A very relaxing 5 days on a lovely beach. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it.

The property is built into the cliff overlooking the bay and a secluded beach, which never gets too busy. It’s quiet and relaxing. The rooms are very pleasant and good value for money, for the area. The staff are friendly and accommodating. There’s a very good beach restaurant belonging to the adjacent hotel, The Hideout.

The concrete steps down to the rooms and the beach are very steep at the top, so take care. The property is out of the way, so nothing is within walking distance. Personal transport, or cabs are essential for trips to Patong. The air con is a bit noisy.

Steep staircase to get to rooms not great with big bags. Air con is loud outside with the fans, bathroom was so hot.

Hôtel bien placé mais non entretenu

C est la première fois que je mets une note aussi mauvaise mais je me dois d être objective Je mets 4 car l emplacement est bien, l hôtel donne sur une plage privée et nous avons été surclassé sinon j’aurais mis 1 au vu de l’état de l hôtel

bien que la vue de la chambre était superbe, nous sommes obligés d’expliquer l état de la chambre , l évacuation de la douche était restituée sur le sol des wc, inondation des wc à chaque douche, la Clim en panne , laisser un dépôt de garantie comme si nous étions en airb nb , le nettoyage des chambre se fait uniquement si vous envoyez un sms à l hôtel ,la déco de la chambre ne ressemble en rien aux photos de l hôtel , la classification de l hôtel n est pas justifiée, l hôtel n est pas entretenu , aucune prestation de service digne d un hôtel Enfin les marches ne sont pas gênantes mais sommes sportifs

Beautiful view and

The view from the balcony is breathtaking and Phon, the receptionist, was super welcoming and helpful.

The property it’s extremely old and it needs a refurb. The room did have a bad smell and the location is far from everything. The hotel is situated at 15 minutes drive from Patong and can only be reached by taxi and it is very difficult to get one from this location.

Schöne Unterkunft in ruhiger Lage

Die Unterkunft liegt direkt an einem ruhigen schönen Strand. Von dem Partylärm am Patong Beach hat man nichts mitbekommen. Das Zimmer war sauber und sehr schön eingerichtet mit Blick aufs Meer. Abends konnte man gut in einem Restaurant nebenan am Strand essen. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hatte uns für die Weiterreise ein Taxi für 5 Uhr Morgens organisiert und den Check-Out bereits am Vortag ermöglicht.

Man ist auf einen Roller oder Taxi angewiesen sobald man nach Patong Beach möchte. Der Fußweg, welcher laut Google Maps am Strand entlang führt, existiert nicht.

Quite an adventure, but the Chinese Thai lady, Jasmine, was very nice only when she showed up at checkout time, around n

Ocean view facing beach on the ground. Two rooms for 3350 barts despite booking two days before. 1 min walk to Hideout area and Thai Phuket Resort. Beautiful private beach so beautiful that you can see a few fish seen from above.

No English staff speaking. Terrible communication. You must be very fluent in Thai. I don’t recommend this hotel to foreign tourists. If you are not confident even in English, it would be critical for you to survive. Many ants in your rooms, so if you mind bugs, also I wouldn’t recommend this to you. Plus no shop between 7pm and 10am 10 minutes walk around it. Never ever go up the road in front of the hotel, otherwise you would be in danger in Elephant forests.

If you‘re looking for a sign, this is it… stay here!

It‘s our second time to stay here. The location is perfect: you have a very beautiful beach directly in front, it‘s such a scenery every morning upon waking up. Jasmine took care that we had a comfortable stay, nice and friendly hotel owner. It‘s comfortable to stay here, I‘d recommend it - but it would be best to have a motorbike as it‘s kinda far from Patong center. Thank you for everything, we will surely come back!

No lo recomendaría

Lo único bueno que rescatar de este hotel son las vistas, realmente hermosas desde la habitación. La chica que nos recibió fue bastante amable, nos ofrecía limpiar la habitación todos los días. Te dejan toallas, papel y agua.

La ubicación es malisima, muy lejos de todo (45 minutos caminando a Patong beach y el centro con muchas subidas). No hay muchas opciones cerca para comer o comprar, solo algunos puestos pequeños con comida local. El acceso al hotel es muy feo, entre escombros y edificios abandonados. Hay una playa abajo del hotel pero está increíblemente sucia (llena de basura, escombros). Para encontrar un lugar un poco mejor tuvimos que caminar un rato por la playa. Al lado del hotel hay una construcción de la cual no te avisan hasta que pagas. La habitación estaba llena de hormigas y lagartijas. El baño sucio, lleno de pelos y moho en las paredes. El colchón muy duro.

Great views, odd location down a quiet, disused road

The owner and her dog are very cute. Don't forget to bring your snorkeling gear.

Accommodation is quiet, private, lovely room decorated in surf style. next to the beach You can dive to see fish here. Right next to Freedom Beach You can see jet skis driving from Patong Beach.

The stairs are very steep if you have a lot of luggage. you will be very tired The room above can see your balcony.

The staff ruined the whole experience.

Close to the beach, beautiful view from the room.

One day they cleaned the room, on the second day they decided they wouldn't clean it and didn't do it. The staff didn't seem to be bad, but they charged us 1000 thb for a soiled sheet. Although it could just be washed. That killed the whole experience. Too far from stores and cafes. The hotel is very worn out, there are ants in the room. To the left of the hotel demolished a building, a dirty wasteland.

loved that this hotel is on the beach with a beautiful view from the balcony looking right onto the ocean the beach is exactly like the pictures. the host was also lovely and very welcoming.

The location is secluded yes but it is only a ten minute bolt taxi into the town which is good, the nearest shop & restaurants is about ten min walk away or you can order food which is good.

Pleasant

Very quick access to a very nice, clean and quiet beach. Nice view from the balcony where you can lie in a hammock. The room itself was very spacious.

This hotel is rather difficult to find when you enter "At Sea Patong" on Google Maps as there is an apartment complex not far away with the same name. You have to enter "At Sea Patong Hotel" or use the address provided on booking.com. This led to an interesting taxi ride where we almost go stranded as the driver was nearly not able to get back up the steep driveway that leads to the apartment complex which is not the hotel. Also you must keep in mind that to get to the room and the beach you have to take steep stairs. If you have any disability in that regard you should look elsewhere. Also there are no restaurants here and you have to walk along the beach to the left a bit to reach them. When it's high tide you will get wet as the adjacent hotel does not allow you to cross their premises. They have built a wall right to the edge of the water and force you to wade through the water. That's not At Sea Patong Hotel's fault, though. Just something to keep in mind. It's best to rent a scooter at this hotel, too, as it is quite far away from Patong Beach and township.

pictures of the hotel showed were completely different . hotel room was not clean , bathtub that was in the balacony was dirty and stained. kettle in the room was burnt .

Great value and host very hospitable

Location was quiet on top of the mountain with gorgeous ocean view as the property is on the beach. This beach had an awesome snorkeling area. Not roped off like most beaches so one is able to free roam. The ocean life is fantastic. The host, Jasmine is terrific! Very accommodating with our bags as we checked out normal but we’re able to stow our bags so we can still roam about Patong city before our flight. Motorbike rental is just down the main drag in Patong (much more choices). The room was comfortable. They provide 2 free bottles of water daily if needed (just ask). During our stay when our room was cleaned they just provide free 2 bottles of waters.

For the way my husband and I travel, we love the place.

Good place but needs improvement

The stay is at a beautiful location at the beach side. The staff were good and attended to us when required.

The room which was given to us was a little old and the AC was not working. But the owner of the property attended to us and made an alternative for the night and shifted us to a better room the next day which we were happy with. The location is quite far and uphill from the Patong beach side and if you don't hire a two wheeler, it's quite a tedious task to go back and forth to the town side. The tuk tuks demand 400 Baht one way. The backside of the property needs some maintenance.
