great apartment with great views

An amazing apartment, rooms suited the occupants and the view of lake macquarie was fantastic. Shops and restaurant were all located across the road

The text of location of keys was very cryptic. Needed to make a phone call to sort this out. The massive old ancient 8 seater lounge took up a lot of space and a bit of an eyesore. Leather cracking, well used and foam did not support anyone sitting in it. The outside area made up for it, large area and two tables.

A warning to anyone thinking of staying here….. think again!!!!!

the location

I did not like the attitude of the manager…. his instructions were vague and when I spoke to him over the phone he hung up! There were open food packets left in the cupboards, a hole in the toilet where the toilet roll holder was supposed to be. The shelf in the shower recess was non existent. The dining room chairs were tattered and the out doors furniture was filthy. It was a very expensive weekend! Poor service and no value for money whatsoever.

Was a nice stay but they can do much better.

Location was good,but the balcony was to noisy to sit out there.

Not enough instructions to get keys,was terrible trying to call to talk to someone. Had trouble with door,spoke to a gentleman and he hung up on me and was very rude.

The unit was expensive but good the location was great but the instructions the car parking and the access to the buildi

No reception, the keypad to get it had to be reset and there was no decent communication around car parking and entry.

Cosy, relaxing and spacious apartment, we would definitely consider staying in that room again.

Proximity to restaurants, views, kids loved their introduction to Nexflix, well-provisioned kitchen with good amenities, prompt attention to fixing a light.

Not being able to connect to Wifi.

well the poor communication on how to obtain the keys it took an hour and a half and many phone calls with no clue on how to get the keys. No numbers to indicate where you need to park. deadset the worst experience I’ve had trying to get a room.

Great stay would definitely stay again

great apartment very clean great location we liked the large verandah beds were comfortable large tv was good for watching a movie.

not a very well stocked kitchen. only one set of keys you need at least two sets 7 digit electronic lock was annoying had to call to get wifi password and work out parking it would be good if there was a compendium that had all that info.

nice location and nice place but some better communication and checking needing.

excellent position. lovely apartment and verandah

the keys to the garage parking probably need new batteries. I rang the number offered. the owner spoke to me like I was an idiot. and said I own that apartment and the keys work. I literally had to show him that I can get in the side gate but I can’t get the car in the garage area as the key to open it was not working. he just said park in the commercial area which was not ideal. even when I said there is a sign that says don’t do that he said to ignore it. I didn’t even know where the garages where I had to ring the office to find them as well. the TV in the main bedroom was not working and I didn’t dare call about that after what was said before.

The property was not very clean. The floors and table/kitchen bench/coffee table were not very clean. There were marks on the surfaces on our arrival.

excellent secure executive apartment in a brilliant location

great location. highly accessible. very comfortable. close to all ammenities. very comfortable beds. secure property with secure parking. top end executive apartment. great pool. highly recommend

guest checkin could have included clearer information including the location of the allocated parking. the tower the apartment was in and the wifi password for example. all questions were quickly and easily supplied by the host when asked. highly convenient and central location also comes with some road noise which is ever present when using outdoor areas but not intrusive when closed inside the apartment.

Don't expect anything clean. This apartment could only be considered unhygenic

Great location and spacious apartment.

The cleanliness was absolutely disgusting. There were someone else's tampon packets in the draw, pubic hair in the ensuite shower and my feet were so filthy from walking around inside the house for 20 minutes. There is nothing about this apartment that has actually been cleaned. Your cleaner should be fired. More than happy to provide pictures of our experience.
