Very clean, quiet and a beautiful view overlooking the sea. A close beach walk to the town.

The staff made this stay here, and the water slide for the kids was the only thing keeping my stay in the hotel. If it was not for the general manager helping out on my checkout I don't know if I would ever book there again, but i know i will never use booking.com again
Didn't get the room I reserved and could not get anyone to help through the Wyndham 1800#s or emails that I received because I booked through booking .com and they oversold the room. They rented rooms on my floor to minors, which made the 1st and 2nd nights so loud that staff had to be called several times during the night after 10 pm until 1230pm.

A very modern and clean hotel. Well situated, close to the waterfront. Friendly and helpful staff. Attached to a sports complex where it's possible for hotel guests to use the swimming pool. We really enjoyed our stay here.

The breakfast could've used a bit more seating but otherwise it was great, great options & friendly servers.
The elevator kept glitching & I would have to press the button several times. There was so much effort to get down to the pool.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The lady who looked after breakfast was right there to top up things and chat with. A very lovely lady!
Stay was too short!!

The rooms were great. Beds were extremely comfortable. Staff was excellent.
Breakfast kept running out of food, such as bacon, eggs etc. The eggs were extremely dry.
3.0
hotel was reasonably new
available space for breakfast is too small for the number of guests on a busy weekend .
one little bar of dove soap and an empty container in the shower ?
towels are sub-par ( again relative to the price of the stay )

The hotel is attached to the convention centre and as a guest you can use their gym and pool. Both are amazing.
The staff is friendly and helpful.
The beds are super comfortable.
Breakfast was good, no complaints at all.

Clean hotel with comfortable beds and breakfast was included.
4.0
Clean and modern decor and good room size.
Breakfast was very messy. There was a full bus of tourists at breakfast but the hotel didn’t seem ready to handle so many people at one time. Many food items were missing and they even run out of coffee at the end.
4.5
Convenience. Location. Super clean.
Hot water runs out quickly.

Location was great. Close to Spinnaker's Landing, shopping, restaurants. Everything was pristine and attractive. Staff were very friendly and knowledgeable.

Very nice , clean, staff were amazing. Newer property so our air conditioning was not working 100% properly however they discounted our rate as a result which was kind and unexpected.

The hotel is connected to the arena. You have a very good set-up.As a bonus, the Blizzards won both games to eliminate the Capitals.

I was attending an event in the attached recreation complex so the location was perfect, and I will stay here again for this reason. The staff were all very friendly and wanted to be helpful, and the breakfast was great.
the information about the pool availability was inconsistent (printed info from the front desk said it opens at 6am every morning, but it didn’t open until 7 on Saturday - staff wasn’t clear on the pool hours either so wasted time giving me a second key card to try and access the pool which didn’t work); the low flow toilet didn’t flush properly and most times I had to open the toilet tank to manually pull a piece to refill the tank so it would flush; and when sitting up in bed resting against the wall to watch tv the mattress slides away from the wall - there’s nothing at the foot of the bed holding it in place.

The location was fine. Easy to find. Close to amenities in the area.
Hotel caters to hockey teams as it is connected to an arena. The kids tend to be loud, play and run in the halls and take over the breakfast area. They were taking large amounts of food whether they intended to eat it or not.

The location was great. The breakfast was your typical scrambled eggs and bacon and sausage. The bread and jams were good quality.
The staff were professional and supportive. They told us they had a heating issue and they were right. They have been attempting to get it fixed and were trying hard. Our room had issues with the heat and the fan went all night blowing cold air. When they get that fixed it will pleasant. The were very accommodating and were fair when we checked out giving us a discount due to problems we had.
The heating system. However they had just opened a few days prior and we’re trying to fix issues with their start up. They had a special guest activated heating system that was not operating very well. Great idea to save heat and money that was not functional yet !

Staff was friendly and extremely helpful accommodating my family and our infant. Awesome veiw of the ocean from the top floor - ive never been to PEI so this was a nice place to book.
The Rooms were comfortable and well laid out - a touch small, but it IS MICROTEL - and we did expect smaller rooms!
Good location away from all the hustle and bustle of summerside, well worth the stay :)
Rooms stuggled a bit to warm up.
