Confortevole e rilassante.

Simona è una persona squisita, gentile e disponibile. Il posto è rilassante e confortevole, mi sono trovato benissimo ed a mio agio. La Coco mi ha tenuto compagnia per tutta la notte, gatto spettacolare. Ci ritornerò.

Optimale Unterkunft für Faenza und Umgebung

Hervorragende Lage! Geräumiges Appartment und Bad. Vermieterin hat gute Informationen zu Ausflügen, Restaurants und dem Keramikmuseum gegeben. Auch gute Tipps für Vegetarier.

Adoro Faenza perché è una perla della Romagna e ritornerei volentieri da Coco Mini e.... Ragù.

La posizione centrale dell'appartamento, la disponibilità dei proprietari nel farti sentire a casa e le generose dimensioni della camera. Colazione abbondante con prodotti presi al forno sotto casa, freschissimi.

Adoro i gatti ed anche io ne possiedo diversi, ma le lettiere in casa, anche se in un ambiente separato, possono dare qualche problema.

Accueil Fabuleux

Accueil extraordinaire. Notre hôtesse cherche vraiment à rendre confortable et sympathique le séjour sur Faenza. J'ai eu accès à un petit appartement qui inclut chambre, petit salon cosy et salle de bain privée. Le tout est inclus dans l'appartement de la propriétaire . Tout est propre.

Brilliant!

Simona was so very helpful and kind. She went out of her way to make our stay enjoyable. Carlo was a great help too and of course the cats!

Exceptional

Have stayed in many places all over Italy, and without doubt, Simona and Carlo were the most generous, considerate and caring hosts I have experienced. The apartment is quirky and interesting, with great bathroom and lovely comfy bed. And a fantastic position in the heart of this delightful little city.

A special place owned by a special woman

The suite of rooms - private bathroom, kitchenette/ sitting area and bedroom - is part of a beautiful apartment in an old house in the centre of Faenza which is a lovely old town. Simona, my hostess, has filled it with cats and a spectacular collection of art and ceramics, some of the latter made by herself. She herself is absolutely lovely - always wanting to help but never intrusive. It was great to meet and talk with her. Will definitely be back.

Highly recommended

The rooms (bedroom and small room with table, fridge, microwave and kettle) are spotlessly clean and comfortable. The entrance is through Simona and her husband's living room, but the rooms felt private. Simona is a great host and her knowledge of the city: restaurants, sites etc. was very helpful. Breakfast was ample, fresh and tasty. the house is centrally located and not far from the station.

Exceptional

I liked it very much. I will definitely be back again. I like cats a lot so it wasn’t any problem to meet them there. Everything clean and cozy. The Master is very hospitable. The breakfast is fresh and tasty. The bed is comfortable and the blanket is warm. Everything is well thought out.

It was really cozy rooms, nice people and frienly cats. Great place to stay!

Perfect Faenza home

Perfect in every little detail, central location but my room at the back was quiet and peaceful and also clean and spacious. Supply of biscuits, tea and coffee were welcome, and my breakfast was one of the best I've had. The human hosts are charming and made me feel at home, while the feline hosts were very well behaved. I love cats and it was great to have them around, but I was assured they can be kept out of the way for anyone who is less fond of them or allergic. Highly recommended.

I'd like to have stayed longer.

Purrrr-fect!!!

Very friendly and helpful hosts. It felt like home, a warm and cosy apartment in the centre of the city. Simona is a beautiful lady, that's why she created this beautiful world of five. If you love cats and ceramics (like I do), this is your place!

An absolutely incredible place to stay. The flat is cozy, the owner is one of the most incredible people I have seen. The cats themselves are just the charm of this place. The flat itself is in the centre near the station. Charming place, grocery stores nearby. One of the most wonderful places I have stayed in.
