Lovely place to stay, with great access to the town, airport and Pollard Park is very close. The room was nice layout and warm and toastie on arrival with the heat pump going. We had three adults and one child and it was perfect for our needs. I recommend this property.
A second mirror would be helpful

Breakfast not available the day we were there, but there was a very nice cafe close to here, recommended by staff. The restaurant was very nice and food was excellent.

Very very noisy. Guests arrived late at night and were very noisy. No one was at the front desk to contact for help.

The room and staff were great.
Duvet. It was mid summer, and a duvet on the bed. Crazy.
Most expensive room ever - in NZ for 25 years.

Staff were pleasant
We had difficulty using the stairs. At 80 years old it was a struggle especially without a rail to hold onto. The room is very dated one light switch controls three rooms with no switch at the other end to turn it off when retiring to bed. Apart from 2 teaspoons there is no other cutlery no plates or pots, pans if one wanted to cook anything even tho there was a twin hob cooker.

Comfy beds. Nice room and quiet at nighttime. Location was good as was the friendlyness of the staff.
Breakfast was overcooked the first day. Eggs and bacon was burnt, Because of this we ate outside for the following three days.

Great location, walking distance to town. Beds were comfortable. Check in and check out were quick and easy.
Room wasn't very clean, dust on windowsills and floors weren't vacuumed properly, a lot of dirt behind the bathroom door etc

Handy location, big rooms with everything you need, restaurant on site was fabulous
The shower is over the bath, it was extremely slippery and no rubber supplied.. we used a hand towel to prevent slipping over

Breakfast was in the portfolio but when I went to the dining room it was not set up and the lady said no-one goes in for breakfast, but she could make me some.
I was originally allocated Room 24. There was a very noisy family adjacent and opposite the hall there were 2 young girls that constantly ran around the hall shouting and slamming their room door. I complained and I was reallocated a room in the new wing which was good and quiet. I was in Blenheim for the interment of my wife's ashes, and I wanted quiet and privacy.

We enjoyed our meal at Sass was something different to what we are use too in Blenheim
I wasn,t too impressed with the noise from the apartment above us when in the bathroom you could clearly hear them laughing and talking etc but didn,t disturb our sleeping .

The cleanliness and spaciousness of the motel. The rooms were well-maintained, and we appreciated the effort put into keeping them tidy. Additionally, the welcoming atmosphere created by the staff was a nice touch and made us feel comfortable during our stay.
Being able to walk to the town center was a major plus. We could easily explore the local shops, boutiques, and attractions without the need for transportation. It allowed us to fully immerse ourselves in the charm and character of the town, making our stay even more memorable. The convenience of having everything within reach greatly enhanced our overall experience.
Unfortunately, we found the beds in our room to be extremely firm, which led to discomfort and even resulted in a pulled back muscle for one of us. A more balanced approach to mattress firmness would greatly improve the quality of sleep and overall guest experience.
The shower over the bath and the presence of a shower curtain felt outdated and less convenient compared to modern shower enclosures.
Regrettably, we encountered some issues with the power points in our room. Some of them were not functioning properly, which caused inconvenience when trying to charge our devices or use electrical appliances.
One noticeable drawback was the soundproofing in the motel. We could hear people walking up and down the hallway, which resulted in disturbances during the night.
One area where the motel fell short was the Wi-Fi connectivity. The quality of the internet was subpar, making it difficult to browse the web or use online services effectively.

Friendly staff. Bed was comfortable and room was quiet
Room did not have a fridge or a toaster. Staff got a toaster for me.
