Exceptional Service!

My family and I stayed at this hotel for three nights. Service, facilities, and accessibility were superb! The staff was polite and accommodating. We had been exhausted from our long trips from Texas, Manila, Cebu, then Bicol but this hotel was above and beyond! We had a very comfortable night, and we could recharge and rest very well. We will come back on our next visit.

Location and the staff are nice

No water in the shower. We transferred to a different room but the water pressure is still low but okay compared to our first room. The toilet is smelly it makes me want to puke. The breakfast is decent but is served SUPER LATE like an hour late than what we put in the order slip THE DAY BEFORE.

Love it here except for a few issues...

New hotel, great staff, elevator, ample parking, comfy bed, free drinking water, hot shower, dental kits, bidet, slippers towels, view of Mt Isarog from window, hassle-free checkin and checkout

No telephone inside the room, no tissue holder and trash bin in cr, no clothes hooks in shower, toilet got clogged easily, weak shower

Hooe there would be more location options!

Its near a mall, so easy access to whatever needs we may have as well as food. The layout of the rooms are great with separate toilet and shower even if it is open plan. Very big bed! best if you have a toddler with you. Spacious and cozy to sleep in. Good value for money for a quick overnight stay. (even if without breakfast included)

The staff are very accomudating they satisfy the needs of their customer. We did late check-in and very proactive with regards to our needs.

Just the linen it was not too clean and notices that blanket has a mark with stain. Otherwise, we are satisfied.

-Cleanliness of the whole hotel -Kind tones of the staff when they approach or respond to us - The service improved and became more prompt when I called their attention regarding their slow reverts

- Multiple follow-ups of our requests before they arrived (we requested for makeup room, shaving kit, towels for floors and for bath, dental kit) - We did not expect that we would need to request for the basic needs in the hotel such as the towels, shaving and dental kits, and the staff's responses were always: "we will check with Summit if they still have extra of those." I really thought that towels, dental, and grooming kits are automatically given in every hotel, no matter how big or small it is. At Go Hotels Naga, we had to request and they'll only give it if Summit will have an extra. Don't the guests deserve these stuff? - Most of their breakfast menu aren't available. There are more that can not be served than the food available. - Their drinking glasses in the balcony restaurant have stained on them. It didn't seem cleaned and washed. We asked the waiter to replace it because we thought it had been used, but we were given the same looking stained glass.

Rooms were quite small per expectation. Crowded for twin beds and only one bench provided good only for one person.
