Very cool atmosphere, amazing pool and garden that create a great communal tropical and peaceful vibe.
Very good staff.

The hotel is incredible, as soon as you enter you are in a jungle environment, with good music and a great pool.
Great service, they are always available, and very friendly. The place is incredible and if I returned to Koh Phangan I would stay here again without a doubt.

Really charming. Beautiful pool. Good staff. Most comfortable beds we’ve had in Thailand so far.
Many cigarette smokers on property during our stay. Near the road so you hear cars.

The location is superb - a walk away from cute beaches, cafes and businesses (yoga studio, shops, scooter rent), but quiet enough to provide privacy and comfort. The staff was topnotch - kind, professional and helpful people.
These are very minor things, truly, not something to decide based on, but for us, the mattress was stone hard, and our villa’s (B) interior was a bit worn out. Somehow mosquitos also managed to sneak in - I suppose through cracks and holes.

A beautiful resort, immaculately maintained and extremely helpful staff. Adrian and Chan were beyond helpful. Every request was handled without fuss and the atmosphere within the resort and with all staff was friendly and laid back. We loved our room and the the cats were an extra bonus - so cute. Even though the pool is shared, we were the only people who used it so it felt private. Quality of the coffee was right up there, even for us coffee snobs, and the beds were the most confortable we've had in all of our travels through Thailand. The location was perfect for us - close enough that we could walk to the main part of town but far enough away that we felt secluded in our little Amaya'n paradise. Can't recommend this place highly enough.
The mosquitos, but you can't do much about that during rainy season.

A beautifully kept property with a well tended garden and pool. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The daytime receptionist was very efficient and helpful.
No access to a beach.

Nice pool area
Doors wouldn’t lock. When they did there was still big gaps to outside allowing flies in.
Didn’t feel safe as no outside lighting and also no reception so nobody working past 7pm as this is when the bar shut.
Also quite far from things

beautiful grounds, room always clean, water provided, close to main strip of cafes/ restaurants/ shops
my room was close to main road which was very noisy at night with traffic, pool cushions could do with some attention

• great location - close to the “center” of srithanu area, close to any food spots in the area
• friendly staff
• although not included, great and good price breakfast & coffee
• no suggestion as to where to rent a scooter - would have been helpful especially because of scams that happens sometimes. Recommend Tik’s 100%, it’s a 5min walk from the hotel and owners are very nice!!
• no bar - mainly softs and coffee + beers

The facility is really beautiful and quiet and the staff very kind and helpful, both deserving a 9
If roaches make you uncomfortable, you should not stay in this resort. The first night we had to use the spray insecticide because the bathroom was literally assaulted by roaches and we had to breathe the spray for the rest of our stay. Also, linens and towels are very thin and full of stains, definitely not up to a 4 stars standard

Lovely small boutique hotel. We very much enjoyed our stay. We loved Tommy, who served us breakfast every morning- He is very kind and lovely, I suggest You keep onto him :)
Rooms were lovely, very big and comfortable. Pool was super. Location very good. Everything was perfect!
Next to this hotel my fave beach- Zen Beach.

beatiful well kept grounds,
super friendly staff and good overall cleanliness
the shower pressure is absymal. I understand this can be an island issue but I’ve had better in $10 a night hostels. it’s not acceptable to stay in a 4 star resort and be unable to take a proper shower. I woke up twice in the middle of the night and there was no water at all coming out of the taps so there is clearly some issue with the water supply

Loved the friendly Staff. Adrian who ist the Manager does an amazing job. The rooms are super big, lovely furnished and have everything you need. Perfectly located and if you need a break you can chill at the pool. The kitchen is super good and the menu quite diverse.
The bed in my room was a little bit squeaky but other than that there is really nothing negative. I was traveling solo anyway ^_^

We loved the look and feel of this boutique hotel, as well as the warm and friendly staff! We received coconut water at check-in, which was wonderful. The neighborhood was lovely and had great shopping and spas nearby. It felt like a true boutique experience with a distinctive character and vibe.
On Booking.com, our room specified that free breakfast was included, but this was not the case (in fact, we had to pay for even coffee the next morning). In addition, if you book the Deluxe Triple Room, please be aware that the 'sofa bed' is just an L-Shape firm couch with blankets on it. I felt bad for our friend who had to sleep on it.

Good location - nice restaurants and cafes are witin 10 min walk. A closest nice beach is Secret Beach, 10 mins on a bike, which is totally fine.

spatious. There's a nice dog and cat living on hotel yerritory

Location
No hot water in the showers even after complaining.
The owners lives there and you feel like you are interrupting their lives.
Cleaners left the room door open after "cleaning".
Towels were taken after house keeping and not returned.
Bed is horribly uncomfortable, sheets and towels with stains all over and not in good quality at all.
People were walking in our terrace constantly giving us no privacy.
Overall, do not recommend.
