Beautiful interior, bath was stunning. Views and location are perfect.
Staff member was a little strange and came into our room, closed door behind him and hovered. Very peculiar behaviour. Made us feel a little uncomfortable.

Alles war sehr sauber. Es gab zwei Einzelbetten, anstatt der meist üblichen Queensize-Betten. Gut für einen kurzen Aufenthalt geeignet.

Would be good if there was the option to connect to the TV to watch streaming services and such

We stayed in the cloughmore suite and it was simply amazing! The building is a little unusual, but the inside was just brilliant

Absoulty Beautiful room, amazing view.. great location
No hot water in the morning and staff was not able to communicate too as he did not understand our complaint. And whrn asked about an adult magazine found in a drawer he laughed it off. Excepted more for the price that was paid for the room

Would have been nice to have a window in room (just ceiling velux)but we were not in room much so not essential and outdoor views spectacular

Spacious, luxurious room in a fantastic location.
It was a bit of draft due to the balcony door, that being said it was the middle of winter and the wind was howling.

Clean, good location
Don’t stay here. My Auntie and Uncle were visiting from England and were left with no heating (in minus temperatures) or electricity.
When they arrived there was no heat at all, it was colder in the room than it was outside, which is an absolute disgrace given the fact it is minus degrees outside. They approached the male on the reception desk when they arrived and asked him to put the heat on and he said he would but this did not happen. Had to sleep in hats and coats. Next day went out for a walk and came back to still no heat and if that’s not bad enough, no electricity either and there was no one around to contact regarding it.
The electricity remained off until they left the following morning. They had to come and stay with me on the second night as it was that cold & they couldn’t even take a shower!
Reported to manager or owner, whoever it is who is denying the fact that there was no heating or electricity. Horrendous conditions and service. No ownership from management.
AVOID - Stay in the Whistledown or Lough & Quay instead.
