30 min à pieds du centre ville. 5 min à pieds du zoo d Amiens

Le logement n'est pas dans un état où la location est possible. Il y a de l humidité, le papier peint se décolle, les marches de l escalier pour aller à l étage sont dangereuses car elles bougent. A notre arrivée, le sèche linge était pleins, il restait du linge humide dans le lave linge, il y avait de la vaisselle dans le lave-vaisselle et il y avait des moisissures dessus, la poubelle n était pas nettoyée. Il n y a pas d accueil nous accédons au logement seulement après avoir réglé la caution par carte bancaire via 1 lien. Ça sent le renfermé. Nous avions ramené nos propres draps et heureusement. Le télé ne fonctionne pas. Nous sommes restés qu'une nuit au lieu de 2. Je ne recommande pas

Acceptable

Je n'apprécie pas que le four soit en panne alors que la propriétaire le sait, elle pourrait y remédier. Depuis des semaines j'ai réclamé à de nombreuses reprises une facture pour ma comptabilité à la propriétaire qui semble s'en foutre royalement puisqu'elle ne donne pas suite. Je dois retouner travailler pour 2 mois sur Amiens, dommage pour elle j'irais ailleurs et je vous conseille d'en faire autant puisque l'hote n'a aucun respect pour ces clients.

Nice and originally furnished apartment. Very nice host and a good location (20 minutes walk to the city centre).

OK for an overnight

Location was good, easy to find and access. The property was very clean.

It was not very well equipped, description said toiletries but there wasnt even hand soap in kitchen, nothing in bathroom.

Comfortable and convenient stop-over on the way back to Calais.

Good location for visiting Amiens’ attractions. Excellent communication from host throughout visit.

A pleasant, comfortable, spacious property in a good spot, with private parking space.

Spacious property in a location accessible for city and travel route. Host helpful in arranging key collection. Very well equipped kitchen and laundry facilities (which we didn't use). Parking was accessible, safe and convenient, enabling us to go into town and know that we had a reserved space to return to. Pleasant neighbourhood, fairly quiet, and seemed to be on bus route.

Some of the furniture felt rather flimsy or basic: one bed was made out of a pallet (quirky but not very comfortable!). Dining table wobbly and stairs felt a bit creaky. Shower arrangement over bath caused water to run onto the floor. These were not all major problems, but a little attention to detail and expenditure would make this an excellent place for a short stay.

A handy location that is convenient for touring the surrounding countryside.

The toilet needs a vent as there is no window. Also, the mattresses were on wooden crates which was a bit tacky.

With a few basic touches this could be a nice place stay.

Large roomy duplex with private parking, only a 35 min walk into town.

Lack of any ammenities, uncomfortable bed in one room and towels the size of had towels. A welcome book with basic instructions on operating tv, washing machine would have been helpful as well as guides on bus route, local shops and what to see would see would have added that welcome touch. some items listed as available were not.
