The Staff Was Super Friendly and very Helpful.

The Facility was not worth the Money was Paid as it is Small and in the Pictures look big and is not worth the Money that was Paid and the room had no air conditioning facilities and the Fan blocked my Nose .

The staff was exceptional, I was welcomed by Rosah. The breakfast and facilities. The facilities look exactly like on the pictures

Netflix & showmax log in details not shared. Had to use mine. If you don't have them then you will be stuck with a smart TV that you can't use. Location on GPS ends at the corner then you have to figure out whether to turn left or right or call the establishment for further directions. Exact location must be updated.

Breakfast could be better with mushrooms / onions / peppers. Sausage need to be sourced somewhere else and be changed from what it is today.

Convenient stay

Neat and tidy. The lady staff are welcoming and always willing to help.

They have a generator but you have to beg for them to switch it on (because you have to check your own loadshedding schedule). Also very cold.

At times when I followed the GPS I got stuck behind closed gates across the roads. A bit confusing until I figured out the area. But this has nothing to do with Fair glen itself.

Great spot for a weekend escape.

Etwelle took care of us and was very professional. He went all out to make our stay comfortable. The breakfast, rooms, facilities, garden were all exceptional.

Should consider investing in bigger generators and aircons. Those fans are not enough in hot summer nights.

The pool, room, breakfast and staff. Everything was perfect for us. If you're looking in the area consider this over the disgraceful excuse for a hotel called Four20 next door who are selling a building site as a hotel.

Stunning property and amazing staff, get rid of the violent dogs though...

Everything about the property was stunning, the rooms and facilities are lovely and always kept clean. They are loadshedding ready and the staff is amazing! We loved our time there until Sunday...

One of my friends got bitten by a dog on the property and the dog owner had no interest in taking responsibility until the authorities were called... Unfortunately the property owner was not around to assist with this matter which resulted in the dog owner being disrespectful about this whole incident leading to a case having to be opened. I would strongly advise the property owner to either get rid of the dogs especially since they are not his or hold the dog owner accountable for keeping his violent animals secure especially since he's trying to run a business. Nowhere in the property discription does it say that there are dogs on the property, it was my second time there this year and there were no dogs there before.

Cosy room and lounging areas. Beautiful patio overlooking the pool

The lack of staff available to get access to bar fridge. No staff available for questions from late afternoon. Loadshedding cuts out water pressure too so dark and no shower. Limited breakfast options.
