To some of my stay I did not stay there. I was too scared get out of my car.

I honestly didn’t like anything about the family other than the prize this picture does this place no justice because they are lying. When I got on the ground and saw where I was, I was scared to get out of my car and go inside to check it.

It’s run down, and it looks like a prostitute or drug house

Room was dirty Smelled Furniture had stains and cigarette holes Bed sheets were not changed We left asked for our money back and the hotel manager said no!!!! We paid for another room at another hotel

The space of the room

The cable and wifi wasn't working and there was a pool but you couldn't swim . The shampoo was used and brown stuff was in the shower and on the walls

My stay was horrible.

The room was newly remodeled.

The room was disgusting, I pulled back the sheets and it had blood on them and the windows were disgusting. I demanded another room and that room was disgusting as well, they need to fire housekeeping. They did not clean the bathtub, nor the sink. It was hair all over everything especially the bathroom. The chair had animal hair all over it. The bathroom still had a robe and bonnet from a previous guest. They only provided one washcloth in a double room. My tv didn’t work and they claimed to not know how to fix it. The room would have been nice if they took pride in the cleanliness and upkeep.

I always clean over any room me and my family visits this room was not properly cleaned. The location was about all that I liked

There were prostitution and drug users crawling all around the property. someone even vandalized my family vehicle

this place should be removed from your website. I have a picture of the overflowing dumpster and trash everywhere outsid

the place is not only so disgusting that I couldn’t stay there, but after finding another place to stay I checked out and told them I would pay for the first night even though I couldn’t stay there but I wanted a refund for the second night and they said they would. Now they have not only charged me for both nights that I originally booked, but charged my debit card for a third night. The place is unsafe and they are crooks!!!!!

Disappointing

Under going a major renovation. This should be shown in the site information. The breakfast was a small bottle of water, a tiny coffee cake, package of crackers and a nutri grain bar. We should get a refund.

The staff was excellent.

there were bugs, mosquitoes and even a fly in my room that I noticed as soon as I walked in. the kitchen cabinets were and fixtures were new, but the bathtub drain didn’t have a cap, was old and rusted. the bathroom sink was located on the kitchen - the bathroom sink’s faucet only provided scalding water, we couldn’t regulate the temperature of the water. so tooth brushing had to be done on the actual kitchen sink. Bathroom sink: scalding water only. it was difficult to find the room with the front desk explanation (“all the way at the end but across the pool”) i was looking for a pool outside the property, it was raining heavily and hard to see, I would have appreciated some more information on the location of the room. The hotel should have a MAP and staff should pinpoint on the map the location of the room to the guest as a part of check in. pillowcases and bedsheets were a little stained. one of my pillows had a stain that looked like … dried blood?

I loved the room there was somethings that I didn’t like more than I liked.

When we first arrived I was just like o my goodness what have I done booking this hotel. from the looks of things they are remodeling and I understand that but let people know before the book. walked In the room the floor was dirty from I’m guessing the remodeling and the Internet sucks. overall it’s decent I guess

Went there for a getaway, ended up feeling worse. 0/10

Nothing at all. Service was horrible and they charged my debit card TWICE... and the refund didn’t appear as quick as it disappeared. Couldn’t cancel because the cancellation fee is ridiculous.

TERRIBLE SERVICE! The desk clerk charged me twice for the room when I first got there after trying to explain to him that I had already purchased the room online. Second, I was placed in a dirty room. Thirdly, they gave no directions as to where my initial room was. Lastly, the substitute room that they gave me had a broken lock so the staff had to continuously let me and my partner back into our room after EVERY DEPARTURE. Not to mention on the last day, the hot water in the shower was completely gone and I had to be transferred into another room… and that room was WAY BETTER than the two rooms they had me in before.

Manager she was exceptional Jaynell Rusa when out her way to make us feel comfortable !! The place being under construction door keys will no work etc. Jaynell made work!! Breakfasts advertising is not adécuate ☹️☹️
