Piękne widoki. Spokój i odosobnienie

Bardzo fajny odosobniony obiekt położony w przepięknym miejscu, czuć magiczną atmosferę, a widok to totalna bajka. Nasz willa była przestronna i miała widok prosto na ocean i dużą wannę z oknem na klify i wodę co totalnie robiło robotę. Cały obiekt daje poczucie prywatności, ma przyjemny mały basen i miejsce do relaxu. Bardzo dobre wina które czekają na Ciebie w apartamencie, super opcja, możesz sobie wypić, a płacisz później ;) i w bardzo dobrych cenach !

Poduszki! Płacąc taką cenę spodziewałabym się większej wygody, a małe poduszki były prawie pozbawione wypełnienia! Warto zwrócić na to uwagę bo do takich obiektów przyjeżdża się wypocząć i porządnie wyspać. Mrówki! Niestety mrówki to nieodłączny element chaty. Wiadomo, że miejsce na taki charakter, ale trzeba wiedzieć, że się pojawiają i wędrują sobie po domku ;) Sprzęty już lekko przestarzałe, bateria prysznicowa popękana i ciężko się ją przełączało. Brak kawy. Fajnie jakby była opcja jakiejkolwiek kawy w kuchni.

Awesome location

I gave the property a well deserved 10. Everything was amazing. Sleeping by the ocean hearing the waves has to be one of the best things ever. The room was clean. I have to admit I haven't seen any bugs/ants in the room, which was a concern for other travelers. The pool is also quite nice. I will definitely come back. I loved every bit of it. If you're concerned about not having glass windows, keep in mind you'll enjoy sleeping with them open so it's the same :).

During 3 nights we didn't have any change of towels. I understand the need for being a green hotel, but changing towels once every two days is more or less a given. If you don't intend to do that, at least specify this. I can definitely see why this would be a problem for other travelers.

La posizione. Addormentarsi con il rumore del mare…. La piscina e’ piccola, ma molto bella. Bella l’idea di trovare una bottiglia di vino

La camera era molto piccola. Il sistema di apertura delle camere ogni tanto si inceppava. La reception quasi sempre chiusa, contattabile solo via WhatsApp.

Chciałbym tu wrócić na dłużej.

Wspaniałe obiekt w przepięknym miejscu. Bardzo starannie zagospodarowany kompleks z wieloma miejscami do odpoczynku z widokiem na ocean. Widok z basenu zapiera dech w piersiach. Gospodarz jest przyjazny. Jest opcja zamówienia śniadania w kilku wariantach do wyboru, które jest sycące (wszystkie opcje raczej na słodko).

Прекрасное место, куда хочется вернуться!

Прекрасное место! Виды нереальной красоты, наверно, из каждого домика. Сами домики очень уютные и очаровательные. Есть все необходимое: и на кухне, и в ванной. У каждого домика есть своя терраса со столиком. Все очень стильно и комфортно. Потрясающий бассейн. В качестве комплемента в номере оставили вино и воду. Это не минус, но важно учитывать: так как отель расположен на скале, чемоданы надо будет таскать по ступенькам. Рядом ничего нет, но это и прекрасно. До супермаркетов и цивилизации можно добраться за минут 10-15 на машине.

Очень сложная коммуникация с персоналом. Чек ин с 15, а ресепшен работает до 13. Для заселения нужно заполнять формуляры по ссылкам, которые похоже не очень работают. Пришлось понервничать, прежде чем попали в отель. На месте уже было всё прекрасно.

Lovely location

Location and proactivity of host. Excellent communication on whats app.

Could have had a more signage and basic provisions like tea and coffee. The place is quite hilly and carrying baggage down a stony path in the rain was not the easiest.

Romantyczne miejsce dla dwojga.

Idealne miejsce do odpoczynku na mapie północnej Teneryfy. Dojazd nie nastręcza żadnych trudności, parking na miejscu, klimat indywidualny dla każdego gościa. Niewielki teren pozwala odseparować się od innych gości. Świetne miejsce do odpoczynku przed wejściem do każdego apartamentu. Wewnątrz świetnie oddany klimat starego budynku, grube ściany, rustykalna podłoga, duży wybór win do zakupu bezpośrednio w pokoju. Na zewnątrz możliwość romantycznych spacerów z widokiem na morze. Apartamenty z klasą i charakterem godne polecenia na romantyczną podróż. Dobre wifi.

Authentieke plantagehuisjes op prachtige locatie

Prachtig gerestaureerde huisjes die stammen uit de 16e eeuw . Liggen op een fantastisch punt met uitzicht op de fraaie ruige kust. Klein maar heel fraai zwembad van waaruit je ook kunt genieten van het mooie uitzicht

Ocean lullaby under the rocks. Place to slow down and relax.

Dreamy location for those who prefer to be out of touristic hustle & bustle. Private, only sounds of ocean roaring against the rocks.

It would be great if salt/pepper/olive oil could be in the room for cooking needs. We had to buy a bottle of olive oil and leave it by departure. If the use of washing machine was permitted, that could be very useful too and allowed to travel lighter (with children who make themselves dusty/dirty while hiking). These are wishes. All in all very happy with the stay.

Tolle Lage, leider ohne Seele.

Die Lage ist einzigartig

Es war gar kein Personal zu sehen. Das Hotel würde unheimlich viel gewinnen, wenn jemand nur ein paar Stunden am Tag anwesend wäre. Es geibt eine Rezeption, die aber nie besetzt ist. Z.B. wäre es supernett, wenn die Gäste ihr Frühstück vom Buffet holen könnten und nicht abgepackt auf einem Tablett bekommen, und so die Gelegenheit hätten, von einem Einheimischen ein paar Tipps zu bekommen. Oder am späten Nachmittag, wenn die Gäste gerne den Sonnenuntergang vom oder beim Pool genießen, Getränke kaufen zu können. Das wäre kein großer Zeitaufwand für die Betreiber und würde die Gemütlichkeit unglaublich erhöhen!

Ubytování na nejlepsi

Krásné a klidné ubytování s výhledem na oceán. Pokud nemáte rádi velké hotelové řetězce a chcete zažít pravou atmosféru Tenerife, tak je toto ubytování skvělá volba. Navíc báječné snídaně s donáškou přímo k domu. Určitě se musíme někdy vrátit.

Unos dias en un entorno especial con un cuidado exquisito yvinculado a la arquitectura tradicional,

Excelente opción, espectaculares vistas, entorno ideal para la desconexión, tranquilidad, un exquisito gusto por la rehabilitación de la arquitectura tradicional salimos muy contentos y con ganas de repetir. Al ser un entorno natural convives con pequeño animales vimos lagartos muy amigables, perenquenes, cernícalos y otros pájaros para nosotros no fue un problema. Pedimos el desayuno y nos gustó mucho. Lss personas trabajadoras de las casas y recepción fueron muy amables. Es un lugar para estar a tu aire con mucha tranquilidad y se escucha el mar y el romper de las olas.

Que el tiempo se nos pasó demasiado rápido. El único pero que pondría son las hormigas no se puede dejar comida fuera de la nevera y a veces se tomaban mas confianza de la debida pero no fue un problema para nosotros.

The ant infestation in our house, their inability to resolve the problem, and their absolute refusal to refund us despite the fact that they failed to provide what we paid for. Other aspects (like a €20 breakfast featuring a small sandwich and lukewarm coffee in a jar) all made the whole place feel like a rip-off.

We had an amazing stay in this peaceful and dreamy place. The ocean view is amazing, the pool is warm and the staff is extremely friendly. If you are looking forward to an unique experience we totally recommend this place.

Great for couples, not for families with toddlers.

The views are amazing.

Its really not a place for family with toddlers as it is far too dangerous. There was also a Big draft in the bedroom and our son developed a cough presenting him from sleeping. We had to cut our stay short (2 nights instead of 3) but were not given any compensation.

Exceptional

Dreamy location for those who prefer secludedness, privacy and sound of the waves away from large hotels. Small scale houses, stylishly decorated with natural materials add to peaceful atmosphere. Very easy and time saving self check-in and check-out. Responsive stuff, clear useful instructions via chat. Perfect stay to relax after exploration of the island during the day. Rental car is a must. Playa El Bollulo short drive (about 20 min) away is a marvel. Playa Los Patos (for those who enjoys hiking and adventure like myself - I took small kids there) is beautiful with its rocks and caves. Supermarkets in Los Realejos are about 10 min drive (make sure to buy enough litres of drinking water). Along TF-5 to the west we bought delicious papaya, oranges and cactus honey from a local marketeer. Will be happy to come back!

The houses are well equipped for cooking. Might be if some oil, salt and pepper could be available, would be excellent. And a shared washing machine on the premises will be a great addition for those staying longer with small kids. :) All in all, the stay was very comfortable!

A magical stay

A wonderful experience. Truly a magical place. the villa is beautiful ( we stayed in El carrero ) falling asleep every night to the sound of the waves. Scenic views, the pool lounge is great. Will come back 100%

Very beautiful, but smelt like wee :(

Sorry to say that our room smelt intensely of urine, coming from one corner of the room. We alerted this to the whatsapp as soon as we checked in as we were out of hours, and were told each room had a unique odour due to the age of the hotel, it wasn't like a "common hotel" and if we were upset we should open a window. We asked the next day if we could swap to a different room that didn't smell and were told we could if we spent the €250 difference between rooms. This was really disappointing as we were so excited to stay, but this bad experience and poor customer engagement left us feeling sad and frustrated.

This place is amazing

We were two couples staying to catch up on life. The place was amazing. The scenery was so beautiful overlooking the ocean. The windows were shuttered to allow the full moon in as it reflected down on the sea below it was just breathtaking. The sounds were hypnotic and peaceful. The vegetation banana trees and herbs surround the houses. There was a private pool open all night and again you could see the ocean down below. A convenient restaurant to get lite bites yards above. The place offered a gorgeous pre-ordered breakfast but a bit too dear. Very Clean and very happy to stay here again

lacking finishing touches, impersonal and pricey however beautiful room and view

The bed was comfortable and decor stylish. It was very special to be so close to the sea and hear the waves crashing. We stayed from Christmas Eve to Boxing Day and the accommodation left a box of pastries as a Christmas gift which was a welcome surprise. The pool and lounge area were very beautiful despite being in shade most of the day.

- important to note before reading the below that we stayed over the Christmas period where service may have been reduced and were also higher price - It felt impersonal as there was no one to greet or welcome us at the property and no welcome booklet on the local area (restaurants, walks, sights etc) - Lack of instructions on how to separate waste in bins - Despite the description of the property saying “fully equipped kitchen”, the property lacked some of the basics, like coffee, tea, salt, pepper, olive oil and maybe a small jug of milk. The property managers did provide us with coffee, tea and olive oil when we highlighted this to them however not until the next morning by which time we had already purchased them. It would have been a nice touch to have these within the property as standard, especially considering the price. (we paid €240 a night) - In winter months, as it’s low down a cliff face, the sun rises and sets behind the mountain giving only two hours of direct sun a day which made lying by the pool less enjoyable.
