The hosts couldn't have been more helpful, they were charming and rang me immediately when I had a query.
Nothing.

Great location by the Minster and very short walk to the river. Lovely apartment, had everything needed for a short stay. Comfortable bed. Very well equipped kitchen. Comfortable living area. Beautiful old building well restored.
The hot water pressure is very low so the shower is not so good.
The cords to close the blinds are too high to easily reach (I am 5'2").
Personally I would prefer a proper dining table and chairs rather than the small high table and stools.
I was not given the key code prior to arrival (it should have been emailed) so needed to phone the host - immediate response so no issue.

The location is very central and so you can walk everywhere in Kings Lynn easily. It was quiet. There was a pub nearby but this did not cause us any problems. As the room is ground floor onto the street, there are blinds for privacy so there is no great view. However the room itself is full of character and a lot of thought has gone into its decoration. So again this was no problem for us. There is no parking on site but a public car park close by. We had a great stay.

beautiful decor immaculately clean
bit noisy with traffic if your a light sleeper

I stayed here for a weekend but wasn't long enough , the place is stunning and the location was perfect! I will definitely be back..

The apartment was as described, is spacious well laid out, decorated very nicely, with quality furnishings. Ideal spot in central King's Lynn steps from the Minster and the harbour. It is aa 'secondary' shopping street, so hairdressers etc. so not over busy nor noisy. Entry via keybox. Blackout blinds meant we were not woken at first light.
The seating was comfortable, the bathroom was really lovely and warm, and the shower was very good - lots of hot water, the towels were lovely.. Overall good value
Unfortunately, it was a cold weekend with a bitter southerly wind. The apartment has huge, to ceiling original metal framed windows, and the wind found every single gap in them. Suggest some draft proofing needed (heavy curtains?)
We are sure it is lovely when just that bit warmer, and fantastic on a sunny spring or summer day. The owners were very responsive, and told us to crank the heating up to as hot as possible and we used the blanket provided, plus the one I keep in the car, around our knees.
We recommend some basic stores in the kitchen area - which is lovely, but we are used to self catering having a few the basics e.g. cooking oil, etc other than just salt and pepper. Fortunately a huge Sainsburys just 5 min drive away and open tlll 10pm, so got a couple of ready meals and put them in the oven.

Perfectly located, impeccably clean, kitchen facilities were more than adequate. Very cosy & comfy.
I often work in the area so will defiantly be back

We loved the quirky nature of this place and it was all brand new too. Very boutique style and lots of lovely touches everywhere. Location was spot on and we walk everywhere. WiFi and TV were great. Communication was so friendly and almost jnstant.
Hot water pressure in sinks could be improved but so what? It was such a historic place to stay.
