If you want somewhere really special and unique this is the place to stay !!
So beautifully decorated with so much thought out into your stay here !
Jane and Brian could not have done much more , they are so hospitable .
The property itself is located perfectly to travel to any part of the island with great amenities so it’s easy to get supplies from local shops , especially farm produce !
The little shepherds hut is so romantic , with such a comfortable bed . It is separate from the self contained living area /kitchen and lounge with recliners and board games !
A fabulously well equipped kitchen .
Jane and Brian have thought of absolutely everything to make your stay so welcomed . You will not be disappointed! It’s exceptional …. We cannot wait to come back to stay as we fell in love with this beautiful little sanctuary !
We highly recommend! !

Lovely location with access to the delightful hotspots both inland and to the coast.
My husband was also most grateful for the the host who advised him where to obtain important medicine
It was all very nice and hunky dory

No breakfast as it was self catering
Nothing as it was exactly what we were expecting and hoping for.

We had the most wonderful stay here! There were so many beautiful added touches that made this place extra cosy and homely, from the handmade sofa throws and bathrobes, to the pom pom coasters and board games, to the welcome gifts and decorative lights! Everything was appreciated and the location was excellent. Thanks for making it dog-friendly too - Jack loved it here. :)
The only thing missing was a pen! There was a guestbook to leave comments but we didn't have one on us so we couldn't leave a note.

The property was clean and the host supplied a nice welcome box and lots of nice touches, bath robes, hot water bottles
Property is very small, we are not big people but we found the shower room very cramped - I didn’t like how it was situated- the accommodation was crammed into the hosts back garden. We didn’t drink the water as when you made tea there was floating bits in the drink - there were small flies outside which I think will be a problem in warmer weather

This little gem was a complete pleasure to stay in. There was everything there you could wish for, for a comfortable stay. Cleanliness standard was very high and it had a very relaxing atmosphere for a home from home stay.

This accomodation is very suitable for people that do not need a lot of space and are fairly private persons. It is tiny, but complete and very clean. It is a good home base for days out, e.g. walking or visiting villages, everything is nearby. Cooking possibilities in the accomodation are a plus
Nothing of big importance. Maybe a larger baking pan would be welcome.

Lovely, clean and well equipped. Easy to get in with use of key code. Nice and quiet location.
All facilities were working, clean and to a high standard. The whole place was very lovely.
The rooms were different as advertised and had been swapped over so the bed is actually in the hut, separate to the building with the bathroom making it difficult if needing bathroom in night or early morning. Steps are quite steep from the hut to get out quickly should you need the bathroom.
This should have been updated on the advert.
Bed was really comfy, just quite small.

The property was clean and comfortable. Also, noticeably quiet we could not hear passing traffic. Nicely set out having bedroom and kitchen and bathroom on one side of open courtyard and sitting room. On the other side in a replica cypsie caravan
The tabletop oven and hot plates were not really up to the job as you could not use the oven at the same time as the hot plates. and as both myself and my wife are about 5ft 4 tall we needed to stand on a stool to check the cooking on the hot plates

The location was ideal for me, it was great to have a self contained, well equipped “home”, with off road parking, and very pleasant, helpful owners available for advice. Great walks, central and easily accessible to other parts of the Island, by public transport (bus) too. My elderly little dog liked it too!
The property was well described, so I was very happy with what was provided.

Exceptional in every way - comfortable annexe with very kind host - I admire the care she has given to this - there is everything you need and you can feel like at home. Everything is clean and stylish, equipped in lovely style (I must mention the embroidery made by the owner herself, if I'm not mistaken - very nice).. Bedtime stories prepared on the table next to the bed is also nice detail, as well as stylish first aid kit, picnic basket, books, games, puzzle and huge set of pencils and colouring book in shepherds hut (we didn' have time to play, but it is a perfect idea).. Various prospects about things you could do on the island and prepared drinks and chocolate in the fridge also made us happy. The location is also nice and quiet. We came by bus and bus stop is only two minutes walking (donkey sanctuary, pastures and Appuldurcombe House are also in walking distance). Will come again if I will be in Isle of Wight.
No negatives from us.

Lovely annexe, comfortable bed, great shower, great location with lovely views. Just minutes from Worsley Obelisk and surrounding hillside. Quiet too which is a big plus. Lovely hosts as well. Shop up the road if needed.
No negatives from me.
