gran comodidad y buena onda

la buena atencion de Lucia , y la buena suerte nuestra que estuvimos solos los 4 dias en un inmenso departamento de 6 habitaciones, la cocina amplia y con todo lo necesario nos permitio quedarnos hasta la tarde ya que nuestro vuelo salia a las 21 un gesto para recalcar

me gusto todo, la ubicacion inmejorabe muy cerca de negocios a 2 cuadras del metro, todo a un paso, muchos negocios de comida, cambio ,en super a 3 cuadras El Rey, muchos negocios de todo tipo, hay mucha seguridad,ya que es zona de bancos y casinos, grandes hoteles y casas de departamentos

Wir würden immer wiederkommen!

Alan und Lucia sind super nette und zuvorkommende Hosts. Wenn wir Hilfe brauchten oder Fragen hatten, konnten wir uns immer an sie wenden. Wir haben uns da sehr wohlgefühlt. In der Wohnung ist alles vorhanden. Wenn man kochen will oder die Kleidung waschen möchte, geht das ohne Probleme.

Unser Schlafzimmer war einfach, aber mit allem notwendigen ausgestattet. Für uns war das absolut ausreichend. 😊

I liked everything staff were amazing. Despite the language barrier everything was communicated. This will be my home in Panama. Alan and Lucy made our stay memorable. What I really like is that I was close to everything

Very good experience in Panama City

I have travelled to many countries and stayed in a lot of shared apartment environments like this one. But I don't think I've ever had better hosts than the good people who rent bedrooms here. They were great to deal with and made sure I had what I needed. As an example, towards the end of my stay there was a problem with the internet service. They addressed the problem right away, including having a technician come out and fix it the same day. The apartment itself is comfortable with a good kitchen and a washing machine, and I found the other guests there during my lengthy stay to be very congenial. For the money I don't think I could have found a better accommodation in PC.

The neighborhood is not very picturesque but frankly none of Panama City is.

Amazing place if you are on a budget

Amazing. Close to food. Lucia and Javier are wonderful hosts. Javier gave me a tour of the city. I have stayed at youth hostels and this is much better. A comfortable room with a kitchen and refrigerator that you can use. Plus, the hosts help with a local phone chip and explain issues to make the stay more relaxing. I cannot wait to come back

it would be nice to have soap in the bathrooms but many place do not have soap so a minor issue

Amazing Hosts... Great Location... Super Value... Checked all the boxes!!!

Without question, my hosts Javier and Lucia where the best hosts I've ever encountered in my travels -- I know that's a pretty grand statement, but they went out of their way to help with any need I expressed - even though I don't speak any Spanish, I found online translators more than filled any communication gaps... the kind of care and service I received told me a lot about who Javier and Lucia are as people -- Because of them, I would go back in a heartbeat. This 10th floor apartment is a simple shared accommodation. The place was clean, safe and well organized. You had your own allocated space or section in the fridge as well as the kitchen & bathroom cupboards. There was good WiFi (and I'm a digital nomad), AC (in your bedroom only), a very usable kitchen, laundry and drinkable tap water - there was even a comfortable balcony to sit with your laptop and a tea or coffee. The room itself was basic and functional with a wardrobe style closet with hangers, drawers and shelves, twin single beds and a TV (which I never used). The location was also great... I was there for a multi-day conference at the Hilton on Balboa and it was an easy 10 minute walk (even though Google says 17min). I was looking for a basic, cost effective home base to sleep and make a few meals while at a conference, and this place along with the hospitality shown by Javier & Lucia exceeded my expectations. Thank you for making it such a warm and welcoming stay.

There was nothing really that I didn't like... for a shared accommodation... and as a digital nomad looking for a comfortable home base... this checked all my boxes.

Great host, friendly vibe, clean spacious room, accomidating owner, convenient location.

My host Javier was simply fantastic. He was very helpful and always available to answer my questions and provide advise on everything from sites to visit to covid testing locations. He even let me use his desk. The other tenants were friendly and considerate. I will definitely recommend this place.
