No breakfast and the TV didn't work properly.

Was a great location

The TV didn't work properly and it was no breakfast, I paid for breakfast but didn't get it. I was up and looked for coffee in the front reception at 8 a.m. , so I'm not sure why they included breakfast if it wasn't going to be available 🤔.

Good value

Room was comfortable and it has a very good location. Good value for the price.

Breakfast didn't arrive at the agreed time and was very plain. Staff didn't speak English and we feel like they didn't give us much information about anything due to the language barrier, didn't even try to communicate in any way.

Includes simple but nice breakfast brought to you room every morning.

TV did not work, there was a pan and pots but no stove. Bed is small and not comfortable. The bathroom needs more light. The balcony was a joke.

Bring your own drinking water

I liked the provided breakfast. The receptionist helped about where to buy water and sim cards.

NO HOT WATER, just mild. There is often no one at the reception and no obvious way to call for any help or breakfast service. The fridge in the room was out of service. No drinkable water provided (water from the tap is not drinkable in DR).

Good value for the money

It was clean, the breakfast was cute, everything went smooth and I think it’s a great affordable place to stay for a night or two in Santo Domingo. Nothing to complain about really.

If you want a bed for a night, it's very comfortable, clean and good value for money.

I booked a room with a balcony but they said they did not have one for me. The TV was broken and the breakfast situation was strange and it was not good.

The bed is comfortable. The apartment is big and clean. The location is good.

My room was comfortable and the breakfast was simple but delicious. The hotel had a secured entrance.

Great location and value

Great location steps from a city park. Closer to Chinatown than Colonial Zone but not far from both. Room 201 is a great room facing the park and street view. Plenty of of English TV channels and two air con units - one in bedroom and other in main room.

Could use extra shower caddy to place your toiletries in shower stall. Also could use a drain trap to prevent jewelry from slipping down the bathroom sink.

Well located, spacious enough to relax and enjoy your time. The kitchen with the necessary kitchenware.

The pillows seemed not clean. The breakfast meager proportions.

the room was spacious and had a fantastic balcony and kitchen area !

the place is clean, and straightforward, this is the biggest bang for you back just remember to bring your own towel

The place is well kept, very clean, the room was cozy and comfortable, the staff is very friendly and they assist you with whatever you need (keeping it reasonable of course).
